  This was by far the best food I have ever eaten!! Mike was so wonderful to work with! If you are in or around the Champaign/Urbana area you would be crazy not to have CG Signiture Events cater your wedding or any other event your planning!

  CG Signature Events was by far the easiest vendor to work with and had the greatest results. Mike, the manager, was prompt with emails, thorough, and courteous during the whole planning process. I never once felt nervous working with them. The food was INCREDIBLE. Everyone said it was the best wedding food they ever had and this caterer was the cheapest we found! The best and cheapest! How can you get any better than that?!?
  
  Mike and his staff didn't miss a beat. They even had catsup for the one table I requested and the vegetarian entree I ordered was very reasonably priced and delicious!
  
  The service during the wedding was unbelievable. I, the starving bride, came to the reception and mentioned something once about how I didn't get to try any of the appetizers yet. Within a minute, I had 6 wonderful waitstaff surrounding me with plates of food. (Talk about feeling like a princess!) They were polite to my guests, attentive (always asking about drink refills), and the buffet moved very quickly. I genuinely felt that the waitstaff were happy for us and enjoyed working for this company. As someone who has worked in the food business, I was proud to work with a company that had young adults who seemed like they enjoyed their job. What a great company to work with! I can't say enough positive things!

  Mike and his staff are beyond great. They are easy to work with and are willing to make every detail unique to you. I loved the food, it was amazing. A lot of times food at people's weddings is just whatever but you can tell that CG events goes the extra mile for everything. I cannot say enough great things about CG Events.

  Mike is very professional and responsible, he was totally on top of everything. At the wedding, the food service went smoothly and the caterers were very friendly and attentive. Not to mention, the food tasted awesome! Tons of my guests let me know they thought it was delicious. Would absolutley recommend.

  Mike and all of the staff were a great addition to our wedding day! The food was absolutely delicious and we had so many compliments from everyone not only about the food but with how the staff was so professional and helpful! I would not trade having them for any other company that I met with and I'm so thankful for everything they did!

  Mike was incredibly amazing to work with. We cannot recommend CG Catering enough. In fact, we URGE you to go with them if you can.
  
  RESPONSIVENESS: Mike and the CG staff are insanely fast and thorough in responding to emails and voicemails. Even when he got busy, he would let us know that it would take a day or two to get to our message. We cannot overstate how important a responsive caterer is as the craziness of the wedding draws near...
  
  PROFESSIONALISM: Mike and the CG staff run a very tight ship. They know how to run smooth events and manage complexities. Our wedding was no exception -- everything was flawless. We had some complex things: a traditional Korean wedding ceremony and over 300 guests with a buffet line, but Mike helped us plan and organize everything and we could not have asked for a smoother reception.
  
  VALUE: First of all, the prices are incredibly reasonable. But most importantly, their food is FANTASTIC. The appetizers (wings, ravioli and sliders) were a big hit (especially with the kids) and the main entrees (Jerk Tilapia, Asparagus and Mac&Cheese) to this day continue to the rave of our friends and family. My brother who is a carnivore's carnivore will not stop raving about the Mac & Cheese, the summer salad and the asparagus (which is incredibly bizarre). We could not have been more impressed with the food. If you don't believe us, try a tasting or go for their Wednesday lunch special.
  
  In conclusion, we are so so SO thankful that we went with CG Catering for our wedding. We cannot more highly recommend them to you and sincerely hope you will choose them for your wedding or other special occasion!

I have absolutely no reservation and every praise for the professionalism, flavors, helpfulness, planning help, and personalities of the entire staff. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with a specially created breakfast-for-dinner menu, ice cream buffet, and even further surprises from CG. Top recommendation if you are a fan of kindness and exquisite service along with phenomenal food.

  CG Signature Events Catering was amazing! We eloped in March and were hosting a open house marriage celebration party in downtown Champaign in October. Approximately three weeks before our event, our previous catering plans fell through; Mike called me back within an hour of my initial, frantic phone call.
  
  CG provided two tables and linens, as well as the food, for a 1oo-person buffet. The set-up crew was very efficient and professional, which we appreciated.
  
  We created our own buffet menu of BBQ chicken breast, roasted potatoes, pasta primavera, swedish meatballs, tomato crustinis, and a spinach salad with fresh berries, mandarin oranges, and feta cheese.
  
  The food was absolutely delicious and helped us cater to both our vegetarian and gluten-free guests (the BBQ chicken, potatoes, and salad are gluten free). Our guests loved it so much that many went back for seconds, and we had run out of dinner plates by the end of the 3-hr reception!
  
  The prices were exceptionally fair, and we happily provided additional compensation. Mike and his crew were wonderful to work with, and we were so grateful and blessed that CG was able to set up and help us in such a time crunch. It was beyond our expectations, and I would use CG again in a heartbeat!

  Mike Harden provided wonderful service and professionalism to help make our wedding day unique. Guests raved about the food and the service on the day of the event and my husband and I were thrilled with all the food choices we were presented with. We were given options for child menus upon request as well. Harden was easy to reach via phone and email! Thanks for everything!
