    Four Star was great!!!!!! We had our wedding on a boat and they really went out of their way to help us with the items we rented. I did not use their delivery service we picked up the items from their store, but all I can say is they were very professional and helpful.

    We had our wedding this past weekend in Key West and used Four Star Rentals for our 72" round tables and our string lighting at our wedding, and for chairs for our welcome dinner and farewell brunch. Eric helped us so much and the lighting added to the Audubon House as beautiful. Thank you Eric and to your staff at Four Star! It was a pleasure working with you all!

    Four Star Rentals staff was great. Just my luck and we had rain the night of our reception. We had rented lighting, tables, chairs, and a dance floor. They were able to get us a tent with short notice and saved my reception. I found them to be very flexible and nice to deal with. As I don't live in Key West. I did most everything via email or over the phone. It was nice to be able to stop in their showroom when I came down on a preplanning trip. I did talk to a few other vendors however found it uneasy that none of them had a office.

    We came in on a cruise ship for our wedding so we were under a time crunch. This was my first time to Key West and did not know Smathers beach was such a popular wedding spot. There were two other weddings going on at the same time. When we got to the beach we met our planner and Four Star Rentals had everything set up and ready for us. We rented the bamboo arch and bamboo chairs. The arch we rented was much nicer than the other ones I saw set up on the beach next to us. All in all I was really happy with the service they provided us.

    I had a small beach wedding. Everything was set up on time and looked really nice. I really liked working with them. One thing I found was in Key West, not very many people return phone calls or even pick up the phone when you call, this was not the case with Four Star Rentals. I would recommend them highly to anyone thinking of having a wedding in Key West. Great people and great service.
