    I ran into Glenna's booth at the Bridal Extravaganza as I was walking out. My husband and I fell in love with a huge 7 tier cake we found online and no baker at the extravaganza would even attempt to recreate the design for us, correction we did get one quote for $2000 for a 3 tier cake. Glenna was the only baker to look at the design and say "yep, I can do that and it's not a $2000 design!" We were all blown away when the cake arrived on our wedding day!!!!!! Glenna is the best of the best and you'd be a fool not to hire her for your dessert needs!!!!

    Wedding guests said this was the best cake they have ever had! We had white wedding cake with raspberry filling and Bavarian cream filling. I came in with a picture of what I wanted, and was absolutely stunned with how perfect it looked! We got so many complements and enjoyed working with Glenna!

    We met Ms. Glenna at the Bridal Extravaganza several months back and just adored her wedding cake creations. We were certain after seeing over 300 vendors that she was the one we wanted to have create our wedding cake.

    We met with her daughter and had a great time tasting all of her wonderful cakes. The service they gave to us was excellent from the very beginning and we will be more than happy to refer to any of our friends! We love Finale by Glenna!!!!

    Glenna created a "naked" tiered wedding cake for us that is so trendy right now! It was expertly done with strawberies and lemon cream that showed through the layers beautifully! Everyone said it was the most unusual and beautiful cake they had ever seen- It's like a layered trifle without the glass bowl-very unique and it takes real skill to get right. Most of all, it was delicous and delivered at just the right time. Thanks to Glenna for making our wedding cake very memorable.

    Glenna and her daughter create some of the most beautiful cakes around! They taste so good and look amazing! She created a huge 5 layer cake for my wife and an amazing cowboy boots on top Texas themed grooms cake for myself. They both were so delicious! Easily one of, if not the top Houston wedding cake designer!

    I will say we went to 4 cake tastings (3 other vendors), but we went with Finale because the cake and the people really were the best.
    My cake was wonderful. The colors were great, the sugar flowers were amazing (the colors were matched beautifully). Very pleased. Our guest even went back for seconds.

    Our cakes were breath taking. Glenna made an entirely chocolate oil derek and then she also constructed flawless sugar flowers for my cake. The cakes tasted as good as they looked. We went home with very little because guest went back for seconds.

    The detail work on the lace on the cake was amazing. The photographer who does a lot of weddings here in Houston as well as the hotel caterer at the Hilton commented that it was the prettiest cake they have seen this year. The chocolate layers were moist and rich and the white layers were light with semi-tart raspberry filling. We couldn't have been happier. I am ordering a cake for Christmas because my family loved it.

    Absolutely beautiful and delicious cake!!! Still amazed that they were able to sketch our thoughts and then create it with only one meeting!! Great job! I would highly recommend them!

    Glenna creates stunning works of art. The wedding cake was a very neat sleek cake with quilting effect on some layers and very intricate handmade flowers. The cake itself was yellow cake with raspberry filling. The groom's cake was a beautiful large speckled trout sculpture on top of a red velvet cake. It was amazingly life. The sugar seashells and starfish on top of the cake looked very real as well. Our guests had never seen anything like it. Funny enough, one of our vegetarian guests refused to eat the cake because it was too lifelike. My only complaint is that we actually requested the fish be a red drum and not speckled trout, however the execution was so flawless I quickly got passed the error.
    Most importantly the cakes are delicious.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about my cake! First of all, this vendor provided numerous options for flavor combinations, while even coming up with some new choices based on our likes. My groom is not a big cake person, so they made an absolutely delicious peach cobbler as his "groom's cake." It was the hit of the evening! My cake was beautiful, unique and delicious. The staff responds quickly to questions and requests. If I had it to do all over again, I would use Finale by Glenna every time!

    When I saw my 7-tier wedding cake by Finale by Glenna, my jaw DROPPED! They create such unique, beautiful wedding cakes, and I was so excited to see my cake on our wedding day. In addition to creating our impressive cake, Finale by Glenna also made a bunch of mini pies for our groom's cake table. Their creations are so delicious, and they have so many flavors to choose from! We chose italian cream and red velvet for our cake, and it was some of the most delicious cake that we have ever tasted!

    We used Finale by Glenna for our grooms cake (the bridal cake came as part of the package with the venue, otherwise we would have used them for both). They made an AMAZING grooms cake for an AMAZING price. We went for a tasting and every single flavor was so great that it made it hard to decide. We had so many compliments on how it tasted. They were so great in helping us design it, We already told them what we wanted over email and when we got there they had tons of pictures printed out and we put together our perfect cake.
    So now the best part... what it looked like! The cake itself was 3 tiers with fondant icing looking like a castle. It had a drawbridge, mote, sconces, window slits, ramparts, brick look to it. Crawling up the castle, was a huge made-of-solid-chocolate sculpted blue dragon with a small flame coming from it's mouth.
    It was so incredible, we had hoards of people constantly surrounding the table taking pictures of it throughout the reception.

    My cake was amazing. It was exactly what I asked for and SOO delicious. Glenna and her daughter were very nice and made sure the cake was perfect. They were very helpful and so professional. A great team!

    Glenna did a fabulous job on our wedding cake. We were so thrilled with the way the wedding cake and grooms cakes looked AND tasted! The cakes were a beautiful addition to the reception and even enhanced the room. I can't wait for our one year anniversary to eat the rest!!
