  My husband and I are so happy we discovered Fork It Catering! While planning our wedding, we discovered that - holy crap - food and drink is really expensive! Even when we talked with other vendors who were listed as inexpensive/affordable on the various wedding planning websites, their quotes were still well above what we could afford. Enter Fork It. Ron really worked with us to create something that we could afford, while still being delicious and amazing. We basically gave Ron a budget we wanted to stay near, and a general idea of what food we wanted and Ron came through! He gave us suggestions on what we could do to make our menu work within our budget, while still keeping it delicious and pleasing.
  
  Also, before I forget to mention it, Ron’s background is in pastries. We had scones, muffins and croissants at our wedding, all of which were amazing!! As was the other food of course. Furthermore, Ron allowed me to share a recipe with him to be used for a special cake at our reception, which I thought was really amazing!
  
  Ron’s staff was extremely professional and friendly. They did an amazing job at our reception. Everyone raved about the food and greatly enjoyed it.
  
  I can’t say enough good things about Ron and his team at Fork it! They are wonderful and you should hire them.

  Reached out to Ron while I was planning a shower and needed gluten free treats. Ordered both cupcakes and mini cheesecakes. Ron asked if I needed specific flavors and other allergy concerns he needed to be aware of. He delivered on time and everyone enjoyed a gluten free treat.

  We are SO glad we chose Fork It Catering for our 70th birthday celebration!! Ron is so easy to work with and even when we had changes at the last minute, he was understanding and happy to help!!!! I'm amazed because he had the most competitive pricing that we could find, but when we tasted his food, we were absolutely amazed at how fantastic it was!!! We got SO many compliments from the guests!!! We will book him again for ALL of our catering needs!!!!!

  We hired Ron for our wedding, and we couldn't have been more thrilled! His food is delicious - multiple people told us afterwards it was the best wedding food they had ever had. He made things easy for us every step of the way, which is just about the best thing you can hope for as a bride. He worked with us to accommodate our vegetarian and gluten-free friends, as well as our goal for a trash-free wedding by supplying compostable dinnerware. I highly recommend using Fork It Catering for your next event!

  I used Fort IT to cater an employee appreciation luncheon at our office. Ron Stevens was very professional, flexible, full of wonderful suggestions and extremely easy to work with – he also helped me arrange the rental and delivery of tables, linens and place settings. I didn't have to stress over the details, he handled everything and made it look easy. Fork IT offered healthy and delicious options for our group and their service was amazing - they anticipated our needs before we knew we had them! Employees still rave about their lunch; therefore, we have implemented Fork It Catering as a company-wide "Best Practices Catering Contact".
  
  I would highly recommend Fork It Catering for any catering needs you may have… The only thing better than Ron and his crew's first class customer service is the quality of their food!

One of our guests had some dietary restrictions and Ron was quick to work with us to create a meal they could enjoy as well. We chose to go with a dessert buffet instead of a wedding cake. It was great to have a variety so everyone could find something they liked. We did a lot of shopping around to find the right caterer and realized that being on a budget often meant a loss in quality of food. This is not the case with Fork It. You get excellent food and phenomenal service for a reasonable price and they are always upfront with what you are going to be charged. I would highly recommend Fork It catering to anyone, for any event, they are just that amazing.

  Ron and his staff did a wonderful job catering our wedding. We gave Ron an idea of our budget and what kinds of foods we enjoy and he came back to us with the perfect menu suggestions. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, our wedding cake was spectacular and tasted better than any other vendor’s products that we had considered working with, and he was able to provide our guests a gorgeous meal without it costing an arm and a leg. I highly recommend working with Fork It Catering for your special event; you will be happy you did!

  The cake turned out exactly as I had envisioned and exactly as I had discussed with Ron. The flavors were great and I received quite a few comments about the taste. Ron was easy to work with and flexible. I didn't have a chance to use him for the catering because with my chosen venue I was locked in to specific caterers but I've tried some of his appetizers and they're great!

  We recently engaged Fork It Catering for our wedding reception, and it was the best decision of our entire event!
  
  I will start by saying that we have a diverse group of friends, with all different kinds of dietary needs. For some caterers, this would have been burdensome, as I have learned from talking to other couples. But Ron helped us with how we could include elements that would satisfy everyone's dietary requirements.
  
  As my husband and I were new to all of this, we weren't sure what we needed to do, and this is where Ron excelled. He helped us plan things that weren't even part of the catering part of our event, guiding us through the important decisions that had to be made, and even giving us the 30 day out plans, 14 day out plans, 7 days out plans, and what we needed to do the day of the event (which was really nothing except to bring the wine and beer that we were bringing from our private collection to share with our friends and family).
  
  Throughout the event, there were two overwhelming themes that people told us. They enjoyed the space that we had chosen, a little hidden gem in Southeast Portland. But the praise for the food was what people kept raving about - and I joined in with that praise. Everything was fresh and delectable, spiced perfectly, and the presentation was gorgeous.
  
  Not only did Ron and Fork It do our catering, but they did our cake, as well as a separate dessert for our vegan and gluten free friends. People raved over BOTH, and there were several people that had both desserts!
  
  In all, the day was beautiful, and made all that much better by Ron and his staff. We couldn't have made a better choice in caterer!

  We had Fork it Catering cater our wedding in September of 2012 and it was done perfectly. Their team stuck to the budget we needed and did creative awesome tasting food along with the wedding cake- just how I pictured. The wedding cake was by far the BEST cake I've ever had, it didn't just look great.. It was so easy and no hidden costs, with no pressure. Just great food, and great service. It was the best choice for us.

  AMAZING!! I can't say enough great things about Ron on our wedding day. Starting off with the planning process, Ron was so attentive and helpful! He was so flexible throughout the year of planning and made every request of ours come true. He helped me plan everything from the food to the buffet set up, to the overall flow of my day. The day of our wedding went so smooth with Ron making sure that everything was falling into place. He managed the appetizers and buffet with unbelievable ease and grace. I know this wasn't easy with our venue but he kept everything on track with guidance and patience. Now onto the food...INCREDIBLE!! I really wanted to provide our guests with a relaxed buffet experience which Ron delivered above and beyond my expectations. We got countless compliments on everything from the food to the cake. Did I mention he made my wedding cake too? The cake was perfect from the three different favors to the beautiful display; It was something out of a wedding magazine. Considering our wedding was outdoors with limited resources and a hardly there prep station/kitchen, I don't know how they did it, but they did. My husband and I were so impressed and happy. Thank you!!

  Ron was so wonderful with his feedback and suggestions, you can tell he really does care about making your day perfect. The food was fantastic and the cupcake tower was a huge hit. If you are looking for fantastic customer service, delicious food and a catering company that won't empty your bank account, then I highly recommend Fork It Catering.

  Ron is a god to carbs. My new husband and I have discussed having him a cater a party and make nothing but carbs and dessert. The food was so good and our signature drinks were spot on. The service was very professional and on point.
