Our wedding experience at the Four Seasons Miami was nothing short of magical, and much of that magic can be attributed to the exceptional service provided by Yahaira Gattas Asfura, the catering manager. From the moment we chose the Four Seasons as our venue, Yahaira was there every step of the way, ensuring that every detail was perfect and that our special day was everything we dreamed of and more.

The venue itself is breathtaking. The elegant architecture, stunning views, and luxurious amenities provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Every corner of the Four Seasons exudes sophistication and charm, creating an ambiance of pure romance.

Yahaira's expertise and dedication were invaluable throughout the planning process. She took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and preferences. From selecting the menu to coordinating the timeline, Yahaira handled everything with grace and professionalism, easing our stress and allowing us to truly enjoy the journey to our big day.

Thanks to Yahaira and the entire team at the Four Seasons Miami, our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives.

We were married here one week ago and couldn't be more pleased. The customer service experience was absolutely impeccable. We have been visiting this hotel now for several months and after our initial visit, it was clear that there would be no other option for us in terms of venue. Special kudos to Javier Munoz who spared no detail and left no stone unturned in order for us to have the best experience possible. We have visited other FS resorts but this is by far the most superior experience we have had. The chef and entire catering team delivered perfection every single time!! Our wedding was far beyond anything we could have imagined and the entire wedding weekend was dripping with Four Seasons Excellence.

Stefanie and her team at the Four Seasons in Miami were amazing through the entire planning process. She was always quick to respond and offer great ideas. Everything turned out beautifully as I had hoped. Stefanie kept everything stress-free and was able to work with our budget and ideas. The day of the wedding, she even helped bustle my dress! My husband and I kept saying how everyone from the valet to the cleaning staff are so nice and go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable. After the wedding was over, they even left us some wedding cake and champagne to enjoy. It was amazing and I'll never forget. Thank you Stefanie!!

The entire staff at the Four Seasons was top notch. We worked with Justina as our coordinator and she was such a pleasure to work with. She took every little detail into consideration and things we hadn't even thought of she suggested! Once we decided on the Four Seasons as our wedding venue up until the wedding event was such a good experience. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire process!

We booked our wedding reception at the Four Seasons expecting exceptional service and food at the most beautiful venue in Downtown Miami and our wedding absolutely exceeded our high expectations. The grand ballroom is large and free of any columns and the adjoining Sky Bridge (where we had our cocktail hour) is absolutely beautiful with views of Brickell and Key Biscayne. Jaclyn Jerstad was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive and patient despite our numerous emails and constant requests. I felt like anything I asked for was possible and they made sure to make it happen. The food and service were absolutely outrageous and our guests have not stopped raving about it. We had a seafood station during our cocktail hour that was a total hit (shrimp, lobster, and stone crab) and served filet mignon for dinner. Our guests have all commented on not only how delicious and tender their steaks were, but also noted that their food was served hot and beautifully presented. I can go on and on about the food and service and everything else the Four Seasons provided to us. Everything was flawless!

An absolutely fantastic place to have your wedding, the support staff go overboard to make sure that you are being taken care of. Whether you are the bride to be or a guest, you will thoroughly enjoy yourself!

If I could give 10 stars to The Four Seasons Miami I would. They were absolutely amazing and Jaclyn, our catering director, truly made the weekend sensational! From the room block accomodations to the Friday night dinner, of course Saturday day and night festivities and brunch on Sunday, everything was perfect! Jaclyn and team were fantastic, even when the weather was waivering, they held strong and pushed the decision time so that we can still host everything outside as planned. Jaclyn also made herself available whenever we were in town visiting so that we felt comfortable with all the decisions. She prepared a tasting that was out of this world and also accomodated me and all our vendors for a formal walk-thru a few weeks before the wedding. I also have to mention Swank Lighting, the in house company at The Four Seasons Miami. Specifically, Evan at Swank. They know the property so well and he really transformed the space to make every space we used, inside and outside, really beautiful. Our friends from the Miami area have been looking at our pictures and commenting, "where is this place, it looks magical!". Everything was beautiful and perfect! Thank you to Jaclyn and her entire team!

there are not enough words to describe how happy i am that we choose four seasons as our wedding venue.

laure, the catering director, is nothing short of amazing. she pays attention to every detail and request. working with her was an absolute pleasure. she made my wedding planning fun and quite easy.

the food tasting prior to wedding was perfect. we had a private room and such attention to detail, they had even printed personalized menus.

the night of, everything was just as i imagined. the food was delicious (my guests are still raving that it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding) the servers were spot on, helping elderly guests with food and to their seats. they cleaned up everything and transitioned thru the night perfectly.
the valet handled the 100+ cars well.

our honeymoon suite was a dream come true. i could easily live in this room forever (its not really a room, its bigger than my townhouse)
we had almost 30 rooms blocked for our wedding guests, and everyone was thrilled with the quality and great rate they offered us.

i went back to the four seasons for an "after shoot" and they set us up in the same suite so i could change and get ready in there. they even sent us some complimentary appetizers so we could munch on while prepping.

four seasons and their staff is a class act all the way!!

Beautiful! I had both my ceremony and reception there and everything was great, the attention, the food was amazing, the room looked beautiful! Jodi was my catering manager, she was great, she was in every single detail making sure everything went smoothly! The ceremony in Palm Grove was lovely!!

