  Absolutely amazing

  Flora was absolutely a pleasure to work with! I was planning my wedding from out of town and I couldn’t have done this without her. She listened and gave suggestions but never made me feel like she was imposing her opinion. She answered every text message and every phone call. She truly is the best wedding planner you can work with. My wedding day was perfect and planned by Flora from start to finish. I highly recommend her!

  Best. Birthday. Party. Ever!

  If Flora's weddings are anything like the way she helped with my 40th extravaganza birthday party, then she is a MUST HIRE! Her attention to detail, out of the box ideas, and willingness to plan/execute an event is incredible! My family and I are so pleased we went with Fox Event Atelier for our 150-person event. Our only regret is not knowing about Flora seven years ago for our wedding. But I can assure you she will be doing our 10-year anniversary!

  Fantastic event planner to work with

  I got very lucky to get the opportunity to work with Flora and her amazing team at The Mondrian hotel. The wedding she put together was absolutely stunning, from a gorgeous flower centerpieces to a cutest cake top I have ever seen. Thanks to her very organized and sweet team, the wedding went stress-free for everyone. Great job!

  Flora was great. She went above and beyond for our wedding. She was calm, flexible, nice and organized. If you need someone who is a local expert with a New York 'get it done' attitude, Flora is your planner. I'd recommend her to any friends and family.

  Working with Flora has been such a great experience. As a hair & makeup artist we sometimes work together. She is professional from point A to point Z. When it comes to setting up dates and times with her bride. She sends me the info right away. When I go on location to do touch ups on the bride and bridesmaids, not only is she carrying for the bride but she is thinking of me as well making sure I have everything I need to take care of the wedding party from lighting, a chair and table to put my supplies on. Any wedding that she has planned has always been absolutely perfect and beautiful. She is a pro and is very passionate about her craft! So happy I met her! Thank you Flora!

  I feel so lucky that I had Flora help me out with my sons affair. She and her team did such an amazing job and saw everything through. Every T was crossed and I dotted. She thought of things that I would’ve never remembered the day of the event. I look forward to using her for my next event!

  There is not enough Appreciation and gratitude we have for Flora. She made wedding planning so stress-free, I would do it again ;) We got her middle package which included negotiating with vendors and Day of Services and THANKG G-D we did- Best decision! She not only found our venue but recommended pretty amazing vendors with always having our price point and vision in mind.. the final product was absolute magic . We can't thank her enough.   We couldn’t have had a better wedding planner than Flora. She was extremely organized, always available, friendly, and gave us great ideas. Leading up to the wedding, she recommended reliable, budget-friendly vendors and helped us plan out a flawless schedule.   Without Flora, my wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did and the vision for my wedding would not have been executed the way it was. I hired Flora as a Coordinator for the Wedding Day, but she served as much more than that. In addition to coordinating with all of our Vendors for several months before the wedding, executing all of the details I had thought of, and exceeding the duties of her contract, she was also was a therapist to me through out the planning process. Flora may be the most patient and organized person I know. She was always available when I needed her. I couldn't have gotten through the wedding without her!

  Flora and I have worked together on several of my company fundraisers and large events. Flora has also helped us with implementing one our advertising campaigns by working directly with our designer. Flora is an invaluable asset to our company because we can turn projects over to her at a moments notice, and she can complete them with ease and style.

  Let me start by saying, I didn't want nor did I think I needed a wedding planner. It honestly seemed daunting to have to make such an important decision that I wanted to avoid it all together. It was a miracle that Flora came into my life, and I honestly dont know what I would have done without her.
  
  She is a true professional. She has experience. She knows what works well, what doesn't, and most importantly she listens to whatever it is that YOU want on your wedding day. She is able to take your vision and give you suggestions on how to make that a reality. She is pragmatic and knows how to stay within your budget (whatever that may be) without making you feel like you're compromising the things you truly care about. What I appreciated most about Flora is her honesty. I'm a very indecisive person and without her help, my wedding would have been an eclectic mess. That is not an exaggeration. She also has the best vendor contacts and saved me so much time and money. She is creative- I was having a problem with the timeline of my wedding and she never gave up on finding a way to figure out a way for it to work. She took away my anxieties before the wedding and as a result I managed to have the most amazing time. I know everyone likes to say this about their own wedding, but my guests could not get over what a great wedding it was and how much fun they had which was all a result from the many decisions Flora helped me with along the way.
  
