  Amazing experience!

  We had Fired Up for our wedding reception. They were so amazing! The pizza was delicious and served fresh! They went above and beyond to make sure all our guest were fed and needs were met including allergies. Jake and his fiancé catered our event and I can’t say enough good things about them! They were the nicest people that went above and beyond! Jake even went around to our guests to serve them the dessert pizzas when they were fresh! We had a wonderful experience and can’t say enough good things about them! Worth every penny :)

  Who doesn’t love pizza??

  Jake was our Baker for our wedding 8/31/19. He was so kind and professional. The pizza was delicious and our guests still comment about the food. They’re very responsive to messages and really understanding. Definitely pleased with our experience with Fired -Up Catering.

  Fall Wedding

  We had Fired-up for my daughter’s wedding, pizza & pasta bar, the food was wonderful. All of our guests loved it!! Plenty of food! Very professional team, easy to work with. I highly recommend them!!

  We booked Fired Up for my son's engagement party this past August. It was a great way to have a casual backyard celebration. The pizza was amazing, and our guests still mention how much they enjoyed it! The staff was professional and accommodating. They took care of the set up and all of the details, which gave us time to enjoy our guests. We will definitely book another party with them in the future!

  Jennine was so wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to all communication and the reception/party for 100+ was just absolutely perfect. She supplied servers and bartenders as well and the service was top notch. Her dough is incredibly light and tasty and the sauce is the perfect compliment. Everyone was raving about the pizza and app's. We will be hiring them again for other events!

  Words cannot describe how incredibly happy we were with this catering company. Jeannine and her crew came to our wedding of 85 guests and served everyone in a timely fashion. She set out delicious appetizers of fruit kabobs and herbed breads. The pasta bar was all the rave, and it was absolutely delicious. Our guests were so happy. One guest asked the pasta chef to make her his most special and amazing pasta creation and he asked 'spicy or no spicy.' She said a little bit of spice and he gave her a huge smile and proceeded to make her what she described as the most amazing dish of pasta she has ever had. Her outside pizza crew worked in miserable weather conditions with continuous rain of mist and downpours. Temperatures were in the low 40's with constant breeze of 10-20mph. The real feel of the outside was less then 32 degrees. And through all of that, for 5+hours her team worked flawlessly to fire delicious pizzas without a single complaint. In fact, they looked like they were having a great time (despite being wet and freezing) with smiles on their faces! I cannot say enough good things about this caterer. She and her team are an absolute must have!!! Thank you Fired-up catering!!

  Thank you for your feedback Anne! Fired-Up Catering arrives 2 hours before and serves all you can eat wood fired pizza and foods for 3 hours. ( there is an additional fee for each additional hour) This is noted on our website and in the contract that is given and signed by our customers. It is rare that 3 hours of pizza/food service is not enough time unless it is an open house type of event or a very large group (over 200). Your event was about 120 guests and it is possible that they were a very hungry group, however, we usually gauge the guests and once they slow and start to eat dessert, then we know they are full of pizza and any other food. If we see that they are still eating a lot at the three hour mark, then we usually approach our client and ask them if they want us to stay. (we usually bring extra dough for this purpose). This was not the case at your event but I am sorry that you felt more serving time was needed. Again, we appreciate the feedback, it will help us be more aware of this issue and future customers understand our catering style.
