Angel was excellent! She was really a joy to work with! She was flexible and worked with our crazy schedule and last minute adjustments! She is attentive to detail, and really went above and beyond to capture our special day wonderfully! She was professional, and worked well with our other vendors. The photos were absolutely stunning, and we were even able to get a sneak peak the next day! We were so happy with the photos, and highly recommend her to anyone! -

I loved having Angel as our photographer! We booked her fairly early on for our wedding on September 30th, 2023. Her packages were reasonably priced for the number of things we received. We booked an engagement shoot, full 8-hour wedding day shoot, and just ordered our albums included in our package for ourselves and both sides of our families. Angel was a pleasure to work with and we were instantly comfortable during our first photoshoot with her. She gave us tips on how to pose during our engagement shoot and then our wedding day photos came out beautifully! We received everything in a timely manner and she was very responsive to our messages and questions. Her questionnaire prior to the wedding day was very thorough and she made sure to include all the details we noted.
Highly recommend booking with her because she really made everything a breeze! :) -

Beautiful Wedding Photos!
Angel photographed my wedding in September, and she did a beautiful job! The photos were the style I like - light and airy - and she took many closeups of the decorations, the cake, our horse and carriage, and our guests. She also was very flexible on the day of, and instead of taking lots of portraits, she instead focused on the guests and everything else that was going on. She also took some sweet photos of my dog when he walked down the aisle. There were some inspiration shots that I wanted, and she captured those for me as well. Angel herself is a thoughtful, experienced professional, and is very easy to work with. She has a pleasant personality, and when I interviewed her, I got the sense that she had enough wedding experience that I could rely on her to pose and photograph us in ways that would be flattering. I would highly recommend Angel. She is a gem! -

We have worked with Angel for both our engagement photos and wedding photos. Both experiences have been amazing. She is so talented and really brought my vision into life. The aesthetic of her photos is clean, bright, and airy. Every single picture has been insta-worthy! Since our first meeting, Angel has been professional, flexible and personable. She was not only our photographer on our wedding day, she and her assistant, Wendy, were like my sisters. They were quick and worked seamlessly. At one point, they were literally helping me clean the dirt off of my dress. Honestly, I am still blown away by the pictures from our wedding. She truly captured all the important details and the people I wanted to highlight the most. We seriously cannot recommend her enough! -

Working with Angel was the best! We didn't have a wedding planner and she helped us from the very beginning. She was so nice, professional, and of course her photos are stunning which is why we chose her from the beginning. Her team went above and beyond on my wedding day from helping me put on my dress to driving me to the venue! All our photography requests were met throughout the night and we were able to capture the greatest moments :) Thank you so much Angel! We highly recommend working with her if you haven't already fallen in love with her pictures! -

Feather and Fawn Photography was the best investment of my entire wedding journey! Angel knew not only the perfect lighting and angles, but knew how to pose us in a way that captured our relationship so perfectly. She made us feel so beautiful and natural! Best Wedding Photographer Ever!!!
Angel is truly an amazing photographer and she has walked with us since we were engaged even before the pandemic! We loved getting to know her from the very beginning, and we also enjoyed our engagement photoshoot that she took of us in Old Town, Alexandria. Even with our multiple postponements throughout 2020, Angel was very patient and understanding every step of the way. Moreover, she made our long-awaited wedding day that much more perfect with such beautiful pictures to remember every element! One of my fondest memories of our first wedding portrait session is when I got really cold outside in the morning, and Angel and her assistant, Wendy, were so loving in making sure I kept warm! Angel also took our last portraits in our reception attire towards the end of our day, and those fun pictures that we took with her was a wonderful way to wrap up our big day! We would recommend Angel to anyone in a heartbeat-- Angel is not only very talented with her bright, soft, and romantic style of photography that we love, but she was also so sweet, thoughtful, and caring for us!! -

I don't know where to begin. I've developed such a strong relationship with Angel from the start when I first reached out. We were able to have our engagement shoot July 2020 when things started opening after covid. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and allowed us to just be "ourselves." Next, I requested Angel to do a last-minute tea ceremony for my dad since he had a serious terminal illness. I texted Angel one week before and she literally cleared out her weekend for us in order to shoot that day. It was a rainy day, but so perfect because she was able to capture those forever memories for me and my family. My father passed away in May and Angel sent flowers to the funeral. I was in tears because she is such a sweet, thoughtful, and caring person. Finally, everything on our wedding day went so smoothly. Angel knew exactly what to do from the morning of to our reception. I did not have to worry about one thing. A wedding photographer is really important, but to form a friendship with your wedding photographer is an even more amazing experience. I am so happy to have met Angel and I know I will be able to keep in touch with her even after our wedding! Thank you for EVERYTHING Angel! -

Photos That We Will Treasure Forever
I approached Angel with the idea of a family portrait session at a local farm. She got back to me right away and was as excited about the shoot as I was. My daughter is one and she was so kind and patient with her. She captured the best candid moments! She is a true artist and the photos turned out better than I could have even imagined. -

