  Choosing to go with Everlasting Affairs for our wedding planning was the best choice we made during the wedding planning process. We know that Victoria and her team plan a lot of weddings, yet still she made us feel like we were her only clients for a year and a half. She went the extra mile on everything from managing vendors and payment schedules to flawless, on-site coordination on our wedding day.   We recently had our wedding at The Barn at Wight Farm in Sturbridge, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, thanks to our incredible wedding planner, Victoria. From the very beginning of the planning process to the big day itself, Victoria was nothing short of phenomenal.
  
  She was always quick to answer any and all questions we had, no matter how small or detailed. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were truly impressive. Victoria ensured that everything ran smoothly, and she had a knack for finding solutions to problems before we even knew they existed.   Could not ask for a better coordinator!

  Victoria enabled our wedding day to go incredibly smoothly. She was in constant contact with us in the build-up to the wedding and on the day of, she and her team were always by our side, ready to help with whatever the moment required. We really felt that she had our backs, and so many things happened without us needing to ask her that it felt like magic. We absolutely owe it to her that our wedding went as well as it did. Thank you!!

  Better than we could have ever hoped for!!

  Working with Victoria for our wedding was the best decision we ever made. She flawlessly executed our vision for a wild backyard wedding and thought of every little detail we would have never thought of.   An Amazing Day!

  First I want to say that contrary to the title it was not just an amazing day, but an amazing few months leading up to an incredible ceremony. Myself and my wife began working with Victoria and Emily as soon as we decided upon a date. Victoria started to assist with the beginning, but eventually had Emily handle the rest of our special day. Between picking a venue, deciding on foods, presentation, and everything else that comes with a wedding you can certainly lose your mind. With Emily and Victoria's help and guidance our minds were put at ease and any stress that could come with planning would disappear with a simple question. With the road paved for us all we had to do was walk it with the confidence that this amazing company would handle any and all troubles that tried to find a way to us. With that we get to the day of and to say the very least it was everything we wanted and more. Emily not only managed to make sure the plan stayed on track, but did so in a way that if any bumps occurred they could be smoothed out right away. The night went off without a hitch and I could not be more thankful. Although my health did take a plummet at the end of the night, due to me not being aware of my lack of intake, Emily was able to help put my Wife at ease and make sure I got the medical assistance I needed to get better. I was able to make it back on to my feet for one final slow dance before everyone disbursed and am extremely thankful of everything that this company and Emily had done for me. My Wife and I can say without any hesitation that if need a planner this is the way to go. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR DAY SO SPECIAL!

  Victoria at Everlasting Affairs is the absolute BEST!!

  If you are ever on the fence about hiring a coordinator, please do not give it a second thought and book Victoria with Everlasting Affairs immediately. This was without a doubt, the best decision we made when it came to wedding planning. I was very on the fence when we had booked our original venue that they would be able to run the show without any issues, so we had a discussion with Victoria. We knew we had to have her for our big day and booked for month of / day of services. When our first venue fell through, Victoria went above and beyond to calm our nerves and help us decide next steps. She checks in monthly leading up to your day, and although she is incredibly busy, she’ll always make time for you within reason :) She handles communication with your vendors month of, and provides the most beautifully detailed timeline which immediately helped with my anxiety. Victoria is tiny but MIGHTY. On the actual day of our wedding, she wrangled the groomsmen and was able to keep us on time even with some delays on my end. She quickly jumped in to fix my dress when I was getting it on, helped me bustle my dress after the ceremony was done. She checked in on us throughout our wedding to remind us of our timeline and just make sure we were okay. If anything did go wrong during our day, I had no idea because Victoria likely fixed it immediately. My husband and I cannot share enough gratitude when it comes to Victoria. She truly made our wedding day perfection. I cannot stress this enough - working with Everlasting Affairs will be the best investment for your wedding day. Thank you again, Victoria!

  Phenomenal experience

  The single best decision I made for my wedding was booking Victoria Warren from Everlasting Affairs as the wedding planner. She is phenomenal. She’s organized, meticulous, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, patient, and kind. Although she is busy, she makes you feel like you are her top priority. She gets things done fast, doesn’t miss a beat, and responds incredibly quickly. She is available by phone, text and email and responds right away. She has great taste and years of experience so I found myself relying on her advice often. I was blown away by how effortless she made it look to plan a wedding. I absolutely loved working with her. She understood my vision and made it come to life. On our wedding day I didn’t need to worry about a thing. I knew everything would be flawless because of Victoria and it was. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her.

  Everlasting Effairs made planning & executing my daughters wedding stress free!

  Victoria, made the process very stress free for me as a father of the bride. My daughter (and son-in-law) worked with her to plan the day she has dreamed of for a long time. The wedding went off without any issues. For me, she keep them on budget and always kept me informed on contracts and pending payments. We could not have done this on our own without a lot of stress and anxiety. Victoria and her team really delivered and my daughter had the day she dreamed off.

  So Grateful for Victoria & EA!!

