  Phenomenal, organized, thoughtful, and seamless

  Lindsay and her team were the day of coordinators for our wedding. They did such a phenomenal job and we would highly recommend working with them. We so appreciated having Lindsay to guide us during the last month leading up to the wedding. She took over communication with the vendors and ensured all the timelines, deliveries, vendor meals, etc were taken care of. The day prior to the wedding we did a walk through with Lindsay where she took extensive notes to ensure everything was set up perfectly for the day of. Our special day was absolutely perfect. Lindsay and her team made sure everything was seamless and set up perfectly. We even had guests comment on how seamless the day went. Not only did they execute well, but she and her team were so kind and always checked in on us.

  best team! highly recommend

  Lindsay and her team were amazing throughout our entire time together. From the initial call she was able to make us feel like she wanted to be involved no matter which package we chose. We ended up going with the month of event coordination which was perfect for us. As a Type A person I needed someone to help add all the additional details that I did not know needed to be done. After the very first meeting, Lindsay took charge and read through all the contracts and make sure all the vendors were covered with all the necessary requirements that our venue required. She assisted with the timeline and vendor coordination. Prior to the day of, we did an entire walk through and even started setting up all the decoration so they were ready for the big day. On the day of, everything went so smoothly. The biggest hiccup was when none of the guys knew how to tie a bowtie - Lindsay and her team taught themselves how to do it with a youtube video and were able to step in and tie all the men’s bowties. My dad was very appreciative of that and still mentions it to this day. Overall I would highly recommend using Lindsay and her team for any planning needs. She is so organized and will ensure everything will go smoothly so you can enjoy the day.

  Lindsey was a lifesaver

  Lindsey was fabulous. So flexible and helpful, and even though I’m indecisive as all hell and there was a ton of issues on the day, she and her team really pulled together to make my wedding perfect. Cannot recommend enough.

  Weddings are supposed to be fun and one of the happiest days of our lives. But let's be real, they are so stressful! From start to finish Lindsay was by my side ensuring my vision came to fruition while also staying cognizant of the budget. Coordinating vendors for a destination wedding is not easy! However, Lindsay took care of everything so I could enjoy my special day.
