We got married 8/22/2020. Our original date was 5/30/2020. We loved how flexible this venue was with bar tending and catering and we loved thet they are family owned. They are extremely flexible and I’m so thankful we went with this venue. I would 100% recommend. -

My husband and I loved having our wedding at the red barn. They were super helpful with the planning and during our whole day. We still have guests who talk about how magical the barn is. We loved that the site has everything you need from get ready rooms, ceremony and reception site. The size was perfect! The barn had great spots for photos. We are very happy with our choice of choosing the red barn! -

Fairy Tale Wedding
Our wedding at the Evergreen Red Barn was a dream come true. It was rustic and lovely. Our guests loved it and rave about it to this day. There was even a playground next to the barn which I know the 15 children had a fantastic time playing on. Great location close to the city but still in the mountains. We appreciated how truly quiet it was on the property. Many other venues we toured were nice inside but you could hear the road noise when outside on the property. The layout of the barn was perfect for our guest list of almost 100 people and there was room to spare. The outdoor patio and bar area was a hit.
We also appreciated the freedoms we were allowed. From decorating on our own, choosing our own caterer, photographer, dj, and bartender. We loved that we didn’t have to choose from a mandatory list of vendors. We could have had a potluck or pizza delivered if we wanted!
The venue set up all the chairs at the ceremony site as well as the tables and chairs in the barn for the reception. We rented the lovely white linens for the reception tables and caterer’s buffet tables which the venue set up for us.
It put our minds at ease that if there was inclement weather there was an option to have the ceremony inside the barn.
The Evergreen Red Barn has great photo opportunities. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Our wedding felt like a true fairy tale. -

I also like that you could bring your own alcohol as long as you had a bartender, and you could do any catering company that you wanted as well. The venue itself is gorgeous and all of my guests kept saying that it was a beautiful place -
User2400837 Sent on 10/30/2015The Meadows at Marshdale (terrace) was a beautiful location for a wedding. I worked with Tammy, who was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The day went off without a hitch and we conveniently booked the b&b across the street for the weekend, which made for a quick commute across the street for all our guests.Evergreen Red Barn's reply:

User1435469 Sent on 11/13/2013Joe (the owner and property manager) is absolutely amazing! So personable, down to earth, flexible and helpful. Out of all the places we looked at, he made us feel right at home and important, as apposed to other places that seemed to rush us in and out and ran some sort of "wedding factory". Not to mention the site is absolutely beautiful. I'm extremely happy with our decision to have our wedding and reception here. They also have incredible guest houses on site that our wedding party got to stay at for 3 nights together. I highly recommend Meadows at Marshdale. -

We wanted the perfect setting in the mountains but not to far from Denver so people would be able to stay in Denver. This was the only place we both loved and we are so glad that we choose this as our wedding site. Picturesque views, gorgeous barn, with friendly site workers. We had 100 guests and got married on the mountainside arbor and had the reception at the red barn. If there had been bad weather we would have moved the ceremony to the red barn. Its very necessary to have a back up plan in Colorado for possible weather but we didn't need it as the weather was perfect.
We had the option to go up as much as we wanted before the wedding if we gave them a heads up. We were able to work out the rehearsal without any problems. There was someone from the venue there the whole night who helped with the other vendors and helped keep the flow going. He even took down our arch piece before it go dark! We got our deposit back in a timely fashion. They were easy to get a hold of for the most part prior to the wedding and responded in a timely manner when I had questions. They truly helped make our day wonderful! -

Angela Sent on 09/12/2011The Meadows at Marshdale was a wonderful place to get married. We were married at the Mountainside Arbor and had our reception in the Red Barn. It was a little difficult to get in touch with them sometimes, but well worth it. The price couldn't be beaten and the scenery was just spectacular! Everyone commented on what a great venue it was, I highly recommend it. -

The venue was gorgeous and Tammy was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries. She was also extremely accommodating about letting us come visit the venue with our vendors. What a great place!

Jennifer Sent on 06/21/2011LOVE where we got married! The setting was superb and required little decoration. We had a small issue upon arrival regarding the gatehouse rental, but they fixed it right away and accomodated the changes needed. They couldnt have apologized enough. They were very flexible on arrival time and set up the sermony site early and was ready to go before the guests arrived. I would highly recommend them to any future brides!
