We got married in the gazebo and the reception was in the Rossi Auditorium in the Davis Center and I can honestly say I was blown away by their professionalism and it was beautiful as always, the seasonal flowers they plant make decorating effortless!!We got married in the gazebo and the reception was in the Rossi Auditorium in the Davis Center and I can honestly say I was blown away by their professionalism and it was beautiful as always, the seasonal flowers they plant make decorating effortless!! -

I could not have asked for a better location to have my wedding and reception than Mill Creek Park. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The views from the Davis Center were gorgeous (especially during the fall)! We had so many great locations to choose from to take pictures. The gardens had hundreds of pumpkins everywhere due to the upcoming pumpkin walk. It was awesome!I could not have asked for a better location to have my wedding and reception than Mill Creek Park. The Fellows Riverside Gardens held our ceremony at the Kidston Pavilion. They have about 4 or 5 time slots per day, so if you call shortly after getting engaged, they typically have something available. They aren't too terribly expensive. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars for value is because they do not offer a room to get dressed in or a backup room if it rains. You have to pay for each of those separate, which cost 4x as much as the outdoor venue itself. Luckily for me I work in a salon and could get ready there, though the pictures werent as great and it stopped raining the minute i had to walk down the isle. The Fellows Riverside Gardens held our ceremony at the Kidston Pavilion. Fellows Riverside Gardens is a beautiful, and hence popular, place to hold a wedding ceremony. It only costs $100 if you're a resident (and thus a taxpayer), so it's worth the money a hundred times over. Because of its popularity, it gets booked up very quickly--we booked our ceremony 18 months in advance and had limited options at that point. We did not have our reception there (because that part was already booked), but I've been to this part of the park a lot growing up and have volunteered there for years. I wouldn't get married anywhere else.Fellows Riverside Gardens is a beautiful, and hence popular, place to hold a wedding ceremony. Great place! It was a great ceremony and reception location. Very good value too. I got a lot of compliments on the Davis center, and we were able to take beautiful pictures in the Rose Garden outside. Would recomend to anyone!Great place! Amazing venue
The most beautiful place in the area. The price is a great value. The only negative was the set up for the sweethearts table, they set it up where we were hitting our knees into the table poles. They should have set it up where they weren’t where we were sitting. The most beautiful place in the area. The price is a great value. I love Fellows Riverside Gardens, and have since I was a kid. I've always wanted an outdoor wedding, so Mill Creek Park was the perfect place. We used the Kidston Pavilion for the ceremony and the Rossi Auditorium for the reception. Everything was beautiful, and the people we worked with were lovely. The only major concern we had was not being able to book a rehearsal time the night before, but we scheduled our dinner later in the evening and it worked out fine.I love Fellows Riverside Gardens, and have since I was a kid. This was a beautiful location for a wedding, and one that is used by many. There were several other weddings going on, but they didn't interfere with ours. We did have to reserve a year and a half in advance for a July wedding, and their rules were very strict as to preserve the plants in the gardens. We were also not allowed to place any flowers or plants inside (or outside) of the pavillion, and I assume it was to avoid detracting from the beauty of the rose garden itself. We were allowed to have our own musical choice, even though they provided us with a list of other musicians. Their rules are strict, their price is a little high for a public park, but the beauty and serenity was priceless. This was a beautiful location for a wedding, and one that is used by many.