One word: amazing!
Angel and her team were amazing and did an awesome job capturing our wedding. From the beautiful venue to all the feels, the photos remind us of all the emotions of that day. We did the Heirloom package which includes an engagement session and a wedding album and it was definitely worth the price. For the engagement session, Angel made magic happen with one blooming tree right before things shut down for the pandemic. Angel stayed the course with us during the uncertain times of the pandemic. On the day of the wedding, Angel and her team were crucial to making it a success. Her assistant even used her sewing skills to fix my dress! They had a discrete, unimposing way of taking photographs that helped us relax and be our happy selves for the photos. Angel even got us a variety of sneak peeks from the wedding the very next day, which was a great surprise! We got the full gallery of almost 1000 photos less than a month later and we are very pleased :) We would highly recommend Angel and her team to all couples! -

Amazing to Work with and Gorgeous Photos
I truly cannot day enough nice things about Angel. Our photos turned out so breath-taking and beautiful. They have an airy and romantic quality that I was looking for. Angel is very friendly and I felt like I had known her all my life after we first talked over facetime. She listens to what you want and is very approachable. Her works also speaks for itself, she is artistically talented, she is able to capture sweet and candid moments in her shots, while also incorporating beautiful landscape. I got married at a vineyard and I told her it was important for the photos to capture the venue's beauty, and her delivery exceeded our expectations. She is the best vendor I booked because she listened to what we wanted, rather than her own agenda. -

Angel was undoubtedly the best wedding photographer anyone could ever ask for! As my fiancé and I at the time did not know what we were in for as we began our journey to choose our vendors, we came across Angel’s Instagram (if you haven’t done so, check her out!). Upon being amazed by her art, we wanted to know more, so we filtered through WeddingWire, and were truly impressed by her work. Before we knew it, we were sitting in front of Angel, telling her our story, as she was genuinely curious and immediately made us feel very comfortable. We knew right after our meeting, that Angel had to be our photographer. Like most couples, price plays a factor in choosing a vendor, and Feather and Fawn Photography is not only affordable for the DMV area, but provides wonderful customer service, flexibility, and professionalism.
During our engagement photo-shoot, and with both myself and my fiancé not entirely sure of knowing what to do, Angel stepped right in and guided us through the entire shoot. Initially, our GPS took us to the wrong location, however, not to fret as Angel was to the rescue and within minutes, she met us where we were and the fun began! Once we were done at the first location, she had more ideas for other spots to take more shots, and during our way to said locations, we improvised and found additional locations for awesome shots! The engagement photo session was so much! As two shy people, Angel helped us to feel much more comfortable in front of the camera.
Upon getting closer to our wedding date, Angel checked in and met with us discuss details of how the day would go. It was a nice way to catch up with her, and she helped ease our wedding stress.
On the day of our wedding, Angel and her second shooter showed up earlier than expected. They both got right to shooting and knew exactly where to go and what to shoot. They were well synchronized and when we saw them at work, it truly made both of us feel at ease knowing that we were in more than great hands. Angel was not only our photographer on that day, but she was also a great friend! She checked on us to make sure that everything was okay, and helped to fix some things that didn’t go as planned. She was a life saver!
Angel immediately sent us the photographs a couple weeks after our wedding and we honestly could not wait to see her work. Upon receiving her initial highlight set of images, which were so fantastic, even our friends and family kept raving about how amazing our photographer was, we were so excited to see the rest of photos! We were biting our tongues, as we were so tempted to ask her for more photos to see and share. Knowing she is very busy and her work is becoming more known, Angel still kept her word and sent us all the photographs on time as she said she would. We could not be happier with our gut instincts with Angel. All the best and we wish we could do it all over again, as she was so wonderful to work with. Enjoy this adventure and believe in Angel, as you go through the process. She in phenomenal! Thank you so much, Angel!
When we say that Angel is the best photographer anyone could have ever asked for, not only is her work amazing, she knows how the wedding process works, how the human mind works during a wedding, and genuinely is a people person, which cannot be taught. Being on a smaller budget, their quality of service was the absolute best I could find for the price point! Angel is so affordable when you consider everything she provides. She responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and set up a meeting right away. She came to meet us at a nearby cafe and immediately offered to buy us a drink! We loved the way she made us feel comfortable from the start and I have yet to find someone as accommodating as she is! Every single question during the process was answered and she even offered her help for things completely unrelated to the engagement/wedding photos! The way she went above and beyond truly made her business shine and stand out among the others!
During our engagement photo shoot, we were nervous in front of the camera but Angel gave us clear directions on how to pose and constantly made us laugh resulting in beautiful candid photos! By then end- I felt like I'd just been on a really fun date! It seemed like it couldn't get any better but Angel really outdid herself at our wedding! My day was so stress-free because Angel and her second shooter ( who also happens to be her awesome husband Jeff). They were very kind but firm in giving directions to my friends and family for photos which resulted in us sticking to our timeline without any worries! It's been over a month now and I still get comments from friends about how blessed I was to have a photographer like Angel who helped the day go smoothly and gave us some of the most beautiful wedding photos they had seen! Tears came to my eyes when I saw the emotion-filled photos Angel captured and I cannot thank her enough for giving me a way to remember my wedding day forever.
