    Paige is an angel!

Paige was amazing every step of the way! She answered every question no matter how silly, gave me thoughtful vendor and officiant recommendations, and was very flexible with meeting me during my crazy work schedule. The day of the wedding I knew Paige had my back and I didn’t have to think about anything! The groom and I could sit back and relax and every detail was perfected thanks to Paige. Best decision!

    Book now!

Front Paige Events is the best wedding planner in the industry. She is kind, helpful, and truly gets to know her clients and their needs. We sat down with her and she got to know us, not only as a bride and groom to be, but as a couple. She then used that information to build us the perfect wedding. She also added details to our wedding that were WAY beyond what we thought a wedding planner did, making the day even more magical than we ever thought it could be. She ironed bumps out before we even knew there were bumps, and intercepted all vendors seamlessly to make the perfectly-planned magical day. Without her, my husband (WOOO newlyweds) and I would have been a MESS throughout this process, and with her the entire process was magical and unforgettable. We even had a joke between the two of us (my husband and I) that whenever anyone would ask a question about our wedding we would say, "I dunno, ask Paige!" because she did such an amazing job the entire time.

If you are looking for a wedding planner, hire Front Paige Events!!!

    Truly an amazing planner!

We had a December wedding and everything was absolutely perfect! Paige fully supported me in every aspect! We planned together, and every idea I had she put together beautifully! On our wedding day she was a few steps away from us at all times ready to help us. She made our wedding day truly be something we will cherish forever. She made planning feel as if I was planning with a friend. Paige we cannot thank you enough! You are truly amazing and have a heart of gold!

    Wonderful Vendor Experience!

It was a pleasure working with Paige for one of our bride's weddings at Grayhawk Golf Club. She was very attentive to the needs of our bride and was present throughout the evening to ensure everything went smoothly. She was very communicative in the months leading up to the weeding to ensure all the details were in place for a perfect wedding day. We look forward to working with Paige again at Grayhawk!

A MUST!! Best day of coordinator!

Paige was absolutely amazing, you need someone like her on your wedding day. I ran into a few issues with my venue, rain included, and Paige handled everything like a champ. She followed my vision for the big day and she did not disappoint. She took care of so many details, I was truly able to just sit back and enjoy my wedding. Not only was she super professional she is also the sweetest, very easy to work with. Hiring Paige was the best money spent for my wedding.

    Front Paige Events's reply:

Thank you so much :) You guys made it so easy! It was fun planning your wedding and being part of it. Glad rain or shine we were able to get the vision as you wanted it! Wishing The Marshalls a lifetime of love and happiness!

Helped a stressed bride to be! Now Married, whoo!

We booked Paige in October of 2021 when we had originally planned for our wedding to be in the fall. We booked her we needed more guidance and wanted to fill in gaps where I didn't have the time and attention to be at.
Then we also had a change of wedding date from October to March of 2022. We made it to the actual wedding day! All thanks to Paige, her assistant they made sure everything was together and according to plan. Even if it was a little chaos (it was organized). She assisted me a lot with booking vendors, finding new ones, and then confirming. She really helped a lot leading up to the wedding day it was calm.
The actual wedding day was jam-packed and nonstop! It was a lovely time she helped guide the day along making sure all vendors were paid. After the entire wedding day, she organized all gifts for us.
For me, she eliminated a lot of anxiety of planning and booking and looking for alternatives.
We enjoyed the whole process! I would recommend Paige if you need some extra help to make sure everything goes according to plan! Thank you! 🙂

    Front Paige Events's reply:

Melanie! Thank you for the kind words. Weddings do have their hiccups as we experienced, but we got through them and had a beautiful and joy filled day. So glad that I was able to be apart of your wedding team - all the joy to You and Gavin.

She exemplifies every reason to hire a coodinator.

Paige was an absolute delight to work with from beginning to end. She made my entire process so much easier and was constantly going above and beyond to ensure everything happened how I envisioned it. If I had to do this all over again, I would chose her in a heart beat!

    Front Paige Events's reply:

Thank you Stephanie! Designing your wedding was so fun trying out different styles and seeing what worked was a highlight, but seeing it all together and the enjoyment you both felt not worrying and just being, was the best! Thank you for choosing me!

