Since we are coming up on our first anniversary, this review is way overdue! From the moment we walked into the Four Seasons, we knew that's where we wanted to get married. At first, we were concerned whether we could make this happen with a smaller guest list and moderate budget. Lauren and the rest of the event staff were AMAZING! They identified the event spaces that would work best for our group and helped us create an amazing menu that fit our budget. Not only that, but we were able to also plan a Welcome Reception the night before and day after brunch for all of our out of town guests. Instead of just having our wedding day with our guests, we got to have an awesome wedding weekend with all of our loved ones. The indoor and outdoor event spaces are gorgeous and the food/service are top-notch. I can't say enough good things about Lauren - she was so thoughtful and accommodating from start to finish and truly made this a worry-free experience for us. Our families are from the Northeast and are used to over-the-top weddings, but they are still raving about what a perfect wedding weekend we all got to share together in Palm Beach!

If you are at all considering your wedding in south Florida you would be lucky beyond measure to get to work with Lauren Renwick at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. After a year of planning, I am thrilled to share that Lauren made our dream wedding a reality in every single way. She is truly the most warm, kind and hardworking person who listens and pays attention to all details. She was prepared, organized and open-minded during our meetings, and appeared to work around the clock in terms of her responsiveness and availability. Lauren surpassed every expectation, making certain that she followed through on her promise of a perfect weekend for us. It was reflected in the perfectly orchestrated planning that was executed flawlessly. We will always think of this weekend as the true best of our life!

Beyond Lauren, I could go on endlessly about the customer service provided by every staff member—from entry at valet, concierge and check in, housekeeping, restaurant hostesses and servers, personnel at the spa, pool and beach, and all incredible members of our catering/events team. The operation was FLAWLESS and it showed. Our guests would not stop raving about the service, food and experience they had. As we had many out of town guests, the very strong majority of our wedding stayed at the hotel for the weekend. This hotel and team does not miss a beat!

We are eternally grateful for our experience and will continue to looking forward to our next trip to Four Seasons Palm Beach!

Lauren Renwick, Colin Clark, Bridgette Hill (FS Spa), Carrie (Camden Gardens), and the entire staff at the FS Palm Beach truly are exceptional in every way! Colin (the GM) went above and beyond to welcome us and make our experience flawless. This venue is nothing short of magical. Lauren Renwick, the Catering Manager, is an absolute angel - She is immensely talented, and there was no detail left unaccounted for thanks to her professionalism, diligence, and love for her work! To preview: Delicious surprises, monogrammed goodies (I melted) that she must have snuck up there during the reception (Lauren, you are incredible!), our wedding cake in the room fridge to enjoy the next day, and more that I do not want to take the surprise from for future brides! Food - You cannot beat the Four Seasons! The culinary team at FS Palm Beach is outstanding, highly awarded with good reason. Our guests were singing the praises of the incredible appetizers (which Lauren and Pascale made sure we had access to as the bride & groom - so thoughtful!), main course, and cake for months (no joke!) after our wedding day. The venue itself is breathtaking! The FS team made sure to include a special request of mine, which was photos of our families on their wedding days in silver frames at the cocktail hour. It is the little details like this that the FS PB team excels at attending to, and these are the special touches we will always remember. The team at the FS Palm Beach is the epitome of professionalism and warmth - There was not a detail unaccounted for, not a single hiccup in the day that they did not smooth over seamlessly; We had the BEST day of our lives and truly were able to enjoy every single moment knowing that Lauren and Pascale (I hope I spelled her name correctly - she is a saint!) were by our side the entire way. I cannot sing their praises enough, and I am still glowing with love, admiration, and gratitude for this incredible venue, team, and memory.

Everyone at the Four Seasons was amazing. Lauren in catering was super professional and helped us to make this event everything we have always wanted and very special. I have had people still telling me a year later it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I would highly recommend having an event at this hotel.

I recently held my Bridal Shower at Graze Restaurant at the Four Seasons, as a part of my lovely Bachelorette Weekend at the resort. The food, staff, service at the restaurant, hotel and Spa were SO AMAZING. We had the best time, the food was great and I would highly recommend this for a shower, rehearsal dinner or wedding weekend venue!

