  Chris was amazing! He went above and beyond our expectations! He and his assistant traveled 4 hours to get to our venue and arrived early and ready to go. We got married under the Natural Bridge which is a tough location to photograph based on other photos I have seen from previous weddings there. But I didn't have to worry about that! No other photographers could have done as good of a job capturing everything from the entire Natural Bridge with our wedding party to split second moments on the dance floor. I didn't know we could be more in love until I saw his beautiful pictures. They are stunning! We received our photos very quickly and the range and quality of the shots is awesome! We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Chris to be your wedding photographer.

  Chris and Fantastic Photography was phenomenal for our big day! He was very attentive to details and on time schedule! Very easy to work with on the big day and for the whole planning phase! 5 stars isn't enough!

  We are so happy we hired them for our wedding. Our pictures are beautiful and couldn't ask for anything more. We only had to wait about a month for us to get our cds in the mail. Also price is very affordable. My only regret was that I didn't hire them for video too!

  So friendly and flexible. We used them for engagement and wedding pictures. They drove to multiple locations for the engagement shoot. They offered suggestions for shots I would have never thought about. They got the pictures back quick too. Wedding pictures were great. You saw them, but they were never invasive. They always responded quickly to emails and phone calls.

  I just want to continually thank Chris and Amy. They both work so well together to help capture your moment and when they get inspired by your requests, it fuels your inspiration even more. The images have such a fairy tale dream quality to them and they have such professionalism. On top of that it is such a great value and they will have your beautiful images available to you in no time.

  My only complaint is the photographer was in several parts of the video, but I am so glad he stayed dedicated to the photos because they all turned out amazing and he caught several moments I never thought anyone would catch so quick. IMO they should charge more but I am so glad they didn't!!

  My husband and I were first attracted to the price of their services, so we decided to meet them. They met with us twice before the wedding to show us past pictures and videos and the equipment they would use. We liked them because they were very professional, especially on the wedding day. They took time taking the formal portraits, to make sure the lighting and background would be good, and right after the reception they offered to take even more of just my husband and me before leaving. They wanted to be sure that I had gotten as many pictures as I wanted. All of the pictures were edited beautifully, and it's apparent to me that their advertisements are true about them spending a great effort with editing. I am especially happy with the ones of just my husband and me! I got the pictures back within 4 weeks, which is comparatively very amazing timing! I would highly recommend them.

  They offered great value, were very prompt and took great photos. I have heard many horror stories about wedding photos and couples waiting extensive amounts of time to receive their photos, but you do not have to worry about that with Chris and Amy. Everything was delivered in the time promised. It rained the entire day and they even brought cute rain boots to wear with my dress for some of the fun photos. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

  I am in love with the photos. We didn't have a lot of time to take a lot of formals with the family and therefore had to forego some shots, However, Chris made sure to get a few good shots. I love the fact that we have so many shots of our guests during the reception. It's nice to see all the smiles on people's faces. I also like that we have many shots of our first dance.   Chris and Amy are great people. We were looking to maintain a certain budget for our June 7th wedding and found their deal on Groupons. We had some editing issues at first and they graciously re-edited our product in a timely fashion.

  We did our engagement photos, wedding photos and wedding video with Fantastic Photography. We were very pleased with our engagement photos, they turned out beautifully. On our wedding day, we hired Chris as lead photographer, his assistant Kurt, and videographer Jaymee. Overall, the day went smoothly! Once we finally got our wedding photos back (5 and a half months later!) we were very pleased and absolutely loved the photos and the quality. We only regret not having a few certain photos taken, but we have many to look back on for memories. We didn't receive our wedding video for another week after getting our photos. Once we received that and watched it, we were very disappointed and upset to say the least. The quality of the video and transitioning was terrible. There were a lot of important things missing (which I later found out certain reasons were poor techniques such as shaky camera, turning it too fast and making the picture crooked, videographer's head in the way of some shots, etc.) I let Chris know that we were unhappy and he did show intention to make things right but put us on the back burner since he had several other clients to work on since he was so far behind. In the meantime, he did agree to send me our raw footage so we could at least have that to look back on. Four months have gone by and we still haven't received our final wedding video from him. I reached out to him, but he is not always the best with communication. I would recommend this company for photography but not wedding videography.