  Bottom line is if you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I guarantee you will not regret hiring Flora. I am still adjusting to not having my regular calls/texts with her!

Flora was really able to help me figure out what was necessary and what I could do without so we could save money for the things that would truly make a difference. I also want to emphasize how amazingly patient she was with my countless basic and sometimes absurd questions and she never made me feel silly about anything. If it wasn't for Flora my bride could have very well fired me! Thank you Flora!

I spoke with Flora early in the planning process and she even suggested the hotel that we ended up using for our venue. Flora quickly became our go-to opinion at vendor meetings and for all wedding ideas. She was always available for any questions (of which I had many) and to talk about ideas that could take our wedding to the next level or add something special for our guests. I felt like I was wedding planning with a trusted friend. She was also very conscious of our budget (which was important to us) and helped us navigate what we should splurge on or what we could do without. Flora absolutely went above and beyond for us, including planning our rehearsal dinner, and words cannot begin to express our gratitude. She made our special day absolutely perfect and we were so relaxed knowing that she was in charge. We truly enjoyed our day and we are positive that it was thanks to Flora's hard work. We could not have done it without her. I received many compliments from family about how they were so impressed with Flora, with her attention to detail, organization, and wonderful positive attitude. She worked tirelessly with us and we will always be grateful. I would highly recommend Flora to any future brides. She's the best!

From the first time we meet she guided me to the right vendors, invitations, flowers, linens, music, makeup artist, entertainment, etc. She even helped me with the rehearsal dinner!   Without a doubt, Flora was the MVP on our wedding day. Her day of coordination as well as everything she handled during the weeks leading up to the big day was flawless and precise in every way possible.
  
  From our first meeting through the couple of months before my wedding day, Flora was organized, punctual, and creative with everything she helped handle. She helped organize all the loose ends and even things we hadn't even thought of getting done. She successfully coordinated with all of our vendors and ceremony officiants to create a day-of timeline that was efficient and smooth. On the day-of, I was never stressed about the details because Flora was on top of everything. Even after the wedding was over, she was so sweet to retrieve our marriage license the next day that our rabbi took with him by mistake.

  Without a doubt, Flora was the MVP on our wedding day. Her day of coordination as well as everything she handled during the weeks leading up to the big day was flawless and precise in every way possible.
  
  From our first meeting through the couple of months before my wedding day, Flora was organized, punctual, and creative with everything she helped handle. She helped organize all the loose ends and even things we hadn't even thought of getting done. She successfully coordinated with all of our vendors and ceremony officiants to create a day-of timeline that was efficient and smooth. On the day-of, I was never stressed about the details because Flora was on top of everything. Even after the wedding was over, she was so sweet to retrieve our marriage license the next day that our rabbi took with him by mistake.

  Hiring Flora with Fox Event Atelier was the best decision I made! Flora is extremely professional, supportive, and kind. Flora was there throughout the wedding planning process offering valuable advice and ensuring every detail was covered. With several different vendors, Flora was the glue that held my event together. She made sure everyone worked cohesively and the set up and wedding events flowed well. That speaks volumes as our wedding plans were quickly changed from an outside ceremony to a covered location due to a torrential downpour. She handled the change quite well without losing her cool or missing a beat. I was relaxed the entire time knowing Flora was taking care of it. As the saying goes, a happy wife is a happy life. My husband thinks hiring Flora was the best money spent during the wedding process!

Flora checked in with me daily the weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure I approved her final selections for party favors, groom's gifts, music, flowers, an made sure every vendor was in their place at their scheduled times for the entire wedding. Flora went over and beyond....She had my wedding dress and special memorabilia sent back to my home in Texas after the wedding. She is the ideal wedding planner if you are getting married locally or coming from out of state to get married in the Miami area.
