  Kelsey is outstanding!

  Kelsey was an absolute JOY to work with! When I started planning my 11/5/2021 wedding, I knew that I wanted to do the bulk of the planning work, but needed someone who could handle vendor coordination, timelines, and the day of details. No bride or groom should spend their wedding day trying to direct vendors and panic if something goes goes wrong, and Kelsey was the perfect choice as our day of coordinator! She came out to tour our venue months in advance (as it was new), and was thorough in making sure she understood our hopes and goals for the big day. In addition to day of coordination, she assisted in set up and tear down of our space, and coordinated our rehearsal as well! Our photographer actually ended up being sick the day of the wedding, but she and Kelsey had it coordinated and resolved before I even left to get ready! Communication was something I never had to worry about with Kelsey, and she was always there for my random questions or ideas and offered great feedback! I can’t say enough good things about Kelsey and how incredibly grateful we are to have had her as part of our vendor team!! If you’re on the fence about booking any sort of planning services, just book Kelsey and you’ll be set!!

  Best planner ever!

  I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help plan my wedding. Every question and concern I had was answered immediately. All my worry and stress just melted away!! I had the best day ever thanks to Kelsey!! Next time I need an event planned, Everlasting Events will be my go to. I have told all of my friends who are getting married where to go for a stress free day planned.

  Above and Beyond

  Kelsey was a phenomenal Day of Coordinator. As someone who worries about minor details and tries to control the situation, I was incredibly anxious about our big day. After Kelsey got to work, I literally felt the weight lift off of my shoulders. The day of went smoothly and seamlessly. Any inconvenience that popped up, I was kept out of the loop (stress free) and Kelsey was on top of it. She even followed up afterwards to ask how our Honeymoon was. She truly went above and beyond.