  We are awaiting the client to update their review after significant and substantial changes are being made to the video by a new video editing team. Jennifer, I apologize if your experience was substandard! Your videography package was grandfathered in when we took over the videography for H Squared when the videographer became disabled. We no longer offer the simple videography product you booked and received as we now supplement our full length videos with our new equipment we purchased in November 2017 that offers a more cinematic look and feel. Future clients can view the capabilities of the equipment and new editing team by visiting the videography page on our website!

  Carina and family are amazing people who also run a competing photo/video business! We're sorry mistakes were made, unfortunately on both sides, and we can all learn from this:
  (1) 8-10 shots/variety: Entire weddings viewable on our website prove our variety and what we offer, but I'm sorry that you felt your variety wasn't great. (2) Eating: The communication barrier caused this problem, which has never happened again in two years. (3) Photos with guests: It was not communicated with us or put in the schedule that you would like group photos with about two dozen tables. It is HIGHLY recommended this sort of thing be scheduled or a group shot is scheduled if a bride/groom wants a photograph physically present with every guest. (4) Focus on dance floor. When people are dancing Chris has amazing experience at providing the highest quality split-second action photos. The second photographer was available and focused elsewhere, Chris took many photos elsewhere in the reception, and were he alone it would have been a different scenario altogether.   My daughter got married January 25, 2019 and we have yet to get our pictures. Have made several attempts to contact Chris but have been given excuses or have just been ignored all together. I wish I would have chosen a reliable photographer.

  Disappointed customer

  My husband and I had a wedding done on the 24th of November. It is March 13th and we do not have what we paid in full for. He has our money and we do not have our pictures nor do we even have an idea if we are even going to get our pictures because he is not responding to us about our pictures. I do not wish for anyone else to go through this. This person has memories I probably will never see.

  SCAM. Do not hire! SCAM

  Chris will be happy to take your money and maybe even show up to a wedding. He might even look like he's taking pictures or show you a couple on the camera to convince you. After the event you will never see a single photo from this scammer. He makes excuse after excuse why he can't provide edited or unedited photos and thats only if he answers your messages. If you've hired him in the past please contact wedding wire and any other resourse under which he's listed to report the fraud so they can remove his listing. Don't let him ruin your wedding!

  Chris will be happy to take your money and maybe even show up to a wedding. He might even look like he's taking pictures or show you a couple on the camera to convince you.   Stay Away, don't hire. Scam artist

  If I could review with no stars I would. Chris photographed my wedding in June and it took him a month of me messaging for him to finally respond to me about my pictures. He claims he is medically ill, but he has been sick for months and continued to take clients on for weddings that he had no intention of doing the photos for. I have asked for the unedited and have got every excuse under the sun. Stay away. He's awful. That being said, he asked me, the bride for payment 5 separate times during the wedding instead of my coordinator.

  These are the replies I get while communicating with clients while I am presently admitted to the hospital for serious medical issues, but I no longer can expect people to have a heart or be decent.
  “but he has been sick for months and continued to take clients on for weddings that he had no intention of doing the photos for.” Totally untrue, I have a 100% arrival rate for weddings, do an amazing job each time, but medical issues extended my backlog and I am currently not taking any weddings due to that. This is so blatantly false I can’t believe you can sleep at night saying it.
  
  “ I have asked for the unedited and have got every excuse under the sun.” I told you I could provide 40-100 gigs of raws or would have to edit them to make jpgs useful and that’s not good enough for you.

You should try writing senators about how the government dropped my health insurance without warning for what I can prove is false reasons and didn’t reply to my appeals rather than attack me for being ill.
