    This place had the best price for linens. Cheapest around for simple white.

    You put your order in and don't pay until you pick them up. Emailing your order in is the best way.

    You must pick up your linens on Thursday (before 4) and drop them back off on Monday (before 2)

    They are very easy to work with and don't charge anything extra for stains, but they do charge extra if you spill candle wax on the cake.

    I must recommend Exclusive Linens to anyone looking for great chair covers. They helped me with every request I had, and even helped me with some changes I had the day of wedding at the very last minute.
    Uplighting made a huge difference in the decoration, for an affordable price.
    The room looked beautiful, and the chair covers smelled so fresh!

    This is a small company but they are very hard working ladies. They were on time, communicated well, and very kind. If adjustments needed to be made they were understanding and explained everything. They were on time for set up and also punctual to pick up at the end of the night.

    AMAZING! The price _cannot_ be beat! Don't pay a fortune for chair covers! Exclusive Linens' pricing was much better than any other discount or wedding show "deal" I found anywhere! And the quality was amazing...they did everything just right. Perfect and highly recommended.

    When the covers were picked up, the vendor was RUDE to the person that picked up. In addition, when my husband dropped off the covers the person was also rude. As per vendor's instructions the covered were wrapped as requested in sets in a hanger but one hanger was different (white and strong). With a few of my guests helping out one hanger was missing at the time (in which I found and have with me), vendor should have never not been so rude for $1.

    Hello Dilailan. I am sorry you felt we were rude. I do apologize for that. I remembered you sent your cousin, with a friend, to pick them up. I was the person who gave her the linens, and I do not really recall being rude to her.
    Also, I do remember your husband bringing the linens back, and the missing hanger. Our hangers are heavy duty, commercial type. The white hanger you sent was a regular white hanger, will not hold the linens.
    Again, I apologize if you felt we were rude. I remember talking to you several times over the phone, and I trying to be as helpful as possible.

    Our wedding was back in April 2012 and we rented linens and napkins from them. The service was average - nothing to brag about. I do remember having very select windows that the linens could be picked up and dropped off. I remember having to pick up the linens the Thursday before our Saturday wedding and having to return them the SUNDAY after the wedding or we would get a huge fine. So obviously this task was passed onto a family member since we already had our honeymoon plans in order.

    But the real reason that I'm writing this review is because I just received a phone call from some student at the University of Tampa wanting to do a survey on my experience. So basically, my husband and I paid hundreds of dollars so Exclusive Linens could give away our information?? I'm sorry, but don't we all get enough phone calls of this nature? I'm sure we can all agree that we don't want to spend a ton of money to have our information simply given out. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them at all. Pick someone else!
