    Our best wedding investment was Finer Events Services!!

    Wow, what an 5 star experience!!! From our first phone call, Vanessa was absolutely wonderful, warm and understanding. Her many years of experience and event expertise was immediately recognizable (which came in handy since it was our first time doing this wedding thing!! Lol.) Vanessa not only provided top notch month-of and day of coordination, but she also supplied all of our rentals, a bartender, event staff, vendor recommendations (who were also stellar!!) AND we even had our rehearsal dinner at her restaurant which was also just perfect!! Talk about a one stop shop! She completely brought our vision to life, and in my eyes, our wedding was perfect. If I could do it again I wouldn't change a thing, and I seriously can't imagine trying to achieve the same caliber of experience without Vanessa. Can’t recommend her enough!

    Beautiful wedding experience!

    I got married in April but I worked with Vanessa and the venue for nine months. They were able to answer all my questions and accommodate any changes I made. I made a lot of the decorations myself and Vanessa was able to execute everything perfectly for me. It was my dream wedding!

    Best Team for your Wedding Day!

    We hired Finerr Weddings for their service; Day Of Coordination and they were just amazing! They went beyond and above in helping us out with everything. I was initially worried about my wedding not going to plan, but Vanessa assured me that everything is okay and under control. She was very helpful and even after hours when we needed her - she answered. If you're getting married in Temecula, I definitely recommend you get these wonderful ladies to coordinate everything for you.

    AMAZING month-of coordination!

    Vanessa and Crystal were great to work with, detail oriented, and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. From place settings to helping us find vendors, they truly made our day stress free! Leaving our wedding, my husband and I said “wow, everything went perfectly!” We 100% attribute this to Finerr Weddings and Events! Hiring them as our planners was the best decision in our wedding planning process.

    Wedding Reception

    This was our 2nd reception for my daughter that was married out of state. There were some hurdles but Vanessa made it work and everything was great. It's a beautiful venue with great people to work with. Thank you!

    Finerr Weddings and Events was the best!

    Vanessa was THE BEST! She helped us plan our welcome celebration the day before our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She worked with us and our budget always making sure we were happy and trying to accommodate all that we had envisioned! With Covid there were so many last minute changes, but she was along for the ride and always made me feel better about the planning process, especially when it was challenging! The day of the event was seamless and we got so many compliments. Would highly recommend Finerr Weddings and Events, it’s so important to work with people who you can trust and who you know want you to be happy! These moments are big and they definitely make you feel like a priority!

    Vanessa and Crystal exceeded our expectations. They were professional and really went above and beyond to make sure our day progressed seamlessly. Both checked in with us throughout the day but made sure that any issues that did occur were taken care of behind the scenes. Just an example of the level of dedication and service...during the event I forgot my shoes (had a shoe change), Crystal stopped what she was doing to run to my room and find my shoes. Vanessa made sure that all our special guests were taken care of, and both ladies really worked so hard to ensure that our event was amazing. We encountered an issue that was unrelated to the service provided by Crystal and Vanessa. Both Vanessa and Crstal worked with us to resolve the issue and ensure that we had no concerns. I highly recommend their service.

    Great team!

    Vanessa and Crystal were wonderful to work with! The did their absolute best to make sure the wedding was well organized and met the expectations that I had expressed to them. They communicated throughout the process and were open to hearing my feedback. Very professional team - and nice!

    Amazing Event Planners!

    We used Finerr Weddings and Events for day of coordination at our wedding. Now that the day is over, I can't believe I ever thought I could get by without a day of coordinator! Vanessa and Crystal are the best! They are both SO knowledgable and professional. They thought of things that had never crossed my mind and ensured that the rehearsal dinner and wedding day went smoothly. I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day because they were there behind the scenes making sure everything was going as planned. I highly recommend them for any event! We will be using Finerr Weddings and Events for all of our future event planning needs.

    Best Coordinator!

    Working with Vanessa and Finner Weddings was truly a gift. I could not have asked for an easier month before and especially the day before and day of for a wedding. Vanessa made our experience seamless. She walked us through every detail a month before and handled all the behind the scenes the day of. Vanessa also created an adorable and creative design for our centerpieces that I wanted super simple and easy. I adore her and hope to see her again in the future.     I enjoyed working with this vendor.

