  Our wedding day was beautiful & stress free thanks to Flutter Social!

  Planning an Ohio wedding from Illinois had its own set of challenges but we quickly learned that doing so during a pandemic was simply too much for us to handle ourselves. We were thrilled to find Flutter Social and were able to work with Kaleigh and Marcie seamlessly through all of the ups and downs of Covid. We thought we just needed some assistance with coordination and logistics but we got so much more. They helped us find and book many of our amazing vendors, coordinated day-of details and logistics (including a full plan B), and provided much needed guidance and advice on how to bring our vision to life. Without them I don’t know how we would have been able to pull off such a beautiful day so smoothly. We are so grateful!

  100% recommend!

  Where do I start? Working with Lauren at Flutter Social was an amazing experience - 100% recommend. Lauren helped us bring our wedding vision to life. Both my partner and I have demanding work schedules and we were planning from afar since we just moved out of town for my job. I'm a type-A personality so I thought we could handle wedding planning on our own but after going back and forth with a few venues (and so many calls with our parents) we realized we needed a professional planner. Everything we did was from a distance, and usually at weird hours because of my work schedule, planning online with Lauren made things so easy. There are so many decisions to make but she laid out options and presented the critical details in a way that made it fun and efficient. Working on Flutter really kept us organized and we really ended up hiring with the best vendors thanks to Lauren's connections. If you are on the fence about hiring a virtual wedding planner, do it. You deserve to enjoy your engagement and wedding day! Thank you, Lauren and the Flutter team!

  Kept Me on Track

  I signed up for Flutter Social's online wedding planner kit. I knew a full planner wasn't going to fit into my budget, so I knew I'd be planning myself but needed a roadmap. I was able to use their excel templates to help coordinate my vendors and guestlists. The templates and PDF's were perfect, but what was invaluable was the weekly video chat planning sessions. These held me accountable to my timeline and get my burning questions answered from week to week. The online Q+A was open to all brides on the Facebook group and it was really cool to meet other brides and either get advice (or even give it once I was furthest along in the process). I 100% recommend Flutter Social if you are looking to plan your own with great tools and bonus support.

  Best money I spent

  Working with Jess, my wedding planner, was the best money I spent. She helped me with everything - finding all my vendors, all the to-do's, an epic day of timeline that every vendor had a customized version of... she was like my own personal assistant and bestie throughout the whole thing. She got my vision and knew just who I needed to work with to make it happen. She was there for me anytime I had a question and through all the decisions that had to be made. Her expertise was a huge value add.

  Flutter Social Virtual Planners saved the day!

  I wasn’t planning to hire a planner for my wedding, but as the date got closer, I started to get overwhelmed by all the things I still had to do and by what I might be forgetting. My friend told me about Flutter Social’s Virtual Planners and it was exactly what I needed. My planner helped me get everything prioritized, organized and back on track so that I could go into our wedding day in the right headspace. She even helped me delegate the day-of to-dos and set my MOH up with a day-of packet with all of the important details. She talked her through it all so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. This should be a no-brainer for every couple.
