  Alicia is the BEST!!!

  My husband and I found Alicia on Google when we were searching for a wedding coordinator. She was the first option that popped up, and after we completed the consultation call with her, we knew that she was the one. We chose the "A Piece of Cake" package because we knew that we can handle getting together our vendors and the other big parts.
  
  When she started our monthly calls at six months out, Alicia was so helpful. She made sure that she asked for our vendors, their information, the contracts, etc. so that she can have them all ready to complete the final timeline. As the time drew near, the calls increased to ensure that we had everything we needed (vows written, vow books, officiant, etc.), and she offered her rentals to us so that we would not have to worry about buying certain items. She always let us know that we were doing a good job with planning and taking care of things. She made us feel so comfortable that we decided to make her our officiant as well.
  
  On the day of the wedding, she ensured that my husband and I had everything that we needed and that we were calm. As our officiant, her words were so powerful that they moved everyone in the audience and the wedding party. The vows she had us say to each other were so beautiful that they almost brought me to tears. When it came to the official photos and reception, she was so kind and efficient as she worked with the venue's coordinator to make sure that everything went well.
  
  We highly recommend Alicia with Finally Forever Weddings to be your wedding coordinator and/or officiant!

  Amazing Professional Comforting Help

  Alicia was a godsend. What a strong force to hVe behind you while planning one pf the biggest events in your life. This woman thinks of everything, helps manage vendors, and helps keep you on task. She'll think of things you didn't even know existed. I'd recommend her to anyone. She was so integral to the success of our wedding.

  The best planner

  We cannot say enough good things about Ms. Alicia and her team! She made our destination wedding so easy to plan and turned out to be more than what we could possibly dream of! It even feels weird not having to talk to her everyday now!

  A Dream Come True

  We got married on 1/14 this year and Alica was both our planner AND our officiant. Not once did we not feel stressed about planning the wedding, we also had our entire vision come to life and more. It was honestly all because of her and I could not recommend her enough. We did her all-inclusive package and DJ All-Star KILLED it. Every single guest loved every aspect of the wedding. From the food, music, entertainment all the way to the decor, set-up, and timeline, Alicia and her team did it all. I could not thank her and her team enough.

  Great experience with Finally Forever

  Alicia with finally forever was amazing. She worked with me to turn my vision into what I wanted on my wedding day. She was very professional, took care of issues that came up, was excellent with following up on things and overall kept us on track. She has great connections as well. I would highly recommend her and her staff!

  Absolutely the very best

  Alicia was the very best and I would highly recommended her to anyone. She literally saved my wedding. 4 months before my wedding, my venue closed and within Two days Alicia found me a new wonderful venue and new vendors. I had complete faith that everything would be perfect because of her. She is the best.

  Alicia was the best! I found her about 6 months before my wedding after my old cordinator fell through. She swiftly came in and help
  ed me organize my thoughts and pin point things I still needed to do. We did calls twice a month and she kept me on top of it!!!!!!! She never stressed me out, always had a calming voice and presence (which is very needed in the whirlwind of planning a wedding!). The day of the wedding she was super chill , which once again we need. Her and her assistant did a fabulous job! I didn’t have to do anything on the wedding day. All questions were directed to Alicia and she knew the answer!!!!!!! I highly recommend her and will be using her for future parties I throw!

  Michelle works wonders!

  Michelle and the team at Finally Forever are phenomenal from start to finish!
  Since I planned my entire wedding—as a huge excel sheet girl who loves to plan—I thought I had my wedding plans covered and only needed to hire a day-of coordinator. Wrong! Despite all of my record keeping, document tracking, Pinterest making, email hoarding, etc., Michelle came in 2 months before the wedding and showed me all of my gaping holes in planning with the sweetest personality but time-saving directness (that I so desperately needed as I got closer to the wedding)!
  Michelle did the scheduling, made the phone calls, performed the walkthrough solo (since I was an out of town bride), resolved all the hiccups I’d made, directed the rehearsal, and finally executed the our wedding flawlessly. Despite all of my last second changes and all of the tardiness our two families threw at her, she took it all in stride and made my wedding dreams come true. I did not hear or know of a single mishap during our wedding, and I know that all had to be because of Michelle behind the scenes making magic happen!
  Believe me when I say that you cannot do this alone and that you need someone to help you well before the big day—at least if you want to keep a thread of your sanity and actually enjoy your wedding! We cannot thank Michelle enough!

