Honestly, they were fantastic to deal with from the first contact to picking everything up after our wedding. The venue is beautiful, romantic, and intimate. We ended up having wedding of almost 150 people and it was perfect. Everyone was RAVING about the setting. The mesa lawn is stunning at sundown and the courtyard makes for a dreamy reception. Cameron was lovely to work with and very accommodating. You do have to use their preferred vendors and buy a bottle of wine per person, but it is worth it. The site fee is very reasonable. Couldn't have dreamed a better location.

Shortly after my husband and I got engaged, we knew that we wanted to get married at Firestone Vineyards! He lived in Los Olivos, and was in the wine industry, so we already knew what a GORGEOUS location the tasting room and vineyard was! We booked Firestone a year and a half in advance, and we looked forward to our upcoming wedding in July of 2016. We worked closely with Tana Cowin, and members of the tasting room staff. They were very attentive to us and made sure that we had access to the grounds so we could thoroughly plan our big day! Their responsiveness and attentiveness was so meaningful and considerate!

Earlier this year there had been an unfortunate event with the grounds that we had originally booked to hold our ceremony. Tana was very upfront with us and worked hard to make sure that we could explore different options for our ceremony changes. We were very pleased with every aspect of our wedding! Our event was incredibly smooth, from beginning to end! We loved our big day at Firestone Vineyards, and we feel so lucky to have worked with such lovely people!

We were married at Firestone in October, and I cannot rave enough about the venue! It is gorgeous in the fall (and really all year round), and every space is just beautiful! The contract and terms are all very straightforward, and the staff are all great to communicate with! The pricing is very competitive, with some tables/chairs included, and I also loved that we had full use of the venue (no other weddings and not "a la carte"). They also have a good space for the bridal suite, and the room for the boys, while small, photographs well. As a site, Firestone is very flexible, so you have a lot of freedom in your planning! A few things you should keep in mind: 1) you are required to have a day-of coordinator (you'll be very happy about this the day of the wedding when you don't have to lift a finger!) 2) guests can't walk from the parking lot across the narrow drive to the Mesa for the ceremony, so you will need a shuttle (safety hazard, but we ended up getting a school bus to shuttle people to/from the venue, which was a total hit!) 3) you will have to use a preferred caterer, BUT they have like 20 to choose from! If you're not a Foley Wine Society member, I recommend joining to get a discount on your wine ;)

We really can't say enough about Firestone and how happy we are! Thank you to the staff, and please do go for a site visit of its on your list!!!

When I stood on the property I knew that it was the place that I would get married. It brought me to tears it was so beautiful. Having just had our wedding I can say that Firestone is the ultimate in wedding destinations. There simply is nowhere more beautiful and accommodating. Marissa was so helpful from day #1, and she helped to make sure that the day was exactly what we wanted. We had our ceremony under a large tree on the property, our cocktail hour in the tasting room, and our dinner in the barrel room. Every guest was so impressed at how beautiful the property is. Dinner in the barrel room is unlike anything else, and it was a dream come true for me. Even if you are not wine lovers like we are, this would make the perfect destination for any wedding or any size.

Words cannot fully describe how magical Firestone was for our daughter's wedding! We worked with Rachel from start to finish, and her recommendations for vendors and set up was spot-on! Elegant and yet rustic-chic....and it has everything you'd need and want for the perfect wedding. We cjhose the terrace ovelrlooking the lush vineyards and mountains...it started at 5:30 and the sun was behind the trees so everyone was very comfortable temperature wise. We chose to have cocktail hour in the Barrel Room...so romantic with lit votives and passed hors d'ouerves, whicle the bar was set up in the Tasting Room. Reception was in the gorgeous courtyard..the bistro lighting and twinkling tree lights were so romantic...and we loved not needing to bring in a dance floor or porta-potties (yuck!). Not one detail was overlooked and one of the easiest parts of choosing Firestone is that you have use of entire site and their allowed vendors are spectacular! We followed Rachel's recs: Pure Joy Catering, Kerry (wedding coordnator) & LBPS Sound, and Passion Flowers. I would recommend all of them to anyone!! Planned this wedding from Boston--still walking on cloud nine! Book this place...best vineyard for a wedding!

Our decision to get married at Firestone Vineyard kicked off the wedding planning process. I immediately fell in love with the Vineyard Mesa, and the fact that their rental fee was $2K - 5K less than the venues we liked in Northern California sealed the deal.

The grounds are GORGEOUS - especially at 6pm (summer) when ceremonies typically take place - and we had access to ALL of the spaces on the premises for one rate. Our photos are spectacular - even the shots our guests snapped on their phones look awesome. The view is breathtaking, and the courtyard magically transformed after sunset into a beautiful space.

It costs a lot to secure a vineyard venue, so my value rating is based on comparisons to Napa and Sonoma venues we checked out. The staff was great and very responsive. Our coordinator wound up taking over most of those communications, but even my father said he had great service from Firestone when he reached out to them.

They provide a list of preferred vendors - you must choose the coordinator and caterer from the list. I was really happy with the vendors I selected from their list (see my other reviews). The only small little deduction I took from the rating was for flexibility due to the fact that this is a working winery and tasting room and they have their own event schedule that can hinder flexibility. Overall, it was a great experience and people are still raving about the beauty of the grounds.

I highly recommend checking out the venue, joining the wine club (discount for wedding wine!), and enjoying the incredible views.

We had an unforgetable wedding at Firestone Vineyard with the help of Rachel Korrey and the Special Events Staff. The location is absolutely beautiful.

Their flexibility allowed us to put our special touch and truly throw an out of the ordinary wedding. It wouldn't have been possible without guidance and willingness to work with us and explore. Yes, it's a pricey location, but if you can afford it, well worth it.

Firestone Vineyard is an absolutely beautiful place to get married. My husband and I just had our Wedding there is August and were very happy with service and venue. Rachel Korrey is very professional and great to work with. They provided a list of preferred vendors, which made the planning process very easy, especially if because we were from out of town and not familiar with the local vendors. The overall site is beautiful and makes for a very romantic and intimate wedding.

The decision to use Lincourt as our venue was one of the best and easiest decisions we made during wedding planning. The venue was beautiful and the staff was fantastic, not to mention that their wine is delicious. They were very accommodating and let us bring our own beer (even homebrew) and we also served their wine. I love that I can go back often and taste their wine and remember our special day there.

Lincourt was the perfect setting for our intimate wedding celebration. Since we visit the vineyard all the time, it felt like we were getting married in a friend's backyard... a friend who just happened to live in the middle of a gorgeous vineyard with blooming wildflowers all around! And did I mention that there's a WINDMILL?! Rachel was very personable and worked with our plans and schedules. At times she was a little slow responding to emails but that can be expected during the wedding rush season and in the end it wasn't an issue. My only complaint is that the winery's tasting room opened to sell bottles of wine to my guests during the reception. It just seemed a little tacky that they would open for business when we had paid to reserve the venue.

A LOT of strict guidelines in Santa Barbara county made a lot of things we wanted to have at our wedding not possible... but the ceremony site could not have been more gorgeous. It was the perfect, perfect place to say "I Do"!