    Easy to work with!

Working alongside page from front page events was great. Not only was she super easy to work with and relaxed with the changes that come with every wedding, but she knew how to get on it and make sure all of the vendors we’re ready to hit the ground running!

Working with a lot of different people in the wedding industry you get to see different ways of people handling situations. I will definitely say that Paige knows what she is doing and can definitely help you out to the max. If you need a day of coordinator or all-around wedding planner she is definitely your gal.

    Front Paige Events's reply:

WOW!!! What a glowing review! I am grateful to receive such a review. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure working with you and your team as well at C West Entertainment.

A Wedding Planner who absolutely loves what she does!

Paige was a huge reason why I kept my sanity during wedding planning (and re-planning). Our original wedding date was scheduled for April 2020 and several weeks before our day, the pandemic hit. We were faced with the difficult decision to proceed with a very small group or postpone. We decided to postpone to October 2020. Little did anyone anticipate that the pandemic would still be hitting our state so hard and again, we had a difficult decision to make. We went ahead with the October date and 1/5th of the original guest list. Throughout it all, both with the original plans and the new plans, Paige was absolutely phenomenal! Working with her, you know that this job is more than a job to her; it’s a calling. She genuinely cares about her couples and making sure that they experience the joy and love this day is truly meant to bring. She is so well organized and thinks of all the details and will jump on the chance to do whatever she can to take something off your hands. Also, special thanks to her awesome husband for rocking bartender duties that evening as well!!

Thank you, Paige. We will never forget what a bright light you were during this time in our lives!

    Front Paige Events's reply:

I read and reread this review. Thank you so much for your appreciation. It was was very important for me that you felt the wedding day bliss that you both deserved, especially in unprecedented times. Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to help with your wedding! Wishing you both all the joy!

    Paige was amazing!

Front Paige Events was recommended to me by a close friend. I instantly felt very comfortable with Paige and basically giving over control lol. We hired Paige for month of with additional al la cart service I did not want to deal with and she rocked it all! Everything went smoothly with all the vendors and any little mishaps Paige took care of right away without having to interrupt myself or my husband while getting ready. Paige communicated very clearly and effectively with me and understood my vision and how I wanted my wedding to flow. I would recommend Paige to everyone and hire her over and over. I felt Paige went above and beyond for me.

    Front Paige Events's reply:

Thank you so much, Samantha! I loved working with you and Chris. Your wedding was so beautiful, I wanted to make sure all of your details were incorporated because that’s what makes it special. Such a pleasure, thank you. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Nazzaro!

    Caution with Hire

Paige is such a kind individual who helped out above and beyond during the planning process even though we hired her as a day of coordinator/partial coordinator. I definitely was a Type A bride who planned everything to a T to make it easier on the coordinator. However, I would be remiss if I didn’t share my disappointment with the actual day of coordination. We had a plan for Paige to pick up supplies from the bridal suite for the ceremony and she never showed up without any communication. This put an immense amount of stress of my bridesmaids to quickly allocate the missed tasks amidst the other busy schedule items. As far as details of the setup at the reception, which I explicitly went over multiple times in person and printed extensive layouts with pictures - my decor and setup of the reception did not get setup to our arrangement. For example, the incorrect signs were put out or my expensive custom made signs were not put out at all, consequently causing confusion for the guests on the instructions for the photo guest book. Another example, the guests were asked to take their seats per the request of the coordinator to the DJ, 30 minutes prior to time stated on the timeline, which was another hiccup for the guest experience. The desserts were also put out by the coordinator a couple of hours too early per the agreed upon timeline, resulting in all of the desserts being eaten prior to/slightly after dinner was served, which made it so not everyone was able to get dessert. This was a huge disappointment. I also had asked Paige to take pictures of all of the details of the decor prior to guests arriving and altering the decor, so I could remember all of the small details to see the result of all of the countless hours of work that I put into planning and organizing the small details. Paige agreed specifically to this but did not end up following through, so my bridesmaid had to do it halfway through cocktail hour when guests had already altered the decor. This was a huge let down for me as I worked so hard on the small details that were not followed through even though there were clear expectations and commitments. I do wish too that she oversaw the vendors more closely and followed up with the small details - for example, we spent a lot of money on clear goblets for water for every person to have filled before dinner (outlined as the caterers responsibility), however I would have loved if Paige would have caught that detail and ensured correction and follow through instead of all that money wasted on non-used glassware. Overall, Paige is such a kind person who truly loves what she does and our wedding day was so special. However I did feel let down with multiple things that we clearly agreed upon and talked about extensively prior to our wedding day.

