    Malvina, and her assistant Jennifer, where the most valuable addition to our wedding planning! From our first meeting in helping us set expectations, all the help coordinating leading up to the day, the rehearsal and right up until the end of the day - an absolute delight to work with! 
     
    We have been getting nothing by amazing feedback on the wedding! Everyone loved the ceremony, thought the cocktail reception was timed perfectly, and dinner and speeches were perfectly scheduled to get the party started nice and early! 
     
    I can't even begin to imagine how the day would have looked without Malvina's guidance through the process, quick responses to our questions and input on what she has seen work and not work from her extensive experience. Her network and contacts within the industry‎ provided us with reliable, talented, and friendly vendors which just added to our entire experience. I can't thank them enough for everything done behind the scenes to keep things moving, making the day flawless from ours and all our guest perspective!  Would strongly recommend them both!

    I was connected to Malvina of Fabulous Occasions through a close friend who had worked with Malvina to plan her own wedding the summer prior to my engagement. It was such a beautiful wedding and I was very impressed with the design, decor and feel of the evening! Upon getting engaged I immediately contacted Malvina in hopes that I would be able to have a dream wedding of my own. I was initially very intimidated by the idea of planning a wedding in Toronto but Malvina was able to quickly calm my fears. We hired Malvina for her full wedding planning services and it was 100% worth it. Malvina knows the wedding industry inside and out and because of her knowledge and connections we were able to put together a team of incredible vendors that were all within our price point. Her design sense and creativity helped to bring to life a really fun, unique and modern party that was totally our style! Over the year leading up to our wedding Malvina was never more than an email or phone call away and she was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have had. She helped us to stay on track with our planning which made the entire planning process much more enjoyable and less stressful. When our wedding day finally arrived I was able to sit back, relax, drink champagne with my bridesmaids and family knowing that Malvina and her assistant Jennifer had everything under control. It is so nice to be able to spend your wedding day with those that matter most and not worrying about dealing with vendors, set up or flow of the evening. Besides agreeing to marry my husband, working with Malvina was the best decision I made! Thank you Malvina!!

    Fabulous Malvina! I worked with Malvina professionally before getting engaged but knew once I got engaged I had to work with her to help plan and execute my wedding day. Her company name says it all, everything about what she does is Fabulous!
    Our first meeting with Malvina was very exciting and it was nice to feel like she was on the same page as us, she had great ideas and really helped us envision our dream wedding day. Throughout the year she was always available and helpful, sending me lots of emails with ideas and where we could find great vendors. Her knowledge of the industry and vendor relationships made planning a breeze and definitely a bonus to booking with Malvina.
    The day of our wedding the weather obviously made some things difficult as they called for rain and our wedding was all outdoor, but Malvina prepped us ahead of time as to what we could expect and the day was just amazing and if there were any hiccups Malvina took care of it! Our wedding day was so magical and we really have Malvina to thank for helping us execute our dream day. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

    To you folks who are worrying about planning your wedding, do not be! Malvina was a life saver for us. We started planning our wedding in less than a year and when we found her we knew things are going to be in good hands. She is very professional and focused on her client's need. She will guide your through the best possible options within your budget and needs. I am very picky and need to do my research on everything properly which takes a lot of time! Time is the most valuable item when you are planning your wedding and she gave us a lot of time back....

    Malvina is very resourceful and has a great taste! . Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Everything went as per plan with no glitches... This is considering we are both very picky and opinionated!:)
    Thank you Malvina for being so helpful and patient! You made our day stress free !

    I would highly recommend Malvina to any couple who is looking for a trust worthy and tasteful planner....

    It was so incredible to have Malvina as our wedding planner. We had the "month of" planning package, but she helped us for much longer than just the month. The cost was very reasonable and that I would have gladly paid 2-3x more for her quality of service. For about half a year before the wedding, she was so thorough and expert in guiding us on how to plan the wedding. She was always responsive to questions by email and phone. She reminded us of various things that we would not have thought of ourselves. In the month before, she expertly helped us with both the big picture and small details. The day of my wedding for me was stress free and definitely the best day of our lives. I can't say enough good things about how amazing Malvina was on my wedding day (and she had an assistant who was excellent as well). I did not know about most of the logistic issues during the wedding - that was thanks to Malvina's careful attention. She managed all the issues before they got to us, or by the time we knew about it, she already had a plan. She was the point person for any issues that arose, and was proactive in solving problems. For example, she helped us work out unexpected delays in the schedule. She helped us complete vendor payments. She made sure people who were late to the ceremony went in through an unobtrusive entrance. She coordinated with our décor vendor to ensure the best possible décor. Our photographer really enjoyed working with her and gave her a shoutout on her wedding photo blog. Malvina was aware of some specific things we wanted in our wedding that would make the day much more special for us, and made sure they happened. She was gracious, professional, efficient, and overall a wonderful person to work with. I would highly, highly, highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding in Toronto. I always tell my friends now that one of the most important wedding planning decisions we made was to have Malvina as our wedding planner.

