  Beautiful photos

  His photos are stunning. When we were looking for a wedding photographer, I noticed that the styles of many local photographers tend to be too dark and abstract for a wedding. The second I saw Francisco Detito’s photos, I knew this was the style I was looking for. The style of his work is bright, natural, and enchanting. He captured the shots I requested, and even surprised us with a fun bonus on our wedding day. We received the photos as promised in his contract. (Brides, this is huge, as I hear of other photographers not delivering within 6 months after the wedding.) He honestly did amazing work. The church looked brighter and prettier in the photos than it did the actual wedding day. Francisco & Ory, thank you!

  Excellent Photographs and Such Great People

  Choosing a wedding photographer is one of the most crucial decisions in wedding planning. Finding someone who captures the moments without interfering in the flow of the day is really difficult. Francesco and his wife did this efortlessly (and doing anything without effort on your wedding day is hurculean).
  
  They were so friendly that they felt like family (and in fact helped me translate some things to our Wedding Planner). They captured unbelievable photos. A mix of candid and staged that really represented the energy and emotion of the day. And they never took us out of the moment to take pictures. We didn't feel like we were constantly being pulled out of conversations to go take another set of pictures. I could not recommend a wedding vendor more.

  Brilliant photography! Would 100% recommend

  We chose Francesco for our wedding this year as we loved his editing style. We had our wedding cancelled twice because of covid and working alongside our planner, Francesco was so accommodating and allowed us to move the date twice.
  
  We both found Francesco really friendly and he was amazing at directing us - making us feel really comfortable and at ease. We sadly weren’t blessed with sunshine and it poured with rain before the ceremony. Even with the weather against us, Francesco managed to capture some really beautiful pictures and we are so happy with them. They are very natural which is exactly what we wanted.
  Thank you so much Francesco. You are brilliant!

  The best!!

  Francesco and his wife make an amazing team! They were both so sweet and helped make our day so special. They were very flexible when the weather kept shifting and made sure we got the most amazing shots. I highly recommend this duo for any important event!

  Excellent experience

  My husband and I got married in Ravello earlier this month, and we could not be more pleased with Francesco de Tito's work and process. He and his assistant were kind and attentive throughout the entire day. I had a few shots in mind that I wanted to be sure they captured, and they did with ease. We also let the two of them lead us around the city and they had wonderful suggestions for backgrounds and poses. Logistically, they arrived on time, were fast to respond to emails, and took an invested interest in making sure our big day felt special. I cannot wait to receive the proofs because I know they are going to be stunning!

  Francesco is a very professional photographer. He has such an amazing talent for capturing those moments which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. It’s not the formal photos that remind you how great your day was; it’s the natural fun and excitement that is so important to be documented. He is able to blend in so well with guests that you never noticed him capturing pictures. Francesco created some stunning shots that take us back to the day each time we look at them.

  We picked Francesco as our wedding photographer because he takes the most beautiful, happy, natural photos – just a quick look on his website and you will see what I mean. The photos he took of our wedding day are phenomenal. They are individually stunning (so joyful and so beautifully composed), but he also managed, looking at them as a set, to pin the overall atmosphere of the day down, to capture exactly how it all felt to us. He seems to have been always in the right place at exactly the right time – catching every detail, joke, laugh, kiss and everything else – and we are grateful to have the ‘story’ of our wedding laid out for us so naturally and so beautifully.   We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Francesco Detito photography. Francesco is very personable, making the planning of the photos for the day a complete breeze. He is very accommodating to your wishes for photos, but will be honest enough to let you know if he thinks the photo may not come out the way you think it will. On the day itself, Francesco is extremely professional when dealing with guests and organisers alike, while still maintaining his friendly persona. His pictures are of the highest quality and we were thrilled at the variety of photos from the reception that he had captured without us even being aware of it. There were many candid photos that just captured the moment perfectly, as well as the more artistic photo that we have not seen captured before by anyone else.

  I really wish I could give Francesco more than 5 stars. Our pictures for our wedding were very important to us, as they are to most couples. I know most people don’t think of this while picking their wedding photographer, but when family and friends are cold, hot, hungry/thirsty, and wanting to go join the rest of the party, the last thing you want is a photographer that is taking their time with each individual shot. Francesco was able to move quickly through all of our family, friends, and bridal party, while getting multiple pictures and people not even realizing how many he shot. And trust me, his speed definitely does not compromise the beauty of his product. I know multiple photographers, including ones within my family, and I could not ask for a better photographer for our special day than Francesco.

  We hired Francecso to be our wedding photographer because of the beautiful way he captures your wedding day. His pictures tell a story. We did not spend the night posing for pictures, but instead we danced and enjoyed our night with family and friends and have the pictures to prove it.

  I can’t give a higher recommendation for a wedding photographer than Francesco Detito – he is highly talented, very professional, extremely efficient and absolutely lovely! From the first enquiry I made, to receiving the last of our material, he has been a pleasure to “work” with. He shot our friend’s wedding last year and their pictures were amazing, and we saw how great he was even when we were guests, so we knew we wanted him to photograph ours!
  During the planning process he was always more than happy to answer any questions or worries I had, and on the day, he was such a friendly face to have around! Everyone commented on how great he was, and no one felt that they were being followed round with a camera at all. Francesco went above and beyond throughout – scouting a stunning location for our portraits beforehand. Our photos are incredible and I get butterflies every time I see them. They’re natural yet still artistic, and he captured some amazing moments that we will treasure forever!

  As soon as we found Francesco’s website, we just knew we had to have him photograph our wedding. This was one of the best decisions we made. Francesco was so easy going and made us feel very relaxed. For the majority of the day, we didn’t even notice he was there! Francesco could not have captured the day any better. We love every single photo he took and we now have the wonderful memories to look back on. We can’t thank him enough.

He seemed grumpy at times and simply like he could not be bothered to be there and do any work. Most of the time he was sitting around on his phone. We are also missing lots of guests in the pictures. No pictures of the actual venue and view. No close up pictures of faces. He would take 20 shots of the exact same thing to fill up the amount of pictures he was supposed to send us. His prices are way higher than other photographers and I do not feel I got my money worth at all.   Italian Wedding

  I wish I read the other negative review before booking. While I love the lighting of Detito photos after receiving them, I have to say that my experience with him and his wife was unpleasant to say the least. He acts as if he does not want to be there and like he is doing you a favor. The couple yells at each other in front of guests; They thought we didn’t understand what they were saying when most of us did. Francesco will just click away to make sure they reach their photo count but does not tell you when you need to fix your hair or fix your posture. I received edited photos in which, my eyes are closed. I asked for the raw photos since he said he took 5k photos and I only received 409 edited photos. He refused to send me the other photos. The contract says he’ll send 300+ photos so I understand that BUT a majority of the “edited” photos he sent me, are not good photos, meaning my eyes are closed or we are not angled right.
  
  Overall, I was so upset about the experience and definitely left an awful lingering feeling. There were times were he would just sit there or give us an attitude. I wish this on no other bride so please be very careful when booking. Don’t be mislead by instagram and they’re following.
  
  However, My videographer, @mircoeanisa , made my night throughout all the photography nightmare. He was kind, funny, and made everyone feel comfortable. Def recommend him!