  My husband and I got married on July 22, 2023 in Westbrook, CT and could not be more grateful that we had Victoria & EA as our month-of/day-of coordinator. We truly do not know what we would have done without her! She is extremely organized, responsive, professional and overall great energy to be around. She is very talented at what she does! We are so lucky that we were able to work with her. She knew exactly what was needed to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly, and we were able to enjoy our weekend stress-free knowing we had her on our team!!

  More Than a Wedding Planner

  I cannot begin to express how grateful my husband and I are for Victoria and her team. She was always accessible and ready to calm any fears or questions I had. As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression the thought of planning a whole wedding solo was daunting. This whole wedding planning experience could have been a nightmare but thanks to Victoria I had a load of pressure lifted off my shoulders. When everything felt chaotic and like it was falling apart Victoria swooped in to calm our anxiety. She was Uber organized and professional as well as kind and empathetic. On our wedding day we forgot to take money out for a vendor and Victoria went out of her way to get money out of her bank (I reimbursed her) so I could have a stress free day. Victoria and her team are willing to advocate for what your vision is as a couple and make it a reality. Without Everlasting Affairs I can confidently say this wedding would not have been anywhere close to the success that she helped make it become. Thank you Victoria and like I said before this is the right business for you to be in.

  Wedding Planner Extraordinaire!

  Hiring Everlasting Affairs was the best decision we made! We only wish we had done it as soon as we decided to have a wedding! 😉Victoria and her team were extremely detailed, guiding us through every step (and there are A LOT of steps!) and being available any time we needed. Aside from the standard checklist of things to do, there are so many emotional decisions to factor in that are impossible to plan for. She was just a quick call, email, text, etc away for neutral, unbiased recommendations. We were blown away at the rapid responsiveness and overall level of service and professionalism.
  
  We started the wedding planning process as a couple happily in our bubble of engagement bliss, very naive to the exhaustive amount of effort it takes to plan a wedding. Thank heavens we were referred to Victoria by our friends who had a wonderful experience with her planning their beautiful wedding last year. Victoria brought organization, strategy and fun into the process. There were hiccups on the actual day as there always will be with any wedding. We were incredibly appreciative of the care and execution Victoria delivered on the “day-of”coordination. This allowed us to actually enjoy ourselves at our special momentous celebration.
  
  In the end, we had an amazing Wedding Day and truly can thank Everlasting Affairs for making it possible!!!

  The BEST Decision We Made

  Hands down, Victoria and her team at Everlasting Affairs was the BEST vendor decision we made when planning our wedding. A lot of people hear "wedding planner" and think that it is a luxury expense. My husband and I knew that our TOP priority for our wedding was that our families (and us) got to enjoy our wedding day without being stressed or exhausted. We didn't want them worrying about decor setup, or making sure the day was running smoothly, or that other vendors knew where to be and when. Victoria was the first vendor we hired, before we knew where we would be getting married, or even when! Her prices are SO fair for what she offers. She was a constant source of support throughout the entire process, and we could NOT have had our perfect wedding day without her. Truly, our best decision ever. Without a doubt, hire Victoria and the team at Everlasting Affairs, you will NOT regret it.

  Excellent Day-Of Coordination

  We hired Victoria for day-of coordination for our wedding day, and she was amazing at keeping everything organized and on track.   Victoria did an excellent job executing our wedding plan! She was fully dedicated to making everything go as smoothly as possible. Throughout the planning process, she was able to provide feedback and suggestions when needed. We had many vendors and DIY decorations that had to be coordinated. She was able to improvise when things were missing or not going to plan and made thing work.

  Hiring Victoria and her team was the best decision I could have ever made while planning my wedding. Victoria is the epitome of professionalism and clearly at the top of her industry. She made me feel safe and secure from day one and I knew she had my back in every aspect of the way. The week of my wedding we had a few rather large mishaps, one being my photographer testing positive for Covid and needing to pull out of the wedding, and each time Victoria handled these issues with grace. The saying "great things come in small packages" could not be anymore true when referring to Victoria. Because of her and her team, my wedding was everything I hoped it would be and more.   First let me start off by saying that Victoria, Emily, and the rest of Everlasting Affairs were amazing and exceeded our expectations. You NEED them on your wedding day, trust me.
  
  During the planning process I was working a full time and part time job on top of going for my masters degree, I had no clue how I was going to plan a wedding in the midst of all that.
  
  Victoria is a very close friend of mine and my husband so we knew from day 1 we needed everlasting affairs. Needless to say, it was so nice to see her in her element. Victoria is a driven and committed person while still genuinely caring about her clients. She makes sure you get the day you envisioned and deserve.
  
  No one else could have taken the curve balls that our day threw at us better than them. From Victoria taking our 4am phone call, to dealing with very hot weather, to her and Emily shifting several parts of our wedding without hesitation, I did not worry once that day. I knew Everlasting Affairs had OUR best interest at heart from day 1 which really put our minds at ease. My wedding day would have gone a whole different direction if it wasn’t for Victoria, Emily and the rest of everlasting affairs.