The staff at the Four Seasons was incredible! Everything was perfect. The venue was gorgeous, the rooms were fantastic and the food was amazing! I can not say enough great things about this venue. We loved everything about it!

It was excellent planning our wedding with the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Crystal. Everything was done to exquisite taste, from their answering our day to day questions to providing a magical wedding day. The hotel grounds provide an intimate setting with a luxurious feel. I have been to two other weddings here as a guest and the staff is so lovely to everyone.

We simply had the perfect wedding weekend and we felt as though we were in the best hands possible. Not a worry in the world.

I held my reception at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. Crystal and her staff were wonderful to work with. The food was AMAZING and they allowed me to create my own menu. We had the reception, after party, and morning after brunch here - and everything was spectacular.

They also provided the wedding cake. The cake was beautiful and was a wonderful reflection of what I discussed with the baker. I received dozens of compliments on the look AND the taste of the cake. They made such a large cake that my guests received a HUGE piece each and still wanted more. The baker was very knowledgable about what would be a good finish to my already chosen menu. Their Italian buttercream frosting to is die for!

There were only a few hiccups: my own meal did not come out properly, one guest asked for an additional entree - which the staff brought without consulting my planner, and there was a room mix up where the staff gave my bridal suite to someone else so I had no where to get ready with my mother and sisters. I wasted a pile of money on paying the videographer to come early to film us getting ready! And lastly we had a few items stolen from the hotel which were never recovered or followed up on by staff.

MOST BEAUTIFUL VENUE IN SOUTH FLORIDA. THEY EVEN ARRANGED A SPECTACULAR DAY!! IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT.

I had my wedding here and it was pretty perfect! I plan events and meetings for a living and deal with all kinds of hotels, and I can honestly say this was a great experience - and I would't expect any less from the Four Seasons. I had a few friends tell me "I was a Ritz Carlton person but your wedding converted me!" Mostly I'm wondering why my friends are always at the Ritz but that's neither here nor there. :) My guests seemed very pleased (we even got a room rate for our wedding block of $250/night for off season which is good in my opinion). The food was perfection, they fulfilled every request my husband and I made up to the wedding (little bumps in the road here and there but nothing terrible - I can't even remember them now). We worked with Crystal and she's the best - extremely professional. If you're worried about all your guests being able to afford staying there (which I was, even though A LOT of them ended up staying there) there's a Marriott across the st that is very affordable. I heard a lot of comments after the wedding about the quality of service at the hotel and everyone was very happy - especially my hubby and me!

The venue is perfect for an upscale wedding. I loved working with the event coodinator, they made planning for my day very easy. The room and food were both perfect and I know all of my guests had a great time. The room was so nice that minimal decorations were needed and the hotel was such a nice place to spend the weekend.

We chose the Four Seasons because their outdoor reception site over looking the ocean was exactly what we wanted. The hotel is at the south end of the island so is a bit overlooked vs other Palm Beach hotels. It is well kept and has a warm luxury beach feeling vs a cold "formal" one. There was a great guest rate available for the room block, so many of our friends and family chose to stay (though there are a few lower priced options nearby).

Crystal was amazing, from our first few meetings through to the big day. She is professional, personable and thorough. With her and the banquet staff, our ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour, reception and brunch the next morning were seamless and timed perfectly. She made us feel genuinely special as the bride and groom, is extremely organized and knowledgeabl, making the process so much easier on us.

We put a lot of thought and some negotiation into our food and bar choices to have what we wanted while also cutting back on items that we thought were just "extra". All the food was perfect. The cake (included) was okay. We provided our chosen design which was simple, though you can upgrade for something more elaborate.

We were not able to get married until 7pm which had to be stated on the invite. While our guests arrived on time, this did throw things off in terms of ceremony seating. The October sunset provided perfect lighting, though we did need additional lighting outside as it was dark after the ceremony for cocktail. The ballroom is neutral, however with our chosen palate, we needed to add more to the room than expected-draping, lighting, chairs and tablecloths.For spa appointments, make sure to follow up as despite our appointments, we had scheduling issues (that were eventually fixed).

It was a wonderful weekend and we didn't want it to end. I would highly recommend the Four Seasons and we look forward to going back to our little local paradise soon.