    My husband and I got married at the in at Churon winery on 5/21/22 and could not have been more happier. We instantly loved this venue when we toured it and new right away that this was the place for us! Vennessa was our wedding coordinator and she and her team did a fantastic job of making our wedding vision come true . The vendors were easy to work with and everything came out beautiful!! The food , flowers, and music was great! Our family and friends had a great time. Thank you for making our wedding so perfect!!

    Vanessa will make your wedding MORE stressful.

    RUN AWAY. I worked with Vanessa through Oak Mountain Winery where she is contracted. Vanessa will LIE to you about what is included. Vanessa is the "coordinator" here, and she is terrible. She promised us one thing, and then when we would ask her about it, she would say something else. On the night of our wedding, we paid to have our event end at 11PM. Vanessa tried to get us to change to 10PM, even though we had to have our ceremony at 6PM per the venue. Once we had it in the contract that it was to be 11PM, I thought we were fine. On the night of the wedding, Vanessa told my DJ and guests to start leaving. It was only 10:25PM. She essentially STOLE 35 minutes of my wedding away from us. We were told that there would be no other patrons on property, but the MORNING of my wedding while getting ready, Vanessa tells me that there will be regular distillery guests around. Vanessa also promised me that we could block the upper parking lot so there wouldn't be cars in the background of my wedding photos. The morning of the wedding, Vanessa tells me that we cannot do that anymore. Even though the night before at the rehearsal, she said it was fine. So yes, there are cars in the background of my wedding photos. Do not give her a dime, or an ounce of your time.

    I’d like to provide clarity to your review because giving context to the situation is important.

    I am a contracted vendor through the winery and have been there under a year. When I came on board, it was my role to relay information, share contract updates, and inform you of new rules. Their rules, policies and procedures are theirs, not mine, I was only the messenger.

    As you signed your original contract in 2019, a significant amount of changes had been made to the property and their procedures. I brought these changes to your attention frequently and as quickly as possible. Even though I was made aware that your original contract from 2019 was null and void due to non-payment, I did everything in my power to accommodate you and ensure your wedding went as smoothly as possible.

    I personally advocated for you and did everything within my power to make your wedding exactly how you wanted, and in accordance with your original agreement, despite it being invalid. Below are the hurdles that I surpassed to make your day happen how you wanted:

    Since signing the original agreement, the Temecula Wine country has developed strict noise ordinances that must be adhered to by the winery. All events need to end by 10pm. I got the approval for you to be able to stay till 11pm.

    The only reason that we ended early was your desire for a private last dance. The plan to have open floor dancing end when it did was clearly communicated and agreed upon between you and I, anticipating that it takes time for people to gather their belongings, say goodbye and leave the premises. Whether people linger or leave quickly is beyond my control. I made a decision to not risk you missing an important moment and ending to your wedding day and you agreed with that decision.

    Calling my integrity into question and accusing me of stealing when my efforts were strictly to ensure you had a private last dance, as requested, is not only insulting but it’s also inaccurate. Plus, the 11pm extension wouldn’t have been approved if it wasn’t for me advocating for you in the first place.

    As for the parking, when you originally signed the contract in 2019, the winery did not have a distillery on the property. Neither of the contracts that you signed have any language stating that the venue is private to only you and your guests. It is beyond my control to close it to the public. In addition, the parking at the top of the winery is the only area with handicap parking. By California state law, we cannot block that off.

    I communicated this to you and personally put cones in the spots that weren’t handicap parking to satisfy your request. I also personally brought in and personally paid my assistant coordinator, Shelby, for the day-of to provide support for you and assist with blocking off additional spaces.

    Through this entire process the winery changed substantially since your original contracted date and you had also had several different wedding coordinators. I did my very best to execute on the verbal promises made by previous staff members. With 3 years of staff changes and the countless changes of the property, it was no small hurdle.

    Given the challenges that arose during the 3-year process, I executed in getting you everything I possibly could for your wedding day. Mainly, having your reception in the cave area, which the winery stopped doing after Covid, given that it had changed into a restaurant.

    It took them 4 days to move the barrels for your wedding and cost them $1000s of dollars to do so. Me advocating on your behalf made that happen at no additional cost to you. Also, all the wedding favors that your guests received, despite the winery not producing those anymore, were provided because of me.

    I worked many unpaid hours to have open communication with you, doing everything in my power to make everything come together as you wanted.

    I hope you find solace in knowing that I accommodated as many of your requests as possible.
