  Absolutely recommend our wedding coordinators!

  Our wedding coordinators were amazing, Frolic & Beam made everything so less stressful & made our dream day come true! We had them throughout the entire wedding planning process, they were amazing about communication & on top of everything even when I was slacking lol. They are so organized, detail-oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and super fun to work with! I asked them for numerous opinions, and loved everything they would recommend for us. I really appreciated them keeping us on track prior & during the day of the wedding, and the timeline they created for the wedding was amazing. The day of, they were there helping us set up & decorating, and when we saw the final results of our vision, we were in love. During the wedding, the timeline was amazing to have & we had time to do everything we wanted & had plenty of time to dance at the end which was so important to us! And at the end of the night, they assisted with tear down which is the cherry on top! It was so amazing to have them there & we loved it & appreciated it all! We would absolutely recommend them, and would recommend the full service because we couldn't have done it without them! Thank you Frolic & Beam for making our wedding day one of the best days of our lives.

  Cannot recommend Frolic & Beam enough!

  We cannot express enough how wonderful Frolic and Beam (Emily and Claire) were in helping us plan and execute our wedding celebration. They were savvy, experienced, organized, professional, and fun to work with, throughout all steps in the process. We wanted a celebration that was unique to us, which required some difficult logistics and creative thinking. Working collaboratively, they helped bring all our visions to life, and all within our budget. They kept us on track and reminded us of all the things we didn't even think to ask. My only regret is that we didn't book their full service package and have them handle everything! We cannot recommend them enough.

  Amazing and professional service! Absolutely recommend.

  Emily and Claire did such an amazing job with my wedding! Working with them was such a smooth and easy process for me, they took care of everything from contacting vendors, creating a timeline, and EVERYTHING on the day of. They are so fun to work with and they pay attention to all of the details so you don't have to. I had such an amazing and stress free day thanks to them and would recommend them to any bride at any stage of the wedding planning process.

  Emily and Claire did such an amazing job with my wedding!   Day of Wedding Coordination

  The Frolic & Beam team was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond and helped me through the entire wedding planning process. They were willing to always be in contact with me, answer all my crazy questions, and help me with whatever I needed. They also have really great taste, they know what will look good, and they keep everything very trendy. The day of my wedding they made sure everything was perfect, and even though it rained, the sister duo figured out how to make it all still look beautiful and run smoothly! I would definitely recommend them!

  Beyond amazing, couldn't do it without them!

  Reaching out out to Frolic & Beam was hands down the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process! They made time to take us out to drinks and go over everything that we had done and still had on our list, and made us feel a million times better about the months leading up to our big day. They helped us with literally everything including all the things that we had totally forgotten to think about ourselves. We felt constant support to do things our way and make sure that our day ended up being nothing short of what we dreamt it to be! Neither myself or my husband had to worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding, which was such a gift to us to just be able to focus on our special day! These girls made everything the day of go smoothly, and when we ended up getting bad weather they went above and beyond to shift things without ever letting us feel the tiniest bit of stress. We honestly could not have gotten through the planning process or our day without them! Every couple deserves to feel calm and taken care of on their wedding day and Emily & Claire will absolutely make you feel this way! These two truly care about their couples and it shows through every step of the process. We could not be happier with Frolic & Beam and could not recommend them enough! Thank you from the bottom of hearts!

  Perfect Wedding Day!

  Emily & Claire were amazing coordinators! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly thanks to their planning and organization. We met with them a few times prior to the wedding to review our vision and go over questions about the day. We had a few moving parts the day of and it was nice to be able to count on these two ladies to get everything done and the venue and reception looked amazing! We are so glad we had Frolic & Beam coordinate our wedding!

  Emily & Claire of Frolic and Beam are the very best!! Our event was so magical and we owe it to these ladies! They went above and beyond to make everything perfect - setting up the event, dealing with unexpected situations, and making everyone feel comfortable and organized. Their energy is great, and makes you know everything is taken care of. They're also just the sweetest ladies ever! Very, very happy we had them!

  Emily and Claire did an amazing job with our day-of coordination! They were very organized prior to the wedding and met with us on a few occasions to go over details, bringing up questions I hadn't even considered to make sure the day ran smoothly. I felt very comfortable turning the reins over to them on my wedding day to run the show and they did not disappoint! Everything went perfectly (as far as I could see at least!) and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day. Thank you Frolic & Beam for helping pull off the best day ever!

  These ladies are absolutely amazing! Going into wedding planning I wasn't anticipating wanting or needing a coordinator because I have experience in the industry. Late in the game, I obviously changed my mind (every wedding needs a coordinator just FYI!!) and I am so glad I did. On my wedding day I didn't have to worry about one thing. If something went wrong, I still have no idea bout it because they were THAT good at handling anything that was thrown at them. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement!

  I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Frolic & Beam. They were professional but warm, thorough but never overwhelming. They were able to take the many scrambled thoughts of a soon-to-be-bride and show me a clear vision of our wedding day so I could focus on just enjoying the moment. I worked mainly with Emily who was fantastic at all the behind the scenes work on the day of. My wedding was DIY heavy, and Emily worked incredibly well with all my crazy family members to make sure everything we brought in found its place in a timely fashion before, during and after the wedding. When one of my vendors was having some difficulties and came to me looking for answers, she was able to quietly pull him aside and remind him what he needed to do, which was, needless to say, a huge relief. They were well-organized and an absolute delight to work with all throughout the process. The peace of mind they made possible on my wedding day was worth every single penny and more. I’m so glad I was able to work with these lovely ladies. Thank you again for helping to make it such a fun day!
