  We had a fantastic time on our bachelorette wine tour. James, our driver, worked with me from start to finish. He helped me choose the best wineries and set us up with everything we needed before, during and after. If you decide to use Excel (and I recommend you do), ask for JAMES! If he is not available, I would have to guess all of their drivers are just as good. Thank you for everything Excel!

  We loved our Limo Driver (can't remember his name it's been a year :) )We had the same driver for my bachelorette party and for our wedding day. He was awesome, on time and made sure the guys had their beverages. He didn't complain when we made him stop all over town for pics.
  
  We had a shuttle bus which was much more accommodating for a big group.

  I would highly recommend Excel Limousine. They showed up 20 minutes early and were extemely accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better transportation company.

  We used Excel Limo as a shuttle service for our guests to be transported from our hotel to Deerfield Country Club and back. Excel worked with us to get every situated so we did not have to worry about anything on the wedding day. Our guests loved the limos and the drivers! I would recommend them to anyone!

  Our limo arrived to pick me and my girls up at the salon we used for hair and makeup. The driver was dressed professionally and was pleasant and friendly. We were discussing stopping to pick up beverages for while the pictures were being taken since it was such a hot day. Our driver offered to pick up beer and bottled water while we were at the hotel getting ready. We really appreciated him going above and beyond what was expected of him.
  
  The driver was friendly and joked around with us. He gave me and my fiance a ride around between after the ceremony/photos and before the reception so we could have a few minutes to ourselves before the night began. I really appreciated his help. He also drove the grandparents in the limo from the ceremony field back to the building so they wouldn't have to walk in the heat. They both walk with canes and I know they appreciated the ride.

  Overall we were very satisfied with Excel Limo. The driver was great considering we had a very rainy day. He was prepared with numerous umbrellas for everyone and was patient with us. The only downfall I would say was the cost. Being in the Limo for a total of maybe one hour, the price seemed a bit much but they were comparable to other estimates we had.

  We had an overall positive experience using Excel on our wedding day. They were reasonable in price, and flexible in meeting our back and forth travel needs between ceremony and reception site. The limo bus was not decorated with the Just Married theme as I had understood it would be. However, the driver made up for this miss by being extra prompt and helpful helping my now husband and I doge the rain in between pictures.

  Excel Limo provided shuttle service between our guests' hotel and the rehearsal dinner venue. I heard neither positive nor negative feedback from the guests. The limo available seated 14, and I believe three trips had to be made to accommodate all the guests. If I recall, no larger vehicle was available, or if there was, the price was prohibitively expensive. At the end of the evening after I had returned home, the driver phoned me to insist that I had not paid, that I still owed half of the fee. He didn't appear to understand that I had paid a deposit months earlier and the balance two weeks before the event. Rather than accept my explanation and/or clarify with his office, he continued to insist on additional payment. His tone was accusatory and unprofessional, especially since he clearly had my credit card information already on file, and the matter could be easily resolved at a more convenient time. However, given reviews I've read of other transportation vendors, I would still recommend this business because they did safely transport my guests as contracted.

  The driver had been drinking alcohol before he drove us to the hotel says the guests at the wedding ceremony. He also forgot our just married sign so that sucked. So much for red carpet treatment. The Lio wasreallynice though.
