Amazing Wedding Florist
I am so glad I hired Elizabeth at Fleurescent for my wedding florals! I got married at Waveny Park in New Canaan in early October. I had some pretty clear idea of the color palette and types of flowers I liked, inspiration photos, etc. Elizabeth was always available to hear my ideas, answer questions, and offer advice. October isn’t necessarily the best month for floral varieties, but I can’t express how GORGEOUS everything turned out. One of the reasons I picked Fleurescent is because it was one of the only pages I could find that had a lot of purple flowers highlighted, and I knew that’s what I wanted. We had an arch, bridesmaid hoops, a bridal bouquet, aisle décor, table décor, etc., and everything went together beautifully! Look no further, Fleurescent is the best! -

She met with us a couple of months prior to the big day to discuss our vision and provided some great advice and insight. She stayed within our preferred budget, and her execution was flawless on the big day. -

Miccah Sent on 11/06/2014Elizabeth was such a pleasure to work with. At our first meeting, I felt like I was meeting with a friend to talk about my wedding. She took a piece of the sample material of my bridesmaid dresses, and we went through my desired flowers. She offered advice and suggestions on flowers and filler, and what a nosegay is. Originally, I was going to make the bouquets myself, but the week before my wedding, I met with her to finalize and show her the ribbon I'd bought. She then offered to put together all of the bouquets, boutonierres, and nosegays for me. What a godsend! There's no way I would have had the time, nor the ability to have done as perfect a job as she did. The flowers were vibrant, the colors were stunning, and everything was even more beautiful than I imagined. -

She helped us work within our budget to create more "bang for our buck" and offered creative solutions for keeping costs down while still achieving big impact. I am in the design field and was very particular about all the artistic elements of my day, and Elizabeth worked with me to not only achieve my vision but surpass my expectations. In our "design sessions" I felt like we were speaking the same language. She gets it.
I had many wonderful vendors but Fleurescent was my favorite, hands down. -

Elizabeth did an amazing job with everything- bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc. I showed her some pictures and described what I was envisioning and she produced exactly that! I highly recommend Fleurescent Flower Shop. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with! -

Elizabeth was an absolute delight to work with. I hired her because she was so budget friendly and floral was just not that important to me. After seeing all the hard work she did and how beautiful my shower and wedding turned out because of the flowers I have a new found respect for flowers. When she arrived with my bouquet, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Everything I had asked for and more. Everyone loved her flowers. She also did the floral at my ceremony and it looked amazing. Elizabeth is so very professional and very sweet. I must have changed my order 10 times and each time she was patient and made sure everything was just so. I loved my bouquet so much the next morning it got shipped off to have it preserved so I can have it forever. Thank you, Elizabeth!!

She understood my vision and took detailed notes to make sure the flowers were exactly how I wanted them. When the flowers arrived on my wedding day, I was in awe. They were gorgeous and everything I hope for. Unfortunately, in the midst of getting ready, we did not realize the groomsmen's flowers were in our bridal room- so they forgot to wear them for ceremony and pictures! however, that was mostly our fault and lack of having a day of planner. Elizabeth's service and attention to detail was superb. I would highly recommend her. -

Absolutely perfect
My flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I used Elizabeth at Fleurescent after seeing the absolutely gorgeous flowers that she did for a friend’s wedding. I was absolutely floored by how beautiful everything was. Elizabeth took extreme care for months to fully understand my vision for my wedding and how I wanted everything to look. I could not have done it without her. I can’t recommend her enough- her work is flawless. -

I live only a few minutes away from this flower shop located in downtown Milford, which came highly recommended to me by a couple of friends and acquaintances. Elizabeth and her team are great. They only did my bridal bouquet but it turned out so amazing and looked exactly as I was hoping it would! In fact, my sister cried when she saw my bouquet! Elizabeth was a great listener and very flexible/open to my ideas. She was also very collaborative and creative. I would highly recommend Fleurescent!
