  Absolutely incredible experience

  April was absolutely incredible to work with as a full-service wedding planner. She made planning fun and easy, and our day was absolutely flawless. We attribute all of our success to her planning and how prepared she was for everything. We highly recommend her to everyone, and we would give her 7 out of 5 stars if we were allowed to.

  Excellent and Essential Wedding Planning!

  I cannot recommend April at her company Evergreen Weddings & Events highly enough. My husband and I hired April for the "full package" - wedding planning from day one up through event coordination on the day. April helped us navigate a Covid-postponement with grace, humor, and exquisite professionalism. She went above and beyond to stay in touch during our prolonged planning period and was there in such a present and helpful way throughout the day itself. Her assistant Peggy who was there to help on the wedding day itself was also wonderful - warm, efficient, and kind. Evergreen Weddings & Events has it all. Again, the attention to detail, April's knowledge of vendors and the wedding planning process itself, her heart and emotional intuition - I couldn't have done this without her. I say with utmost confidence you will be so pleased with your experience with Evergreen Weddings & Events, from help with planning your special day to month-before or day-of coordination.   BEST Decision for our Wedding Day!

  Hiring April of Evergreen Weddings as our Day-of-Coordinator was hands down the BEST decision we made for our wedding day! From start to finish, April made sure our day ran smoothly and was the #1 reason why we were able to relax and just enjoy every moment of our day. At the end of the day, my husband even said he was so impressed with her that he wished that we had hired her as our full-on wedding planner instead of just for the day-of.
  
  Even though we only hired her as a day-of-coordinator, April reached out a few weeks before the wedding to check in and make sure planning was going well. She provided feedback on our schedule for the day, gathered all of our vendor info, and even reached out to them ahead of time to introduce herself and make sure they were all aware of the wedding day schedule.
  
  On our wedding day, April made sure all vendors were ready to go, made sure everything was on schedule, and checked in with my husband and I periodically to make sure we were having a good time and always had a cocktail or water. If anything went awry that day, we never noticed because she made the day flow SO smoothly. Once the evening kicked off, she was behind the scenes unless somebody spilled a drink on the dance floor.....in that case, it was like she magically appeared and had it cleaned up within five seconds!
  
  At the end of the night, April handled ALL of the clean up! My biggest stress for my wedding decor was that my husband and I would be stuck cleaning everything up ourselves that night. But that was so not the case. My husband and I got to do a big sendoff at the end of the night, and April packed up every last piece of decor and cleaned the entire venue.
  
  Truly, we are forever grateful for April and the work she did to make our wedding day relaxing, stress-free and so so special.

  We hired April to be our day-of-coordinator for our August wedding and she did a fantastic job! The day of our event, April was on top of everything. We didn't worry about a thing, leaving us free to truly enjoy our day. She was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you, April!!

  As mother of the bride I must say that my daughter's wedding was absolutely 'flawless.' The atmosphere at both the wedding and the reception was so incredibly beautiful & peaceful that I was able to just relax and enjoy myself :-).

  Evergreen Weddings & Events provided me with the most stress free wedding day imaginable! I was blown away by April's great eye for detail, amazing orginizational skills, and her sweet and helpful personality. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She managed a snack/beverage station at the church, packed up all my ceremony extras to be sent to the reception venue, and decorated the reception hall among many other things. Basically she made sure I had the best day ever and didn't have to worry about a single thing! If you're a stressed out bride that wants to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest, consider hiring Evergreen Weddings & Events to make sure you get just that!

  April did such a wonderful job getting everything perfectly in place for our wedding day. She even thought of things I hadn't! If anything went wrong, we definitely didn't have to worry about it. I am so thankful she was there to help us create all of the truly unique + personal details about our wedding. Thank you for your amazing work!
