  Very responsive great price

  My venue/Caterer Kress Terrace/Visions Catering did not do what they were suppose to and ELE did their best under the circumstances. They are very professional and their rates are very good. I was very upset with the venue/house manager and they remained calm the entire time. I would definitely recommend ELE

  Every Little Element took care of every little element!

  I hired Stacey and Kelsi as day-of-coordinators. They were wonderful to work with and made our wedding smooth sailing throughout. Seriously - nothing bad happened and nothing unexpected popped up! It was amazing. I worked primarily with Stacey, she is incredibly sweet and friendly and everyone in our wedding party loved her but she was also on top of things and very organized and knew when to be firm when people weren't where they were supposed to be. She was so flexible and easy to work with and really took the time to discuss my vision/needs and figure out how to take things to the next level. I could not be more appreciative of all that She and Kelsi did to make it so that I could sit back and enjoy every moment of the ceremony and reception without fretting over the little things. If you need a day-of-coordinator or wedding planner hire Every Little Element. I promise you will not regret it!

  Perfect Day

  Stacey is amazing!!! She worked with us as our day of coordinator and we knew we were in great hands for the whole day. My goal for the wedding day was to have to answer as few questions as possible and Stacey made that happen. They took care of everything and made my husband and I feel so special on our day. We are so grateful for Stacey and her assistant, Erin, for all the hard work they put into our wedding and for allowing us to just enjoy everything.

  Sweetest Coordinators for Day-of and More!

  When I learned my venue required a day-of coordinator to be hired, at first I was less than thrilled to have to shop around for a well-priced coordinator, as I had often heard they were very expensive and would only be there the day of to keep everything moving on time. When I found ELE, not only was I excited about the value, I was also excited after learning all the services they would provide! After working with them, I cannot say enough great things about how friendly, experienced, and fun this team is! I had the pleasure of working with Kelsi from ELE as our day-of coordinator and she not only is the sweetest, she is also so professional and well-versed in the wedding business. Though we had just one brief planning meeting prior to our wedding day, Kelsi took the time to go over EVERYTHING with us in so much detail and made sure every little element was taken care of! She helped us make a timeline, ensured every piece of decor was to be set up properly, and contacted ALL of our vendors to coordinate arrival times and to confirm details on our behalf. The day of, Kelsi and her team were even more valuable by completing the majority of our decorating and making sure my vision for the day came to life! I had a pretty tall order for them and they pulled everything off without complaint AND made sure we kept to our timeline. They even were gracious enough to cut our wedding cake! ELE were such a valuable part of our vendor team and helped our day go off seamlessly. I enjoyed my time working with Kelsi and her team at ELE and definitely recommend them for your day-of coordination team!

  Couldn't have done it without them!

  Kelsi was an amazing help in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She asked lots of questions and took lots of notes, so that the week of I didn't have to think about much of anything. If there was a hitch in the day, I didn't see it! She and her team were friendly, professional, and made me feel confident handing over my carefully planned vision for the day for the to execute. Additionally, they were so flexible, and jumped in to help wherever it was needed. I honestly feel the day couldn't have happened without Every Little Element.

  One of the BEST wedding vendors decisions

  We have had the pleasure of having Stacey from Every Little Element coordinate our rehearsal and wedding in May 2019 at Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Before the wedding day, she was organized, thoughtful, prompt with responses to my questions, and was very detailed to ensure that I did not forget about minor details. She was also full of ideas that I could use for my wedding day (one of which was a moment I will never forget).
  
  The day-of, she was attentive, but not a bother, and was able to handle everything with the venue and my vendors. I, the bride, did not have to worry about anything on my wedding day, which makes having Stacey there one of the best decisions I could have made for my wedding day. I highly recommend hiring Every Little Element to coordinate your wedding day.

  Wonderful planners!

  Kelsi and Stacey were such a blessing to our wedding day. We hired them the same day we reached out to them and are so glad we did. They were so professional, personable, and amazing at what they do. You can tell they have such a passion for their brides. They were a huge help throughout the planning process and our day went off without a hitch! They decorated our reception and ceremony areas and it looked fabulous. I couldn't be happier with their work.

  The BEST Wedding Planners/Coordinators Ever

  Our big day (weekend, really) wouldn't have been the same without Every Little Element's AMAZING coordination. I can't say enough about how wonderful Stacey and Kelsi were. The did the big things, like set up/clean up our entire venue, improvised, beautifully, when things went a little off track. The DJ I hired turned out to be a scam and didn't show up on the wedding day, and because ELE couldn't get in touch with the original DJ, they went ahead and reserved a back up DJ just in case! (cue happy tears) I didn't even know about this mini crisis until after my first look with my fiance, and they had already taken care of EVERYTHING. Not sure what I would have done without them. They gave me a piece of mind on the biggest day of my life, and that alone was immeasurable. They traveled all the way to Charleston for us and didn't let me life a finger Saturday or Sunday. If you're a bride looking for the perfect coordinators for your day - choose ELE. You will be SO happy you did!

  Detail Oriented, Professional

  Stacey and Kelsi did an amazing job for our wedding. We left all of the decorations in one place and they set everything up, and made it look better than we had envisioned!   Kelsi and Stacy were amazing day of coordinators for my small fall wedding. They stayed on top of everything and even contacted vendors a week prior; which allowed me to be stress free and guest enjoying themselves. I would hands down work with these ladies again with any major event and suggest you do the same.

  Stacey and Kelsi were amazing! They took care of everything on my wedding day and everything went perfect. They handled the rehearsal, the ceremony, all my vendors, and my crazy friends and family of 180 people. They made my wedding day perfect and I didn't have an ounce of stress that day. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I used Every Little Element for their day of package, and it was perfect for the end of wedding planning when things get crazy!   Hiring Every Little Element to plan my wedding was the best money I spent on the whole wedding! These girls did absolutely everything for me without hesitation. They were proficient and so pleasant to work with! My wedding day went as smooth as any bride could ever ask for! I was not stressed even in the slightest! I could never asked for anyone better. You'd be crazy not to hire them!

I used their day of coordination service and they managed everything SEAMLESSLY. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the whole day - they worked well with the venue and DJ and were able to change plans for the evening on a dime without any of the guests knowing. It made the wedding so much more enjoyable and memorable - I would absolutely recommend them to any brides looking for coordination services!
