  Danielle is a fabulous Event Planner. She helped plan and execute our wedding flawlessly. She is a rare combination of creativity, efficiency and incredible poise. She added so many unique extra touches to make our day extra special, as well as she was so much fun and a joy to work with. We could not have done this without her and our guests are still raving on all of the details! If you want your dream wedding, Danielle is the person to call to help bring it to life!

  I like to think of Danielle as my wedding planning soulmate. I was referred to her by Sarah Tucker - a planner I had found via Instagram - and I am beyond grateful to Sarah.
  
  I live in California and I was getting married in the Keys. It was a stressful situation not only because of my location, but also because I was unfamiliar with South Florida prices, vendors, etc for weddings. I spoke to Danielle for the first time on the phone and literally turned to my fiance and said - I think I found my soulmate! She just got me and my vision and I felt like we were old friends.
  
  Everyone always commented how calm of a bride I was and I owe that 100% to Danielle and her amazing organization and planning skills. She worked within my budget to find the very best vendors, never made me feel uncomfortable and most importantly delivered the most amazing wedding I (and everyone that came) have ever been to. Every detail was carefully planned and executed beyond my wildest dreams.
  
  I miss working with someone as dedicated and creative as Danielle and hope I can have many vow renewals in the future to work with her again :)
  
  If I could give her 10 stars, I would - absolutely the best money I spent for my big day.

  I cannot recommend Danielle enough! I found her online after reviewing tons of planners portfolios. Right from the start, I felt like she understood my vision and had incredible ideas about how to achieve the look we wanted on a budget. I also loved her eye for detail and her passion for creating bespoke weddings with lots of personal touches.
  
  Once we hired Danielle, she was exceptionally responsive (like answering our after-work emails late into the evening and traveling all over creation to look at venues). She volunteered to take on even work than we even expected (like personally designing our wedding invitations, menus and signage) and was genuinely excited to do so.
  
  The day-of went off without a hitch. Danielle was calm, organized, and went above and beyond every step of the way (like sending her husband out for bug repellent when she noticed our courtyard dinner was getting a little buggy).
  
  We have received countless compliments on our wedding and we owe all of them to Danielle and the incredibly talented vendors she recommended to us. Thank you again Flutter Fete!!

  When I started planning my wedding, I thought there was no way I could afford a quality wedding planner to help me through the process. Thankfully, my photographers from Flora & Fauna Photography recommended Flutter Fete to me (They photographed Danielle's wedding and became close friends with her!). From then on, I was determined to have Flutter Fete on board for our big day and after a few corresponding e-mails, the magic began and we were able to officially start the planning process with the sweetest, kindest, most dedicated planner I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
  
  Since Flutter Fete is based in Miami and I am based in Jacksonville, a long-distance friendship grew through countless e-mails, texts, pinterest pins and phone calls. Danielle was on point and was able to keep us focused on each task without getting too distracted by other details. She also helped us tremendously with the budget and offered her cost saving ideas and suggestions throughout the process!
  
  On the big day, Danielle surprised me by arriving even earlier than she planned and already had the wheels in motion to create the dream wedding we'd been planning for months! She sent me to the Bridal Suite and I was able to relax and enjoy the day while Flutter Fete took care of everything else!
  
  My husband, my parents and our wedding party raved about how wonderful Danielle and her team was. They too, were in awe of how talented she is and couldn't believe how she was able to create exactly what we envisioned for the day! Every detail was absolutely perfect, it felt like Danielle read my mind so carefully and knew exactly what I wanted.
  
  Between the service leading up to and the service on the big day, Flutter Fete exceeded all of our dreams and expectations! I now encourage Brides to hire a wedding planner. It was the best decision I've ever made! & if you ever have the pleasure of meeting Danielle, hire her on the spot! You'll be so happy you did!

  After a recent move to Michigan, my husband and I had begun planning our Miami wedding from afar. While we initially had ample time to plan in advance, we quickly learned that despite having family in the area, it would be next to impossible to pick vendors, plan the decor, coordinate rentals, figure out lightening, etc. while living in another state and working full-time. Danielle provided us with a wide-range of services--everything from a complete check-list of things-to-do, recommending, communicating with and coordinating all of our wonderful vendors, day of coordination, you name it (she even coordinated weekly calls with us to keep us on track with the planning!). She paid special attention to what we envisioned along the way and followed through the day of in making sure our wedding day went off without a hitch--which it did--and everything was beyond beautiful and far exceeded anything of what we had even envisioned.

She was our advocate in every way possible, especially when dealing with the vendors and venue coordinator. She connected us to different vendors that offered competitive pricing when we needed it. She was there throughout the whole process, and was easy to reach every time. We had plenty of DIY projects, and she helped with coordinating, organizing ourselves so we wouldn't feel overwhelmed at all, and gave us suggestions. She is extremely professional and determined to make sure your dream wedding comes true. And most important, she made sure we stayed on our budget!! That was my husband's favorite part. lol..

Although I was not able to afford her full service she did offer to coordinate my wedding at reduced rate, but that did mean their were services I would not be getting from her (that's fair). The last month before the wedding is when all the crazy stuff happens and it all starts coming together. She was very good about communicating with me and although their were some issues that happened along the way I think that's just what comes along with weddings and she was always good about making up for that. I can only imagine the issues that could have happened if the planning was up to me! - I have a job! Everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful everything was and it was so personal which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much for making our day magical Danielle!