    Front Paige Events's reply:

As a day of coordinator it is my duty to ensure my responsibilities outlined in my contract are handled. There were countless favors I took on to help as this couple was trying to save money. However, this day there were multiple things that came up that were not planned as many wedding days endure. The bride provided linens for the tables and assured she had enough after multiple reviews with venue on setup. On the day it was discovered that 4 tables would not have anything and they were absolutely needed. For that I drove back to my location 30 minutes away to grab some putting me behind from picking up items (this was a favor). I still arrived at the church to collect agreed upon items and details were set in motion. I then arrived at the venue to find that the florist was not doing any of the 17 centerpieces nor guest tables. This is not my duty, but knowing the design I began creating 17 wreath arrangements, all while setting my chargers, candles, and hurricanes that I did not charge for as well as my linens and countless other details. The BAKER arrived and set all the desserts. I did not agree to set, only the decor. The caterer arrived later than expected, putting the tasks that they agreed upon behind. However, I did not condemn them as they assisted with other details I felt were priority. It is the duty of the photographer to capture photos. I agreed to capture last dance as the photographer would not be present and I did. During the cocktail hour a member of the wedding party confronted me about the timeline, because I was still finalizing details (that I shared with the couple were delayed because of challenges that I had sorted) I took the persons urging as correct and spoke to the DJ. After consulting the timeline and the couple, it was found to be inaccurate. This same wedding party member was then found to be changing details with the DJ as well and had to be readjusted. During the reception, events went as planned. There was no formal cake cutting and once guests saw me take a plate of desserts to the bride, they all began taking desserts. This is common. During dancing an unauthorized bottle of tequila was discovered beneath the table of the wedding party (after the wedding party had been told 3 other times to remove). The venue promptly closed down the bar and was not going to reopen. However, I was able to get the venue to reopen it on certain terms (removal of the wedding party member) and still found a way that the couple did not have to celebrate without the specific individuals responsible. In the end, it was the favors I had agreed upon that upset this couple the most. As a planner and coordinator I have to prioritize items by level of importance and impact. I am sorry to hear this bride was upset about the details of the design. The intent was not to harm, but help. I appreciate this review and urge brides to see when looking for ways to save money, putting extra tasks on your planner may save money, but WHEN things arise the coordinator will always prioritize importance and impact, just as I did.

    Brides Beware

BRIDES BEWARE! Front Paige Events does NOT honor contracts. Paige canceled 6 days before wedding date and kept the money for services not performed. Paige said she would refund half of the money paid if a Non-Disparagement agreement was signed. I guess she doesn’t want people to know she cancels on clients the week of their wedding and does not refund their money.
Paige seemed nice at first when she was working solo from her home but her move into a new office space and the addition of an intern seemed to change things. As requested, all vendor contacts were emailed directly to Paige at least 2 weeks before and/or Paige had direct contact with the vendor(s) involved. So it was odd when 7 days before the wedding Paige’s intern emailed asking for the contracts that were already sent directly to Paige.  This wasn’t a good sign and showed how unorganized Front Paige Events was. Paige was also aware of the venue contract requiring a wedding coordinator onsite the day of the wedding, the contract was emailed to Paige 2 months before the wedding date. Paige did not pay attention to detail. She instructed me to order the wrong dimensions for table linens. If not for the knowledgeable florist, the error would have been undiscovered until the wedding day and this would have been a catastrophe. Paige offered to order glassware and napkins. I met with her at her new office (industrial area in Glendale, doesn’t feel the safest at night) roughly 24 days before the wedding. We discussed options, picked glassware/napkins and she quoted an amount showing me how much they would cost. She stated she would send an invoice soon. 14 days before the wedding, I asked if she could send the invoice so I could pay it. No invoice was sent. I emailed the next day inquiring if they had been ordered and to please send the invoice. Then Paige text saying she would send the invoice shortly. Five days later, a week before the wedding, at the end of the day I received an invoice for 3 times the quoted amount, with no explanation. I understand all businesses are operating to make a profit. A usual 30% mark up is expected but a 300% markup is extremely unscrupulous, particularly when the price has already been quoted and you are 7 days from the wedding with little time to acquire alternatives. I guess the meaning of shortly is 5 days to Front Paige Events? Keep in mind this is now one week before the wedding. When I refused the inflated invoice, Paige sent an email breaking the contract, stating she would not fulfill the agreement. The contract states that if Front Paige Events cancels, they will provide an alternative to take Paige’s place to continue services or refund money. Neither of these things were offered. Instead, Paige left us with no options and no wedding coordinator a week before the wedding. When we asked for a refund, Paige said she would refund half of the money paid in full only if a Non-Disparagement Agreement was signed. I guess she doesn’t want people to know she CANCELS ON CLIENTS THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING and does not refund the money for services not performed. The unprofessionalism and vindictiveness really showed because Paige knew the venue required a coordinator and still did not perform the service as contracted. She also tried to sabotage the day by continuing to communicate with vendors after she terminated services. Interacting with vendors behind the brides back to confuse everyone is very unethical and inappropriate. Especially when a new coordinator was hired.
Paige did not get along with some vendors and seemed to have a temper when she wasn’t praised unconditionally for doing her job. After doing some research I did find a criminal arrest in 2021 related to violence. This did not surprise me.

