  I purchased my bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages from Flowers by Stella. They worked with me to keep the price reasonable while also ensuring that my flowers were what I had imagined. I absolutely loved working with the staff here who helped recommend additions to my flowers to make them full and beautiful. I would absolutely recommend purchasing your flowers here!

  Flowers by Stella

  I worked with Dawn at Stella's and she did a tremendous job! I planned my wedding from California, Dawn was very responsive, returned phone calls, and was happy to meet in person a month or two before the wedding to go over flower choices. She even, tastefully, included silk California Poppies into all my floral arrangements. I couldn't have been happier with the level of service and design I received from Flowers by Stella.
  
  Side note: I've also received great customer service when ordering flowers for delivery.

  Stella’s was just wonderful! Only had to have one meeting, they worked with me with the price, I emailed them ideas the week before. The bouquets and boutonnières turned out beautiful!! Couldn’t have been happier with them! I also really loved the hand written thank you card I received after the wedding so thoughtful!

  Flowers by Stella provided me with the simple yet elegant bouquets, boutineers, and corsages that I wanted for my wedding. Flowers were delivered to the venue and looked perfect. When I went in to discuss ideas, I received great feedback and feel that I was well guided through the floral process.

  Came right on time. Helped everyone put on everything. Everything was top notch and beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone. We got to keep the vases and everything! Just super. Dawn was amazing consistently helping ups with everything start to finish. Even in the quoting stages.

  The flowers for my wedding came out exactly as I wanted them too, and at much less cost than the competitors. They were very accommodating when I had a couple of special requests, and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for your wedding flowers.

  Oh, my husband and I looked at a lot of florists. We wanted beautiful flowers, but were shocked at the prices many florists were charging. We felt like we were being scammed. Then I remembered Flowers by Stella. We were discouraged by the other places, we were ready to turn to Wegmans, but decided to check them out. WE ARE SO GLAD WE FOUND FLOWERS BY STELLA! They took lovely care of us, helped me with my ideas, and helped me find the exact colors and designs I wanted for my wedding. When I decided to change a shade, there was no problem tweaking my order. We ordered a beautiful bridal bouquet, a bouquet for my bridesmaid, two bouquets and flowered tiaras for my flower girls, boutonnières, bouquets for the guest tables, four large bouquets for decorations around the venue, an arch to be married under with real and false flowers, as well as, one VERY large bouquet to place behind the arch as decoration all for less than HALF THE PRICE of the other florists we had seen. The flowers were just beautiful. PERFECT! Stella's set up for us and took down after the wedding. We kept the majority of our purchases and they decorated our house for several weeks afterward! Don't let those expensive florists fool you. If you want quality and great service and a very reasonable price contact Flowers by Stella in Canandaigua NY!

  I gave Dawn my vision, and she went above and beyond, providing tips and suggestions that went above and beyond my expectations! Flowers by Stella was the most affordable option, but even you have twice the budget, choose the company that will go above and beyond creating the perfect pieces!

  Dawn was amazing to work with. She understand exactly what I wanted for our bouquets and centerpieces and made my vision a reality. As we live out of state I had to place a lot of trust in Dawn, and she really delivered. I could not have been happier.

  The flowers were the only hiccup on my wedding day but Flowers by Stella was right there to make it even more perfect than what I had in mind. Working with Dawn was a breeze. She is so full of flower knowledge and knows just the perfect combinations of colors and flowers to make a absolutely fabulous bouquet. My girls and I received nothing but compliments on the beautiful arrangement that Dawn helped me to come up with. I would highly recommend working with this flower vendor!!

Amazing value for the price - the bouquets were unforgettable! We had a yellow and blue color theme, which I thought would be difficult to coordinate the flowers, but the professional and creative staff made it easy. Loved my flowers and I'm confident you will too if you choose Flowers by Stella.

  Our flowers were gorgeous, and were exactly what we wanted. The staff at Flowers by Stella worked within our limited budget, and did not try to force any extras on us. We shopped around, and these were the best prices around the area. We highly recommend Flowers by Stella because they provide an excellent value for the price you pay.

It was really no big deal, I just didn't want to send someone to Flowers by Stella when they weren't there, thankfully my wedding planner called and told me they were where my reception was. Because she had never seen my flowers before I called Flowers by Stella to ensure they were sent (so I didn't send someone all the way there) the lady was less than nice. I had her on speaker and several people around me agreed.

  Beware of this florist! Decided to go with Flowers by Stella for my wedding worst mistake ever! All the flowers I was shown in my consultation were beautiful but the flowers that arrived the day of my wedding were horrible. Flowers were wilted, petals curling and falling off and already turning colors. My bridal bouquet and bridesmaids were to have rhinestone wraps but they just ended up looking like loose garment falling off, they looked so cheap! The owner Sarah lied and said it would be gorgeous and she would make sure of it, yeah right! We spent a lot of money with them and will forever have dead looking flowers in our video and photos. Weddings are a once in a lifetime experience and we are so disappointed that we chose and trusted Flowers by Stella. Better off going to Wegmans as they do great work at better prices. When we talked to the owner to show her out pictures of the flowers and our experience she didn't offer us any money back. This is horrible customer service even though our photos proved it! I'm sure there are florists out there that do care and not just about money but customers being happy and not feeling robbed. Beware!

  Flowers by Stella's employees and owner take pride in the work and business done thru Flowers by Stella. We treat every event as if it was our own. It saddens us to receive a review like this. We feel that we went above and beyond for your special day. When the bouquet holder that was provided to us was not in working condition to use our owner called and explained options and ensured you would be taken care of and our design team did just that. When the flowers were personally delivered to your location the setup crew admired how lovely all the flowers looked as we set them up for your special day. When we received a call from the bride and groom on how they were upset with the flowers days after the wedding we went above and beyond and offered to preserve a fresh bouquet to keep on the couples mantel a practice of good business as we value our customers and stand behind our products and work. These flowers were ordered in special for this wedding a special color and were 100% fresh and of best quality or we would have not used them like we did not use the bouquet holder. We value our customers and their feedback while at the same time providing quality products. This review is not an accurate portrayal of Flowers by Stella.
