You’ll receive such dedicated, thoughtful and personal service and support. Carolyn was amazing from the start. We connected right away on the phone and she gave me examples of the day and it was so on point from the start. Carolyn and her team did such an incredible job. She shared ideas and we loved them. They added so much more to our wonderful wedding all because of her. They are worth every penny, if you want to have a stress-free and wonderful wedding day, pick her! Hands down... I had the most incredible wedding thanks to Fete Events. They are kind, so calm and refreshing, professional, and always 5-step ahead! 10/10!"

Carolyn was truly a blessing in our wedding she made everything look so simple and easy ! We enjoyed our day and had no worries because of her! She truly has a gift. Hiring Carolyn from Fête Events was honestly the best decision I ever made for my wedding. We had an interfaith Muslim/Hindu Indian wedding and with that, can come with some complexities. She was able to handle day of coordination flawlessly (managing not one but TWO baraats and working with our siblings who weren't used to officiating for an interfaith ceremony) while also providing excellent design details with florals. Carolyn has such a kind, warm personality that can make anyone feel at ease. I also love the small touches like coming over to my hotel room with a bag of goodies to make me feel relaxed on my wedding morning (I was not expecting that at all but it was super nice to see her and her presence def put me at ease). After the wedding, both my sister-in-law and mom mentioned how great and professional Carolyn was at her job. (It's not just coming from me!) If I hadn't hired her, our wedding day would def not have flowed as smoothly and I am eternally grateful for her.Fête Events's reply:

First of all, the owner, Carolyn was so kind and generous with her time, resources, and connections. We were treated like family from our first meeting. She works with amazing partner vendors. Carolyn was always quick to communicate, she helped us integrate all of the elements that were important to us (complete with a hosted coffee bar!). It was clear she wanted us to have the most special day and did everything she could to make that happen. She provided excellent vendor connections, as well, which made the entire planning process seamless. The value we got for the price was incomparable for the high quality of our event. She has clearly poured her heart into making our wedding day beyond special! We are so grateful to have found her. We couldn't have been happier with all Carolyn did for us. My parents still talk about how great she was with them and reminded them of things throughout the evening and made my Grammie feel so special that day too! Thank you, Carolyn! If you need a planner or a day of coordination she is your girl. I will be telling all my friends and clients if they are having a party, an event, or a wedding, they must use her! ❤️ GigiFête Events's reply:

Our wedding day was perfect, and a huge part is thanks to Carolyn and her team. We hired Carolyn for 3 months -of coordination, so the first time we got to meet her in person was at our food tasting at the venue. I was starting to feel very stressed about all the last-minute details, but Carolyn asked all the right questions and was super professional, while already had things covered I didn't even think of. She is so sweet and friendly that I immediately felt at ease and safe about our day approaching. On the rehearsal day, she was amazing! She got everyone where they needed to be we ran through it all a few times and bam it was done and she had our rehearsal dinner set up so cute! On the day of, Carolyn brought one assistant. I felt like they were at my beck and call all day as if they were my own personal assistants, which was a service I didn’t expect at all. They were constantly checking in with me, getting things for me, offering me water, and at one point even offering to go get me a snack before the ceremony. I’ve been a bridesmaid in a handful of other weddings and I’ve never been as impressed with a coordinator as I was with Carolyn. My parents also commented on how lovely Carolyn and her team were. At some point after the wedding when we were on our honeymoon, I realized that I had forgotten to pack up our custom name cards & Cake topper that I had made for us, but when I unpacked all of our wedding stuff, I found that Carolyn had packed it for us, along with other items I would have never thought to keep as a memory. Carolyn and her team are seriously the best. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carolyn to all of our friends and strangers any day. She is worth every penny, trust me. Wedding Coordinator
Carolyn is absolutely the best! Carolyn made our wedding super stress free! She helped us with every detail of our wedding, she provided us with many different options from the vendors to the decor for us to pick from with the next day. Carolyn was awesome! I had all of the control with none of the stress. I hired a wedding planner Caroly from Fete Events who took care of everything involved in the actual ceremony and reception, but for pretty much everything else, I was on my own by choice. Because my maid of honor lives in another city and both of us have demanding medical jobs, planning the bachelorette weekend and bridesmaid activities was turning into way too much work. That’s where Carolyn came to our rescue. She set up the polls to get the best dates for everyone, found us Airbnb and hotel options, and made a spreadsheet with prices, amenities, and nearby attractions so we could make informed choices without spending hours doing the drudgework. Then she also helped me plan lodging and bridal party activities for the days around the wedding. Carolyn was even willing to do additional sessions with my maid of honor so I could be sure that everything was planned to my control-freak standards while still getting some surprises from my friends. At each step, I had all the control I wanted with none of the stress that usually comes with it. My husband and bridesmaids were also saved from the stress of dealing with me in planning mode. Carolyn truly saved my wedding & shower along with every detail I planned to come to life just like I wanted. She even did details I never even thought of. She truly was the Best and a mind reader I think! Ha ha just amazing experience brings things to the table you don't think of. Thank you Again CarolynFête Events's reply:

Carolyn came on board as a day of coordinator about two weeks before my wedding. She was only suppose to just make sure the vendors showed up and get them organized.
She wound up having to set up all my decor for me and stayed longer than she was suppose to.
She was such a life saver, she is the sweetest and most caring woman and I am so lucky that I found her and that she was willing to work with me on such short notice! I 100% recommend herFête Events's reply:

It’s weird that I ever write a review, but I had to for Carolyn. Weddings can be beyond stressful and to have to deal with covid. But Carolyn put all my worries to rest and had amazing out of the box ideas to make our special day come true. I would ask her a question, if we should do something next and she would already taken care of it or had options and referrals for me to pick from. She always put us first and came up with how to do things with covid restrictions in mind and safety for all. She even planned a beautiful virtual bridal shower in the major shut down and had a basket shipped to each home to be apart of my special day together. We had to push the wedding back due to covid but we’re able to tie the knot this summer. She made our day beautiful, easy, and flawless in every way I could have dreamed of. She has so much passion and kindness. She truly is amazing. If you need someone to plan your day, I would say hire her hands down. Thank you so muchFête Events's reply:
