  Pure bliss!

  Fannin Oaks is the PERFECT venue. It is rustic, yet chic. The amount of space allows for so many creative ideas to come to light. I walked in with ZERO expectations, and was able to plan my wedding quickly and easily. The staff was more than amazing.... (Liana was the BEST help, and we all absolutely adored her... the bartenders Taylor and Christie kept the drinks flowing and plenty of laughs going!) The space is so versatile. Plenty of room to seat 160+ guests AND still have room for dancing in the center. The outside ceremony area was beautiful (despite the unexpected cold front and wind). I recommend this venue to anyone I meet who is planning a wedding! Price friendly for all the accommodations provided, and a stellar staff! Thank you to the Fannin Oaks Family! Y'all are truly one of a kind!

  Absolutely Amazing

  A true dream of wedding venue. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. I loved the option be being able to stay the weekend at the venue so our special day never felt rushed. The staff was so and helpful and let us visit the venue multiple times prior to our big day. They were very attentive and answered and text and calls at anytime. Very reasonable priced wedding venue compared to the market.
  I’d get married here a million times over and will continue to recommend the venue to family and friends.

  Fannin Oaks Wedding

  We had our wedding at Fannin Oaks on December 2, 2023 and everything was so beautiful!! The venue offers a very beautiful space that goes with any theme!! When we first booked the venue I told my husband we could just show up, set up some tables and chairs and it would still be perfect. The owner and the staff were very easy to work with and made the planning process very easy! I highly recommend Fannin Oaks!

Their ceremony site is absolutely beautiful as it overlooks fields and water, and then their hall is so easy to decorate and make it your own! I 100% Recommend it to everyone getting married!

  The venue is absolutely stunning! All of my guest really enjoyed the view and the venue. The bridal house is amazing, we only had issues with the grooms house not being finished since March and had issues with the fridge. It’s non inclusive but they let you choose your own vendors (except the alcohol). Also I’ve been having a hard time contacting them after the wedding.