    Front Paige Events's reply:

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us improve our services. We would like to address your concerns in a professional manner.

When you initially approached us for month-of coordination services, we assisted you because of your acquaintance with someone close to me. Understanding your budget constraints, we agreed to a discounted rate and empathized with the challenges you faced due to the previous wedding cancellation. Our aim was to bring joy to your wedding.

Given the limited time available, we urgently focused on securing a suitable venue, especially during Sedona's busiest period. We noted that nothing was booked as of July for a September wedding. In August, you found Agave and promptly signed the contract. From that point, we requested information from you until September 19th.

During our visit to Sedona, we made arrangements to meet with various vendors, including the florist and baker. Unfortunately, the hotel meeting was canceled due to a family emergency. While we both acknowledged the vendors' demeanor as being less than ideal, we had to work with them as they were the only options available at the venue.

Throughout the planning process, we went above and beyond our contracted duties, dedicating late hours and off days to accommodate your concerns. We communicated the need for mutual respect regarding our working hours, and while we understood the importance of your requests, it was essential to maintain a balanced approach.

To address the concerns you raised individually would be counterproductive. It's crucial to note that you were assigned tasks to advance the project. However, your plans frequently changed, from plated to buffet and back to plated. We strived to meet your expectations while considering the associated costs. To help reduce rental expenses, we purchased napkins, and the rental cost for glasses amounted to $547, which was passed on to you at a markup of $763.20 due to the additional expense of the velvet napkins at $2 per napkin. In reality, this event resulted in a loss for our business. But I want to highlight, this was not the reason for cancellation of the contract.

When it became apparent that you were no longer fulfilling assigned tasks, such as guest lists, seating arrangements, and processional information, we emphasized the importance of completing these crucial elements via email communication. This was also a requirement in the contract we signed. Contracts are an essential part of the process, ensuring a clear understanding between both parties. Our intention was to find common ground and ensure your satisfaction. Nevertheless, after consulting with other wedding professionals, we made the difficult decision to terminate our contract.

Upon termination, we promptly notified the venue and other vendors to ensure a smooth transition. Importantly, the venue said they would be able to handle things moving forward. The timeline was sent so all the details would still be conveyed and in order. The decision to terminate was not easy nor taken lightly.

We understood that emotions were running high, and in consultation with our attorney, we offered a refund in exchange for providing an agreementin an effort to protect our business. This was not an attempt to conceal the situation but rather to find a resolution. The provisions of the contract remain confidential and we value our commitment to comply with the contract so I am not able to provide more details. However, we were disappointed when you declined, as we had hoped to resolve matters amicably.

We value our clients and strive to deliver exceptional service. While we acknowledge that our collaboration did not meet your expectations, we are committed to learning from this experience and improving our processes. We remain dedicated to providing high-quality services to our future clients.

If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
