  Shapiro/Quintana wedding

  The cake was exactly what we wanted it to be. Elegant, classy, beautiful, & above all, tasty. Thank you so much for all the hard work that went in to putting this beautiful cake together.

  Exactly what we asked for!

  We worked with Fancy Cakes through our vendor, The Palace at Somerset Park. We picked chocolate and vanilla cake with cannoli cream (yum!). It was so tasty. For the design, I wanted something different and gave her a picture with my description. She brought my vision to life. The design was exactly what I wanted!

  What a wonderful experience! We were able to do a tasting and come up with a creative combination of cake flavors - with each tier being a different style! Krystina listened to us and helped us turn our loose concept into a firm design (even looking at our invitation design!) and a beautiful cake!! And it tasted amazing! As a person who does not always keep kosher but needed to have a kosher parve (free of anything that makes it "meat" such as lard or "dairy" such as butter or cream), this cake did not taste parve!! It was moist and light and flavorful!!

  KRYSTINA GINANARIS is amazing!!!! She respond to all my annoying emails and inquiries! lol! She was very accommodating! We were late on our cake tasting because of parking but she was patient with us and allowed us to still go on with our appointment. All were delicious and taste real good! It was almost my birthday that time, she was so kind she allowed me to take home the cake tasting... hehe! She worked accordingly to my demands regarding my cake topper and style... delivery charges are very affordable even if my wedding was in Long Island City. Her cake design is great and it taste was better! all my guests took pieces of our cake!! THANK YOU LOVE!!!!!

  I got a grooms cake from Cake & Co for my rehearsal dinner. I couldn't be more pleased! My husband almost cried when he saw the cake. It was so perfect for him and really an incredibly creative representation of what I asked for! It was a Pink Floyd/Yankees Cake!
  
  Krystina was so responsive to all of my e-mails and prompt with sending any information I requested. She was great to work with through the creative process for the cake and I felt very confident in her skills. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet her in person! Cake was delivered on time to the restaurant as promised. Thank you!!!!

  Kristina made us a book themed cake for our wedding. It was not tacky at all - it was beautiful and classy, and looked like a million bucks...and it cost a fraction of that!

  Our wedding cake was beyond amazing. It was beyond beautifully decorated - I wish I could attach a picture. I asked for something different and that went with our peacock themed Bronx Zoo wedding.   Krystina and her team were a pleasure to work with for our Nov. 11, 2017 wedding. Our venue was strictly kosher, and did not offer wedding cakes through their in-house caterer, but it was our wedding, and we just couldn't give up the idea of cutting into a big, beautiful, tiered cake. Enter Fancy Cakes! Krystina went out of her way to accommodate a complimentary cake tasting at a location near us, and then provided a second round of tasting for a few additional flavors we were interested in trying. There were a number of yummy flavor options available, and we were able to select two different cake/filling combinations for our three-tiered cake.
  
  She did a really lovely job of bringing our vision to life with a simple, three-tiered square cake, with edible succulents and branches to match our floral decor. And most importantly, we've heard not-so-great things about pareve (dairy-free) cakes in general, but hers was delish!
  
  She coordinated drop off with our venue manager, and everything was stress-free and taken care of on our big day. Would definitely recommend Fancy Cakes for your special event (and everyday) cake needs!
