Ramona Sent on 09/17/2017They were amazing. I was greeted with a smile each time. I went In and they took the time to be help me find the perfect flowers for my bouquet and the flowers for the vests. I never felt any pressure. I walked out knowing this was the best place that I could have come to. Blew all the other places that I had visited out the water! There prices are reasonable and the service is impeccable! Would go back for any occasion when flowers are called for. We are loyal customer for this day forward! -

Everyone was warm and friendly. Our flowers were more beautiful than I dreamed. They lasted for weeks and truly made our day beautiful.

As well as their willingness to work with you to customize your flowers. I would highly recommend the Flower Nest to anyone getting married, or in need of flowers for any other occasion.

Jessica Sent on 08/27/2013First and most importantly, the flowers were absolutely stunning and really that's the biggest thing. They were exactly what I'd envisioned and fit with our venue perfectly. Especially for the centerpieces, I was extremely pleased and thought Flower Nest did an excellent job translating our vision into reality - plus, they lasted over a week!
However, I was disappointed with the size of my bridal bouquet. I paid more than double the price for my bouquet compared to the bridesmaids bouquets. But when they arrived, my bridesmaids could not tell mine apart from the others except for the slightly different color purples in it. I understand I probably had more expensive flowers in mine, but didn't expect them to be so similar in size. Again, the bouquet itself was beautiful but I do not feel I received the value for the price I paid.
Also, there were a few areas of concerning communication with the Flower Nest. I received an email from Julie about 10 days before the wedding confirming the colors and types of flowers for the centerpieces. We met in person and spoke on the phone several times and I know she had plenty of notes about the types of flowers we liked and what we wanted. I'm glad she confirmed if there was any doubt, but made me feel I was not a valued customer.
Second, on the morning of the wedding, Julie called me to ask if she could leave the bouquets/corsages at the church -- I thought she was clear to drop them off at our B&B and I'm not sure where the confusion happened. My advice would be to confirm all the details with your vendors a few days before the wedding and provide them with a day of contact. Nothing more stressful than being in the hair/make-up chair and getting a call from a vendor who has questions on the day of your wedding.
I would still recommend Flower Nest because of the GREAT quality of the flowers, but wanted to share a few watch-outs to help other brides manage the relationship and expectations.Flower Nest's reply:

Recently the trend seems to be communicating with brides through emails - many times actually meeting a bride only once, or not at all. Keeping bride's details straight under these circumstances can be quite a challenge, but I feel we handle this very well. Of course sometimes there are miscommunications and for this we apologize. We learn from our mistakes and move on. We always try our very best to make ALL our brides "valued customers", and we are very careful to make sure that the value is always in the product we produce.
