Cindy was fantastic to work with-she was responsive, flexible, and helpful throughout every step of the planning process. On the night of the wedding, she helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Cindy and having your reception at Fort Piqua.

Love this venue. It is absolutely gorgeous and was the one thing I HAD to have. Cindy is also extremely helpful and answered any and all questions that I had. Only downside was that you have to use a Fort Piqua Plaza approved caterer, and there were only about ten to choose from. Other than that loved it!

Absolutely beautiful space and wonderful staff! Cindy was incredibly helpful and gave great advice though was willing to integrate all of my own ideas. They were also very accommodating in us utilizing the library for additional pictures. I would recommend this place to everyone in this general area.

This location is stunning as is, so if you are looking for a reception location that you don't need to dress up much this is the place to choose. Cindy and her team were very professional and extremely helpful in preparation for the big day. They are very well connected to many vendors and communicate with each other. This lead to zero worries for me on the big day. Everything was taken care of, and I could completely enjoy myself at this great reception location.

From the moment my fiancé and I walked into Ft. Piqua Plaza, when we were checking out wedding venues, we knew immediately it was the one for us. The day turned out perfect and the staff was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend them to any future bride and groom to be.

The Plaza is absolutely beautiful; we got so many compliments on how pretty the space was. Cindy (banquet coordinator) was amazing. So helpful and so easy to work with. The Plaza requires you to pick from a list of approved caterers (about 8 or 10 total) but they are all well-known in the area and we had no issues there as our caterer was fantastic! You also have to do all of your bar/beverage service through one person because he holds the liquor license for the property but again no issues there. As of January 2013 there is a new beverage provider and he is much more fairly priced than the old one, not to mention honest & easy to work with! Our reception was amazing and I would use the Plaza again in a heartbeat.

The Fort Piqua Plaza is an absolute gem. Cindy was extremely helpful - from beginning to end. She is really fantastic to work with. She worked with all our vendors to make sure everyone had access to the building. She let us come in Friday (the day before our wedding) to bring in our decorations because the facility was not booked on Friday night. On the day of the wedding, she made sure Chris and I had plenty of water and even carried my plate through the buffet line. I could not have asked for anything more. She and the facility are fantastic. You won't regret booking this venue. I did mark a point off for flexibility because if you want alcohol to be served you MUST book that through Mulligan's.

This venue is a hidden gem in the area. It is absolutely stunning in there! We were able to fit a full band in as well and still had plenty of room at the dance floor. You do have to have everything cleaned out that night which is common in many venues (we found a few that would tear it down for you but it was rare). That would be my only complaint. We were able to come set in the day before and had the venue for 12 hours starting from when the first person delivered that morning. They suggest noon so you have the venue til midnight. We got our security deposit back quickly (within 2 weeks). Plus we were able to enter our venue on a balcony over looking the ballroom which made me feel like a princess!

My family and I chose Fort Piqua for the unique and lovely facilities. The historic charm is just our style. And the excellent service and guidance we got from the staff was above and beyond! Very responsive to emails, phone calls, and visits. The coordinator also gave us great guidance to help plan the day of events and tips for party planning. Everything was pleasant and low-key.

The space is unique. There is a perfect place for cocktail hour outside the ballroom if you're having one. The ballroom is impressive. We had 130 guests, which worked well but the room would hold much more too. If you're having a bar, you don't have a choice in vendor -- but that turned out fine for us. Good options for caterers too.

I am so thankful to Fort Piqua.

The venue itself is gorgeous and is worth every penny - but the service provided by Cindy is priceless! She really went above and beyond for us. Cutting all of our pies, made sure the dessert table was always stocked, and was so supportive with all the little things we needed.

Very pretty for a reception, very MINIMAL decorations needed. The room was so pretty, and we had so many compliments on how nice it looked. The only thing was that the room was very hot throughout the night, and the AC was not able to keep up with the amount of people in the room.

Beautiful event venue! Day of wedding event coordinator had day off(totally understand, even event coordinators need time off) but fill in seemed inexperienced. If it were not for our DJ coordinating things I don't think the day would have ran as smooth.