    I could not imagine having the day without Malvina. She was exceptional from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with how she dealt with vendors who "accidentally" overcharged or were rude to the limo that did not show up and the wrong chairs (that I didnt know until the next day) had been delivered, which she dealt with until they were the correct ones.

    It may seem expensive at the time, but the last thing you need on your wedding day is to deal with more stress. Malvina gave me peace of mind knowing that my day would be a perfect one to remember.

    Malvina is just like the name of her company, Fabulous! I set up meetings with two other planning/decor service companies and decided she was the best fit to plan my wedding. She is professional, laid back, easy to get along with and is up to date with current trends and gives referrals of great vendors. She is on top of her emails, never late to meetings and gives fair and honest feedback. If you have large wedding with a lot of vendors and extras, she has a number of assistants to help make sure everything is on point! Our family will be a repeat client for any future events. She is regularly featured in Wedluxe magazine with her fabulous weddings!

    My wife and I got married on the labour day long weekend earlier this year. We had no idea as to how to go about this and with both of us working until the day of the wedding, planning became very difficult. And then came this miracle worker called Malvina from Fabulous Occasions and what can I say, it all seemed like a piece of cake. Weather it was dealing with vendors, helping out with the decor (more like redesigning the entire banquet hall) or managing 700 guests over a 2 day wedding, Malvina was on top of everything. We very highly recommend her for any and every event.

    Malvina was a God send for me. When I first got engaged, I started picturing how beautiful my day would be, but I didn't know where to begin. I didn't think I needed a wedding planner, it seemed more like a luxury. I decided to interview a couple of planners and Malvina seemed to mesh best with my personality and style. After much thought, I decided to pull the trigger and work with a planner, so Fabulous Occasions it was!

    Little did I know at that point, how important a wedding planner is, let alone a good one! I've now said this multiple times, that Fabulous Occasions was the insurance on my wedding, guaranteeing it would go beautifully! I couldn't imagine my day without Malvina and I know it would not have been nearly as perfect without her. She organized and executed my day flawlessly! Our day was absolutely everything we could have dreamed of and more. She completely understood my vision of my big day, and recommended amazing vendors based on that.

    I've had so many guests tell me that the ceremony and reception was the most beautiful they've ever seen! I heard from family members that she worked around the clock from a few days leading up to my wedding until the early hours post-reception.

    The best part is Malvina became a really close friend. It was like hanging out with a good friend over coffee, while we planned.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything. I wish words could better describe how much we appreciate you!

    Malvina is Fabulous!! Best decision was to hire a wedding planner. I can not picture the whole wedding process with out her. I would recommend her to all couples getting married, you will not regret it :)!!

    We used Malvina as our wedding planning for our August, 2011 wedding. Malvina proved to be an excellent choice and was responsible for making our day a beautiful, well executed and memorable event. Malvina was efficient, tireless, skilled, diplomatic, had great communication skills. She worked well with the other vendors we used. We loved her sense of humor and kindness. Malvina kept us on track from the minute we had our first meeting until the venue doors closed in the wee hours of the morning. I would recommend her to help anyone saying “I do’s” in the future.

    Malvina was an absolute pleasure to work with, and made the entire planning process as stress free as possible. She answered all of our seemingly endless questions, re-assured us, and was always available to troubleshoot both on our wedding day and during the months that proceeded. She is incredibly talented at what she does, and choosing to hire her was one of our best decisions. She was invaluable.

    Malvina and her team are wonderful!!! She was able to completely read my mind as to decor for our wedding and we had so many compliments on the day of! People were raving about the plate settings, hanging globe lights, candy table setup, etc. It far exceeded our expectations! Malvina is very very responsive to questions via email and put me in touch with many great vendors! She recommended our photographer and we couldn't have been happier with her as well!
