    Scott was terrific

    Scott was very professional and helpful throughout our wedding planning process, in the months leading up to and especially as our date approached. The quality of rental products that Scott and his team provided was exceptional and we found the team to be a pleasure to work with.

    We would absolutely recommend Everything Entertainment for not only providing products that complete an event atmosphere, but for providing wonderful service at every stage.

    Everything Entertainment was professional and attentive. Scott and his employee Joe took care of all of our needs for our wedding, including last minute changes, questions and concerns. They were very hands on and really helped us with everything for our party. We would highly recommend using them!!!

    Absolutely perfect. Wife and I were recommended to Everything Entertainment by a coworker. Scott and Joe were both great to work with. All the rentals were in immaculate condition and the tent was amazing. All our friends and family told us the tent was so impressive, they didn't even feel like they were at an outdoor affair. The crystal chandeliers were amazing, as was our two-tone dance floor. We weren't sure what to expect with it, but Scott insisted it would be beautiful and he was right.

    Everything entertainment did string lights for outdoor wedding event. Due to weather, last minute decisions needed to be made on where to set up lights. Scott was flexible and in contact with wedding coordinator and waited last minute to make a decision. They added a beautiful romantic touch to the evening. Very pleased

    Scott was amazing from beginning to end. His communication from the first day was what sold us on him and his company. From the first day we met, Scott (the owner), came directly to our venue and arrived ready with ideas, books, photos and helped us envision our wedding day. He adjusted every budget and line item as the months went by and we had so many different changes. This was particularly critical with an outdoor wedding and with so many different vendors, factors and changes.

    Absolutely fantastic. Two of my friends used other tent companies for their weddings and were disappointed, so although the price was more, I decided to try Everything Entertainment. Scott, Pete, and the entire crew were all super accommodating. All the equipment was in perfect condition (with the exception on one chair which was replaced prior to my wedding.)

    We rented our chairs, tables, tent and dance floor from Everything Entertainment for our wedding at Old Stone House in Brooklyn. They were great to work with - very professional, talked us through all the different options with mockups of our space, and coordinated with our caterer (Bassett Catering). I would definitely recommend them to NY area brides.

    Everything Entertainment provided and set up the tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, and linens for our wedding. We had originally planned on working with another company and doing the set up ourselves to save money, but we ended up choosing Everything Entertainment to take care of everything and are so glad we did. It was such a great experience working with them and reduced our stress the day-of exponentially.

    Scott was incredibly responsive--I think I sent him over 25 emails asking questions and coordinating details, and he always responded quickly and helpfully. We had been trying to figure out the layout ourselves, but he offered us layout suggestions that were far superior, and he visited the space to double-check everything would fit. He supervised the set-up and checked in both before and after to make sure everything went well. The quality of the equipment was perfect, the set-up was perfect and done on time, and the breakdown was seamless as well. I'd highly recommend working with them.

    I booked Everything Entertainment for my wedding because I was told their higher prices were justified by the better quality service and rental equipment they provided, but sadly this turned out to not be the case. We were very clear with Scott when we booked that we needed speakers and a wireless microphone that could be used with an iPad and a recording device (which ended up being a simple mp3 player). Months before the wedding, we met with him at the event site where we took all of his suggestions as to where the equipment should be set up. Nevertheless, none of the sound equipment functioned properly during the wedding. The microphone did not work at all during the ceremony, so that we had to shout our way through our vows. We phoned Scott for help and the only solution he offered was for anyone using the microphone to stand directly next to the receiver, which per his instructions had been set up far away from the guests. The microphone only worked briefly under these awkward conditions, then it went completely dead. Although Scott showed up with a second wireless microphone, he wandered off from our event without telling us he was leaving or even offering the second microphone, later telling us he didn't think the second microphone would work. Even if it had only worked for a short time, it would have been better than nothing. Moreover, Scott wandered off knowing his equipment wasn't working, but without offering any other solution, such as returning with a wired microphone. We didn't hear from him after the wedding with any explanation or apology for the faulty equipment. When we contacted him, he blamed our iPad and mp3 player for causing "interference" great enough to shut down the sound system, which is a ridiculous suggestion. And if his equipment was in fact so old or faulty as to be incompatible with an iPad and mp3 player, it should never have been rented to us. In the end, Scott refused to take responsibility for the equipment and service problems.
