  Pam, is a baking angel and our cake was DEVOURED by our guests! She was accommodating for the cake tasting and met us at our venue which made for a lovely memory for me and my spouse! And when there was a mix-up in communication (on my end may I add!) she immediately adjusted her schedule to be able to make our cake for our special day; which was VERY important because Pam makes the BEST almond cake with armarretto filling! We also had a layer of lemon poppyseed cake with Marionberry filling and it was an absolute crowd favorite! The cake was soft and delicate and the frosting wasn’t too sweet, which is important for our personal tastes. The design on the cake was simple by our request but extremely elegant and Pam worked with our florist to pick up the flowers the day before to decorate the cake. We will absolutely order an almond cake with armarretto filling from Fleur Cakes every anniversary and I cannot recommend this place enough for your special day!!! Or heck, any day...it’s that good!

  Pamela did magic with our geode cake. She was professional, informative and met with us with two small cake samples last year. Communicated well over the year over email and phone. Beautiful and the most delicious cake on my wedding day, May 5 at the Columbia Gorge Hotel.

  We got a mixture of cake and pies and it was hands down the BEST strawberry rhubarb pie my husband and I have ever tasted. We could not have been happier with her services. Our cake was decorated beautifully and her signature frosting is wonderful.

  Pam did a dessert table for our wedding, She did amazing three tiered cake with three different flavors, as well as two extra cakes, gluten free cupcakes and two pies! everything was gone! and i had many complements on how good everything was! I plan on using Fluer Cakes in the future, and i would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Fleur Cakes is so delicious

  We are so happy we went with Pam and Fleur Cakes! We had an absolutely beautiful and delicious wedding cake (I’m not a huge cake person and this cake is so so good) and slab pies and all of our guests raved about our desserts!

  Pam worked with us and made my dream cake a reality! Our sample session went great and everyone loved the lemon poppy seed cake which was so fun. Her designing is simple yet beautiful and my cake was amazing! I can't thank her enough

  I have been looking for the longest time to find a bakery or cake vendor that would make us a European Charlotte Cake as our wedding cake. Most vendors heard of it but wouldn't make it and some had been to far out to transport it to the venue safely.
  
  Finally, I came across Pamela from Fleur Cakes and she was willing to give it a try. Usually these cakes are made with ladyfingers, but she even made those from scratch! At our first tasting we have been very pleased, the cake was delicious!!
  
  It was from thereon that it was a little bit hard to get a hold a of her. We had no idea what the cake would cost, as she wouldn't respond to emails. She did have big positive live changing events going on in her family, yet I would have hoped for a little bit more responsiveness.
  After all, she has been apologetic though and always very friendly. All worked out great! We finalized everything a couple weeks before the wedding and she was very flexible and on time the day of the wedding.
  
  The cakes have been very beautiful and truly delicious. From several people (incl. the officiant) we heard that it was the best wedding cake their every had!! It is such an amazing cake (light and delicious) and Pamela did a great job preparing it! We also bought a few of her pies which have been just as delicious.
  
  I would recommend Fleur Cakes and buy from her again!

  The cake was good, the selection was good, but the service was somewhat lacking. It took a lot of follow up on my end just to get my order placed and make sure my payment was received, it often took several days to get a response. They insisted on delivering the cakes during the reception to keep them fresh, then didn't even arrange them nicely on the dessert table.

  I'm so sorry to read that you were disappointed in my service since your contact after the wedding never indicated dissatisfaction. Regarding the follow-up on your deposit, as explained in an email, the check arrived the day before I left for a two and a half week trip out of state for the birth of my grandchild so I was unable to make a deposit or reply with a receipt until I returned home. As for the delivery service- I always deliver a cake for an August wedding after the ceremony to prevent any possibility of the icing melting while it sits out for hours on a hot day. This reception was held at a private home and when I arrived, the designated dessert table was far too small for a cake, four slab pies and four round pies so the slab pies had to be left in the kitchen. The cake and round pies were placed on the small table but no pedestals or embellishments were provided for use. I did my very best to make them look well.