  I met Alicia at one of the bridal shows in Atlanta. She made my wedding planner process so easy and took away so much stress. She always responded in a timely fashion and was very accommodating. At the time of wedding planning my fiancé was deployed in Japan so she would meet with us on zoom so that he was able to be on our calls. I would highly recommend her to any bride.

  From the first day of planning to the day of the wedding, Alicia did an awesome job for my daughter's wedding (1/8/2023). I have never used a wedding planner before.   Alicia was just the woman I needed. She was organized, helpful, encouraging, and made our wedding run smoothly.   Yes! You need a wedding planner! This one!

  We hired Alicia as a Day Of wedding planner. Well... First of all she started working with us 60 days ahead of the wedding so that in itself was wonderful! We had done most of the planning and thought we had it all together until our first meeting with Alicia 🤣😳. Do NOT plan a wedding without a planner. There are so many critical details! And Alicia was on top of every single one! I felt like we got full service... Lol! I was so impressed that had I known I would have hired her for full service planning!

  Amazing Experience

  Alicia was perfect all along the way. From keeping my on track in the months before the wedding, to making sure the wedding day went as smoothly as possible - I could not have asked for more. I was able to hand over my whole wedding to her and she handled everything perfect. It was so nice to have her so I could truly relax and be in the moment all day.

  The best vow renewal yet!!!

  My special days was meant to only be a vow renewal. I had so many different emotions because our first wedding was nothing much at all. So I’ve always wanted to experience the picking out of a dress, cake tasting, the choosing of flowers all of that that comes along with a wedding. So this time I did just that, with finally forever weddings they were great, I had a few breakdowns because I was so unsure how things would turn out, I was afraid my colors wouldn’t match just so many things. These ladies came in and when I say handled it all they didn’t miss a beat. I was told so many times it’s gonna be fine just calm down it’s your special day we got this it’s gonna be what you expected and more. It was just that the day of I didn’t have to do anything my day of coordinator was the best she handled everything well, kept everything in check she made sure I got down that isle and that my kids were in line too, we know how kids can be I wanted everything perfect and it was. We can forget decor it was so sweet simple and intimate im not a person that likes a whole bunch of decor I didn’t want overkill, It was gorgeous. The compliments are still coming in.

  With less than six month until my wedding, Alicia and Emma stepped in to guide me through the wedding planning process. Giving me specific steps and helping me to find good vendors, they made my wedding dreams come true!!! Highly recommend!

  Alicia and Emma were fantastic! Alicia kept me stress free and everything went perfectly on the day of my wedding. I couldn’t have done it without her! We had multiple calls before my wedding and she made sure I had everything I needed. She truly was a life saver.

  Alicia with Finally Forever Weddings did a phenomenal job with planning and coordinating our wedding. She’s very professional, organized and is a perfectionist. She always response within a very timely manner. I was impressed by all of the resources she has to plan your special day. She was instrumental in our wedding day turning out to be elegant and beautiful. Alicia is very good at what she does, and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for an excellent wedding planner!

  Best..Planner.. Hands..Down :-)

  I wish that I could write a book about Alicia. From the moment I reached out to her as an inquiry she provided me with enough information that won me over to take a chance with her and man.. was it the best decision ever! Her attention to detail is amazing! I gave her a vision with a few ideas and we continuously worked together and she took a lot of time herself to shoot suggestions to me. Although I know she had other clients that she needed to tend to, I felt that I was the only bride that she was working with because of her promptness of communication. If there was ever an issue (which was slim to none) it was corrected immediately. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Alicia as my planner and would highly recommend her to any new Bride to Be! Our wedding took place on 8-28-21 and the blank canvas that we discussed for over a year turned into a beautiful fairy tale. We loved everything! Thank you Alicia!
