I cannot recommend Zeina and Ever After Events enough. Zeina is professional, communicative, and is always 10 steps ahead. She made my wedding go smoothly, answered all of my tiniest questions, and made me feel like I could just relax and have fun on the day of. Although I hired Zeina just as a day-of coordinator (not a full-on wedding planner), she was always available via email or text to answer my questions.
I also had Ever After Events cater, and everyone at the wedding raved about the food. We served prime rib and salmon, and one thing that was really nice is that the guests did not have to make a choice before the wedding. There was enough for everyone to have whatever they wanted in the moment.
You can tell right away that Zeina has done this a million times. She knows so much about weddings in general but also so much about all of the local vendors in town. She has great recommendations for whatever you might be looking for. And although you can tell she’s done this so many times before, she makes you feel like your wedding is super special and important. One of the best parts is that you do not have to worry about breaking everything down at the end of the night; she and her incredible crew took care of all of that! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it! You will not regret it! -

Zeina beyond exceeded our expectations. She managed our expectations as well as our (opinionated/involved) families. She helped guide us through every step and reminded us to put our wants first--- from food, to flowers, set up, makeup/hair, and absolutely everything in between we did not make a decision without consulting Zeina first. On the day of our wedding she flawlessly coordinated all of our people and vendors. We would have been genuinely lost without her. Thank you for all your help day-of and beyond! -

During wedding planning, one piece of advice we kept hearing from friends and family was “get a wedding coordinator.” The only thing we would add to this advice is get Ever After Events!
Zeina’s team was so helpful during wedding planning with tying our ideas together and implementing them. Zeina has done so many weddings in the Bellingham area that she knew and worked with all but one of our (out-of-town) vendors. Zeina had not met our videographer yet, but the two of them connected quickly and communicated great with each other so that we didn’t need to spend our time passing information back and forth.
Also, based on the type of wedding we wanted and after meeting us, she gave us helpful recommendations on vendors we were still looking for. We were so happy with her recommendations and they were the perfect fit for our personalities and within our budget.
Zeina did an excellent job communicating with our vendors and had a detailed wedding day timeline for our wedding party to look over the day before. That really helped ease my anxieties about all the things that go on behind the scenes of the ceremony and reception. Zeina has so much experience that her suggested timeline was spot on and the day went smoothly. Also, if there were any problems that day, I couldn’t tell, and I didn’t spend any time that day worrying about it because Zeina took care of it! It’s absolutely priceless to have a trust-worthy and knowledgeable wedding coordinator who can deal with unexpected problems and be the liaison with vendors so we (and our parents) could just focus on having a great time.
Even with everything going on (like picture taking and catching up with friends and family) Zeina made it a priority in our timeline for a quiet moment to sit down and enjoy our first meal as a married couple. She was very attentive and took care of any request we had. When I had a minor emergency with bustling my dress, she fixed that too! The hundreds of little things that popped up never became a big deal because Zeina was there to take care of it. We had the best day of our lives, and thanks to Zeina, we could just sit back and enjoy it.

Jessica Sent on 08/08/2016After some online research and several meetings with other wedding coordinators I found the perfect one. After our very first meeting I knew I wanted Zeina there for every step of the wedding planning process. Our personalities connected, she was giving my great ideas and vendor suggestions from day one. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW WORTH THE MONEY A WEDDING COORDINATOR IS!!!! I hired Zeina late in the game after I’d hired almost all my own vendors. With my mom living out of town I knew I need another girl around to bonce ideas around and talk their ear off about all things wedding. My only regret is that I didn’t hire Zeina sooner! Even late in the game she was so much help. I always had so many questions that she was more than happy to answer. I still hadn’t hired for floral, catering, or bartending and she made great suggestions.
Ever After Events is a full service business and we also ended up using them for our bartender, food ($13 a person!), and cleanup crew (well worth it to not have your poor family slave away after celebrating).
I cannot thank Zeina Evens enough for all the work she did. We had complements left and right about how smooth our day went!

Katie Sent on 06/24/2018Zenia was so amazing. She accommodated our cultural needs and went above and beyond to make us happy. She did everything, draped the ceiling and decorated our venue to perfection, she seriously made our wedding look like a million bucks for a good price. Ever after isn’t out to take your money, they always make sure you’re getting the best deal for the most dramatic look and Zenia saved me money with so many amazing ideas like having peonies inside lanterns and using my ceremony flowers as part of my centerpieces. Every question I had was promptly responded to and Zenia also took on the role of coordinator. She attended my rehearsal and ensured it went smoothly and she ensured that I was taken care of during my wedding day. Every emergency or problem I had, she was right there to fix it. My DJ was late and she called hIm, directed him to the venue and had him all set up before I even knew what was happening, I literally love this company!!!! I am eternally grateful I took my sister in laws advice and booked Ever After Events. They made my day absolutely perfect!!! -
