User2526027 Sent on 02/03/2016They were great! They put everything together that I had asked, and for a great deal. I got roses and orchids for half of what I was expecting to spend. I added things a few weeks before, and they were able to put it together. If you need to add things, or make changes, just make sure you do it at the latest 3 weeks before. They get their flowers fresh, and that is when they have to place the order for delivery. They set up the church pew decorations, and the flowers for the front as well. They even dropped off the centerpieces at the restaurant after they had finished decorating the church. -

User2297502 Sent on 09/02/2015The lady was super sweet to work with! She seemed to know exactly what I wanted when we would talk in our meetings. The flowers on my wedding day were beautiful, and it was all very fresh. My only problem with them was they were an hour and a half late with my order. So my pictures that I had before the wedding didn't have my flowers in them which was disappointing.

User1192916 Sent on 06/09/2013This is a small flower business run by a woman, with the help of her daughter and sister, out of her home. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the flowers were pretty good. They provided my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, all the bouts for the groomsman, fathers, grandfathers, and ring bearer, and the corsages for the mothers and grandmothers. They lasted all day. I also had them do my centerpieces and aisle decorations.
The reason I marked down on responsiveness is because it would take weeks at a time to get a reply to an email. I would have to email questions multiple times before I got a reply. I had to call one time to get my questions answered because I couldn't wait any longer for answers.
I marked down on professionalism for the reason above. It just seemed ridiculous to me that I would have to wait that long for a reply. It came off very unprofessional, even for a small business run out of the home.
But besides the lapse in communication, the flowers were very nice, overall, and this was the most affordable place around. Just make sure you call if you have a question! :) -
User2012922 Sent on 01/17/2015There were no extra bouts as they told us there would be in case something should happen on the day of the wedding. she gave us examples of how many times she needed an extra boutonnieres when we placed our orders and met with them, and said she would be prepared. she wasn't. My 1.5 year old nephew crushed his fathers bout who was in the wedding so we had to take the pastors flower and him go without.
My husbands boutonniere was completely wrong. I confirmed the week before my order and yet it was like she didn't even pay attention to it.
My flowers and the bridesmaids were pretty, however I took her photos of what I wanted and she said the flowers I picked out would like those pictures. they did not even close, what I ended up with was pretty-but not what I asked for.
