Loved my experience! The resort made everything easy and treated me and my guests with extra care!

Our wedding was the best day we could have ever asked for. Even in the middle of the pandemic Ana and Lucia made sure we had the most amazing day of our life’s. Our friends and family enjoyed every second of their stay and the food and service was impeccable. If I did it all over again I wouldn’t change one thing.

Highly recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun in Cancun, Mexico if you are looking to do a destination wedding. The staff, THE FOOD, the wedding coordinator/events team, the entertainment, the service, etc. are all beyond fantastic. HUGE shoutout to Miriam Martinez and Lucia Lara for helping us plan the wedding of our dreams!! My now husband and I really could not have picked a better resort for our wedding and for our guests. Our guests all had an amazing time. Highly highly recommend!!

My husband and I got engaged at this awesome resort and then decided to get married there as well. The wedding team was fantastic throughout the whole process. Planning a wedding from a different country can be a little challenging but the wedding team made the process seamless. They were very communicative and promptly responded to all my questions. The attention to detail by the staff really allowed me to enjoy my day. I recommend getting married at this resort. The wedding team is fantastic!

My friend got married and it rained, they moved her wedding to a tiny room, with no decorations, no AC. The guests were lost as to what the next step was because the coordinator was no where to be found. After the ceremony, the guests ended up congratulating the couple running up their time for formal photos. The photographers kept photographing in the ugly hallway where everyone felt crunched up. Being a photographer myself I knew the photographers should have taken the couple, immediate family, and wedding party somewhere else to do photos but they didn’t do any of this. Despite the rain, the hotel has several covered hallways they could have used, but instead the hotel photographers were hanging out in a corner in the reception room as if they didn’t have anything else to do. They had not even taken solo photos of the bride and groom. The flowers were also just left in the hallway, instead of being repurposed in the reception. The cake was delivered way after dinner had already been served. The DJ was setting up lights as guests were eating. Terrible, terrible coordination and service. I would never recommend anyone to get married here.
