  Grace and her team are amazing! They're super responsive, timely, and pay close attention to detail. Grace went above and beyond for us sending us useful spreadsheets and even offering her expert opinions to help better prep for the big day. Could not recommend her enough!

  Grace will make your wedding day amazing!

  Grace was above and beyond the best addition to our team for our wedding day! She made the process as seamless as possible and I don't know what we would have done without her. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she has a wonderful disposition that helps to put you at ease during planning one of the biggest events of your life! My husband and I had the perfect wedding day, and so much of that was due to Grace and her team. We don't know how we could have done everything without her. We are so happy that we hired her. We were actually able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day knowing that Grace and her team were managing all the details and letting us enjoy our moment. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Everlasting Weddings by Grace, you won't regret it!

  The best wedding planner!!

  It was such a pleasure to work with Grace! I am a wedding DJ and have had the opportunity to work with her, and she is absolutely incredible! Not only is she extremely professional but her attention to detail, communication skills, and eye for design is some of the best I've ever seen. She always made sure to check in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend her -- you won't have to worry about a thing when it comes to the planning process, the day of the wedding from start to finish! She's got it handled!

  If you are looking for a top tier wedding planner than don't look any further than Grace. Grace provided structure and professionalism to the planning process.   A Dream Wedding Made Possible!

  Grace was a such a pleasure to work with and became one of the best decisions for our wedding. She had many ideas and connections to vendors that I did not originally have. She was very professional, easy to work with, and willing to find solutions for anything we needed during the 6 weeks of planning towards day of coordination. On the day of the wedding, she stuck to our envisioned plan and made sure everything was executed. I have to say she did more than I expected. My husband and I are very pleased we hired her!

  Can't rave enough about Grace!

  Grace, I don't even know when to begin... We hired Grace for our wedding as soon as we got engaged, as we wanted support from the beginning. We we both in med school and our schedule was crazy, so we needed someone who was really flexible with us, and Grace was all of that and more. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took over the communication with vendors, saving us time we would spend on Google, or driving to many venues. All the vendors she recommended were amazing! The wedding day was a dream come true! As someone who has been to tons of weddings, I know a good coordinator when I see one! Our wedding was exactly as we envisioned it- everything was on time, the timeline was followed, and the vendors were on top of everything. Grace really helped us bring our vision to life. Her calm is unbelievable, and she is on top f every details, nothing is missed.   Grace is a phenomenal wedding planner. When we hired her to coordinate our wedding day she handled everything with professionalism from day one.   The calm in the midst of chaos

  We had the pleasure of meeting Grace in 2019 when we were originally planning for our wedding for June of 2020. Due to Covid 19, we had to reschedule our wedding to May 2021, and Grace was a great support the whole time. As our plans kept changing, with through loss of family members, and the stress that Covid caused, Grace never missed a beat. She was there always adapting, and offering to help, to make sure our wedding day was special. When we had to reduce our guest list by more than half, change our venue, change vendors, she communicated with all our new vendors like she had been working with them all along. Grace is the living definition of calm; honestly you would wonder if she ever gets nervous doing this over and over again. She is the most patient, caring person you would want on your wedding day. The work that she put in to make sure our wedding was unique and full of love despite the chaos the whole world was under was unforgettable.
  It was hard to settle for a small wedding, but everything was so well coordinated that we really believe that we couldn’t have had a better wedding day. Our ceremony was so thoughtfully created by her that after our wedding was over, so many people asked us if Alice was a close friend!!
  After two years my husband and I still talk about how Grace and her assistant came through for us. She has become a great friend, and one of our favorite person.
  We would hands down recommend her for your wedding day.

  Professional and respectful of our vision!

  We hired Grace to coordinate our destination wedding, and from the beginning she was nice and detail oriented. Living in another state and planning a wedding in Philadelphia was not easy, but she made the communication easy and smooth with us and all our vendors. When we lost a vendor she gladly referred us to another great one. We loved her professionalism, and the fact that she was always available to answer any question and address our concerns, even the smallest. We wanted a vendor who would understand both our culture, my husband being from Africa and me being from Mexico, and we couldn't have found a better coordinator. She understood our traditions, and what was unique to our cultures and our families. She was so easy to work with that our families loved her. The planning process, and the day of the wedding were just beautifully planned. No regret at all, we will be forever grateful!

  Grateful for Grace!

  We hired Grace at the end of our wedding planning timeline and she really helped during the most hectic time. Grace has a very calm and kind demeanor and is willing to work with you on anything you’re feeling stressed about. Her wedding management spreadsheet was a real lifesaver for me in staying organized the last 2 months and shows she knows the business down to every little detail (don’t forget to make your packing list!). There wasn’t a task too big or small for Grace to volunteer to help with, and it was very clear her heart was in the job. Thank you for being a part of our wedding, Grace!

  While it definitely helped with overall schedule of the event and flow during the day of, improvement needs to be made in terms of client expectations and attention to detail. Grace needed some hand holding which was not what we anticipated. However, she made an effort to check in every now and then and kept things on check which was helpful overall.