I had my reception in the grand ballroom at the Four Seasons and everything was spectacular! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Our catering sales manager was very helpful and patient. She helped us through every step along the way.

Gorgeous venue and professional staff. Something for everyone's budget! Jessica Maharbiz, one of the sales catering managers was so patient and helpful all while with child! The food was delicious and the drinks were premium. I loved everything about having our ceremony and reception at this venue. We stayed at this hotel as well and our two bedroom apartment was well appointed. Our family was very comfortable. Our one bedroom suite for the night of the wedding was wonderful as well.

Can not get any better than this!! Very Modern and clean and just exactly what we wanted in a location. Right on the bay!! Perfect weather weekend I could have asked for.

Four. Seasons. Hotel. Nothing more needs to be said. They were absolutely awesome in every aspect for our wedding! There was nothing which they could not accommodate for us. We needed to borrow their piano, they let us borrow their piano. We needed to use the cabana area for our ceremony, they let us use their cabana area. They helped make our special night memorable. What more can I say? Their name says it all.

Their service is the best in South Florida! Staff are friendly and helpful and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend working with Gloria Fonts - she is great! Food is exceptional, as well. I recommend the crabcakes for the appetizer.

We selected the Four Seasons Miami for our modern, starry night themed destination wedding ceremony and reception. The Four Seasons is beautiful, chic, and has a strong history of providing exceptional service; they did not disappoint. Ashley Westfall tailored all menus to our guests’ needs. Approximately 25% were vegan or vegetarian. We were very excited after the tasting. So delicious! My chef brother had few suggestions (a first!). Table settings, plate selections, cocktails, and upgrades were executed flawlessly from ceremony to reception.

The bride and groom ready rooms were fantastic (intentionally located on opposite sides of the hotel) and brunch was delicious. We were relaxed and well taken care of. I did not have to lift a finger! The hotel suites were breathtaking. I cannot wait to see the videography and photography of the dress and other personals in the windows with the beautiful backdrop of the bay!

We had a little confusion when an additional guest showed up, but we were able to resolve the final plate count fairly quickly. This was a nine-month process for us and you will need strict professionals in the driver’s seat. The Four Seasons is it.

We could not have picked a more beautiful venue. The Four Seasons has always been one of our favorite hotels when traveling. Jaclyn, our event manager was easy to work with, always pleasant and always willing to help. We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and our suite was amazing! We got a complimentary upgrade and it was truly one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed at. We held the ceremony outside, thankfully we had some great weather! The pool area is so gorgeous you don't need a lot of decor to make it a beautiful and unique setting. We used PSAV, their in-house lighting team, Maya, the director of event technology was wonderful! Always full of ideas and always willing to help. Their prices are surprisingly competitive and their work is beautiful. The only complain I have, and it truly hurts me to say something negative about this venue, is their catering team, my guest felt like they were rushed the whole time, they were asked several times during dinner if they were done with their entree and if it would be ok to remove their plate. After the cake was served, many of my guests who were still dancing didn't even have a chance to taste the cake as it was removed from the table almost immediately after it was served. At some point a glass broke on the dance floor and it took close to 20-30 minutes for someone to come clean it after one of my guests had to look for someone. We had a belly dancer show and since the dance floor was not
clear of debris, the belly dancers could not perform and the show had to be delayed until the show manager inspected the dance floor, incurring on additional hourly charges on our end. Other than that, the actual wedding process was flawless, Jaclyn was always available. We live out of state and sometimes our site visits had to take place on the weekends or after hours but their team was always available and willing to help.

I’m not one to leave such low reviews, and honestly it has taken me months to decided on leaving this.
I USED to love this hotel so much! In fact I made the decision to make it my wedding venue. Oh boy! What a horrible idea that was. I have never felt so judged and diminished as I did with who was suppose to be my “right hand” for the most “magical day” as I did with Stefanie Weiner. I come from a traditional Hispanics house hold, and my father was making the greatest of efforts to make this happen. However, Stefanie Weiner made sure to make my father feel as if we didn’t have the right to have my wedding at such place. In one occasion actually telling me through the phone that this was just not the place for people like us. It’s disappointing to know the Four Seasons employees such nasty personnel for such positions; as she (at the time) was the Catering Sales Manager. She made that entire experience SO unpleasant for me.
Aside that part, she misinformed me of many details and rushed me towards the end to make decision. She was completely MIA for a solid 3 months (as she was also getting married)
So it’s baffling to me how a former Bride would treat a new bride SO LOW as she treated me. I felt so mistreated by her that I actually have to thank an awful pandemic to stop my wedding. Otherwise I would have had no other option but to continue dealing with her and having the “best day of my life” with such a bitter taste. The only person that actually tried to help me and was AMAZING at her job was Jalenia Vera.
For any future brides looking to book this place, please I urge you to do your research not only on the venue BUT on the staff.
I still think the Hotels is a beautiful place but unfortunately I was paired with such an unpleasant and JUDGMENTAL person that made me hate every single step of MY WEDDING!!!! If i could I would not even give this a single star.
It’s amazing how one person can ruin the entire chain of the Four Seasons for me, because I wouldn’t even dare to stay a single night ever again.
