  On-Time and Professional

  I rented a party bus to transport my bridal party and friends from our Airbnb to the wedding venue. I would recommend them to anyone, they arrived early and got us to the venue right on time. They even allowed me (the bride) to hide out in the bus until the ceremony started since our venue didn't have a place to hide me. Great service and transportation!

  Great company

  From the moment I booked with Five Star limo and party bus they were great . They helped me plan which vehicle would suit my needs and helped me make changes when the venue changed at the last minute. Todd was wonderful we rented the party bus for after my daughter’s wedding it was awesome. Thank you Five Star limo 😁

  Chuck was great to work with. The kids loved the party bus and danced from the church to the reception. The driver even gave the couple a bottle of wine.

  Had to find a limo at the last-minute for wedding pickup when our old truck "Old Blue" decided it needed a new radiator. Todd and Al saved the day, arrived exactly when promised, were very accommodating, and all with a smile. Thank you Five Star Limo for making my son's special day end perfectly.
  NOTE: These guys are one of the few (maybe the only) service in Tallahassee that does pickup and drop off and doesn't require a time minimum. In town, expect a little cheaper than they charged me, because they had to go to the GA line for our event.

  We got great service from Five Star! We only needed the limo for about an hour and a half to take us to get outdoor pictures in between our ceremony and reception, but it was decorated in our colors with balloons and there was a bottle of champagne for us and the bridal party! Thanks, Chuck! :)

I was able to find an alternate number on their Facebook page and was able to get ahold of Chuck, the owner. After describing the situation, Chuck tried to reach out to the scheduled driver. After several phone call attempts, Chuck called us back and said he cannot locate the driver and will come to pick us up in about 20 minutes. Turns out, that Sunday was when the time changed and the driver didn't set his clock. Chuck kept apologizing to us for the oversight of the driver and took us to the airport. Honestly, I have no bad things to say about Five Star because Chuck picked us up and made it right by getting us to the airport for our flight. I would be willing to use them again.

  While I can't say much for the limo services, I can say that customer service needs work.
  
  Back in March, I attempted to contact Five Star for a quote using the contact form on their website. I heard nothing. I then called and left a message. I heard nothing. Finally, I sent a Facebook message which did receive a prompt response and they called me to answer my questions.
  
  Fast Forward to September; I'm now ready to book a shuttle bus for my wedding guests. I call last Tuesday and, again, have to leave a message. By Thursday I heard nothing so I sent an email. I noted that I had already left a voicemail but prefer email due to my work schedule and to ensure I get everything down that I want to ask and then I have the response in writing. Come Monday morning, I've still heard nothing. I resend my email and note that I am following up as I have not received a response. I also called again. Still no answer. To date, no one has ever actually answered the phone, or returned a voicemail for that matter.
  
  Finally yesterday, I try Facebook Messenger again. I sent a message at 1PM detailing my efforts to contact them and my concern. The message was read at 1:36 and I received no response. Not on Facebook, not by email, not by phone.
  
  I guess they don't want business! That message was received loud and clear!
