  We wanted a small personal cake and about 100 cupcakes for our wedding. They were able to accommodate our requests and personalize the cake and cupcakes for us. We wanted small candies placed on top of the cupcakes and they did that for us as well. Very nice "mom and pop" type bakery with very nice and genuine people running the store.

  My husband and I highly recommend Fortune Bakery. We received excellent service from Joe and our cake was delicious. The bakery has many different cake flavors and filling options. We chose a layer of red velvet and two layers of white cake with fresh fruit filling. The cake design also turned out lovely.

  Fortune Bakery did the cake for my wedding on 10/25/12, and it was amazing! The cake itself was delicious - we ordered a two-tier cake with different flavors on the top (strawberry) and bottom (chocolate). The cake was beautiful and exactly how we had pictured it. The customer service was impeccable. They are super friendly and easy to work with. Ordering was simple as we were able to order the cake less than 3 weeks before the wedding. Delivery was on time. Best of all - the price! Less than $200 including delivery!! There is nothing comparable in the greater Los Angeles area!

  Fortune bakery was AMAZING!! Joe was super nice and easy going. He was very helpful and made our cake perfect!! :) It was delicious and pretty! We chose strawberry and mango and it was good! Especially the chocolate!

  Joe and Maria are husband and wife and work well together at the bakery. They have always been dedicated to providing the best quality cakes and service. My family has been going to Fortune Bakery for all of their cake needs. I got my bridal shower cake here as well. Joe never fails at making the most creative and elegant cakes. Our wedding cake was 3 tiers and consisted for the too die for chocolate banana. His Tres Leches cake with cream is soo delightful and moist, not too milky like the other's I've tried. The vanilla and strawberries cream is the original favorite for birthdays and otherl occassions! With sliced almond shavings. Our wedding cake was exactly what I wanted . It was elegant and beautiful and I can always expect nothing but the best from fortune bakery. Joe is so reliable and hard working. He is there 7 days a week and always has a smile on his face. It is important to have a vendor like this who is reliable, affordable and flexible. I had several last details to worry about, my wedding cake was not one of them! The cake arrived promptly and all of my quests are still raving about how great the cake was. Highely recommended!!

  My husband and I got our wedding cake here. We live in Northern California, but had our wedding in Southern California, so we were looking for a bakery and found Fortune Bakery on Yelp.

  The ordering process is extremely easy, which is what everyone wants! We showed up a couple of days before the wedding and showed Joe a picture of how we wanted our cake to look. The final design was so beautiful!
  
  We ordered the chocolate cake with banana and the yellow cake with strawberry. It was delicious! We received many compliments from our guests.

We were planning from out of town, so we sent my sister-in-law to do the tasting, and we based our order on her recommendations, but they were flexible enough to offer us the option of changing the cake flavors just one week before the wedding (when we would come to town and could taste the cakes for ourselves). We didn’t end up doing that, but it was really great of them to offer us that choice. Everyone loved the cake, there was NONE left over, and a few people asked me for the name of the bakery after the wedding.
