Four Seasons Hotel did an absolutely unbelievable job with our entire wedding weekend & engagement. The venue is stunning, the food is some of the best food we have ever had (guests agreed), and the service was wonderful. Specifically Kristen Swidrak, the event coordinator at Four Seasons, helped us make every decision from small to large. She answered multiple emails with a long list of questions for our entire 18 month engagement. She executed all of our plans beautifully and made our wedding a dream come true. She met with and coordinated all our wedding vendors without our prompt, ran our rehearsal, and gave us her personal cell phone number the weekend of the wedding in case we needed anything. Four Seasons was not only beautiful, but it was efficient for the people planning the wedding & the wedding guests. You have a one stop shop for the food, alcohol, pastry chef, tables, linens, and day of coordinator. If you chose to not use Four Seasons house items, you can bring your own in - but it was so nice to only have to go to one meeting for all of these items. You don’t have to be emailing a ton of vendors because it is all through the same venue. For guests, once they arrive they don’t have to leave the venue if they don’t want to. There are great restaurants, room service, relaxing pool & spa, and more. If you even need a babysitter to stay in the hotel for kids during the wedding reception, they can help you find one! This made our process stress free. We can’t thank Four Seasons enough for their wonderful service & the beautiful wedding they hosted for us.

You don’t chose the Four Seasons to save money. You chose them to deliver impeccable service to you and your guests. Four Seasons St. Louis hit it out of the park for our daughter and son in law’s wedding. “Our” team — as that is how they responded — stayed attentive and a step ahead for the year we were together. I now kinda miss them as the mother of the bride/wedding planner.

We held wedding, reception, and farewell brunch at the Four Seasons. While you expect service to be wonderful, the team truly exceeded our expectations. Our guests commented on how wonderful everything was from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception (they turned that room quickly) to the lighting to the brunch. The team was thrown a curve when the number of guests who came for brunch more than tripled. They didn't break a sweat and because they had set up seats inside in case of rain, there was room for everyone and the food just kept coming. True professionals who never stopped being gracious. We will return!
