  Frank is the best!

  Frank was amazing to work with. We found him through our wedding planner and it was very easy booking process. He was very professional and down-to-earth, and immediately made us feel at ease. We booked him for both engagement pictures and for our wedding day. He is very organized and we had multiple conversations about exactly what we wanted captured of our day. His wife Colleen was his second shooter on our wedding day, and she was one of the sweetest people we have ever met - she saved the day more than once by carrying my veil so it wouldn’t get snagged on the ground. Frank is also incredibly creative and has an eye for what might seem like an “out there” shot, and then always comes back looking absolutely amazing. We loved his vibrant and dramatic photo style; he made taking pictures fun and easy. He and Colleen are extremely kind and patient, and took all of the stress out of our day. Frank is the best!

  Look No Further - Frank is Your Photographer!!!

  Frank had photographed my sister's wedding years ago so when the time came for me to walk down the aisle I knew exactly who to call! He was just as I remember! We are casual and go with the flow and he more than mirrored that making the day not only relaxing but FUN! He finds shots that I never would have dreamed of and they are STUNNING!!!! We have so many amazing photos to choose from I can't even begin to pick my favorites!!! Expectations...exceeded!! Do yourself a favor and hire him now!!

  Best Photographer

  First of all if you don't know; Frank Vilsack is the best! Frank has been photographing my family for years! There was no question he was going to do our wedding! Frank made is so easy and flexible. He's very professional and also goes with what you want, and what he knows works! He gets the pic! 12 days before my wedding I had to change venues, and he had no problem shifting and being able to make the move with us! Frank Vilsack will not disappoint.

  A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

  Frank was my photographer and also a member of the band I hired. Easily the two best decisions I made for my wedding. As a photographer he is calm, organized and timely. He has the best eye to capture candid photos which were the most important to me. He caught moments that really epitomizes the saying “A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words”. Some of the shots I know I will cherish forever. Working with him is such a joy. He is the most easygoing and nice guy. Believe me our group tested his patience but he was nothing but professional. I will without a doubt use Frank for all my future photography needs.

  Frank is an amazing photographer. He is able to capture every moment seamlessly, while making you and your guests feel completely at ease. Frank is a true professional - he is timely, organized, and helped our wedding day run more smoothly than we could have imagined. Frank also did our engagement photos, and was incredibly flexible with our schedules (especially as we were waiting for snow in Pittsburgh). If you are looking for a photographer who's photos are clear, emotive, and creative, look no further than Frank. I highly recommend him.

  Frank was amazing! No only are his photographs phenomenal, he really is knowledgeable about weddings. He really helped to ease some of the wedding day nerves because he was able to help keep things running smoothly. I cannot thank Frank enough for doing our engagement and wedding photos!

  My husband and I chose Frank after viewing his online portfolio. We live in Nashville and planned a destination wedding in Erie PA, where my family is from. Making all of my decisions from afar was a bit challenging and to me the most important part was the photography and making sure our special day was captured. I was over the moon with Frank’s professionalism and he was so great to work with. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He photographed every moment of our day and the photos turned out absolutely breathtaking! I could not be happier and I will cherish the moments he captured for a very long time. He is extremely talented and I would highly reccomend him and his work!

  I can't say enough nice things about Frank Vilsack Photography. Frank is a fabulous photographer, flexible, and kind. He happily let us include our dog in our engagement photos and had great suggestions for engagement photo locations. On the wedding day he blended right in as he captured all the important moments.

  Frank is the best photographer in the Pittsburgh area for any occasion! We've used him for family photos in addition to our wedding. He makes each session all about you and your special moment. And he doesn't miss a beat! My Best Man and I busted out a surprise serenade to my Wife and he caught the moment without a hitch or a glitch!

  Frank was amazing! From doing our engagment session, to our signature board, to all 12 hours of our wedding day! He's so easy to work with, and with such a warm and friendly personality we were comfortable with him from the beginning! We will use him for all of our future moments we want to capture. You will not be disappointed if you choose Frank!

  Frank is wonderful. He's so easy to work with and really makes you feel comfortable. All of our pictures were just us being us and nothing posed or awkward feeling. He's so great to work with
