    Wonderful Experience

    Hiring Melinda and Frozen in Time was the best money we spent on my daughter's wedding. As soon as we contracted with her, she took over all the vendor contacts, ensuring everything was on track for the day of the wedding. She handled the rehearsal (which I hadn't even thought about!) and on the day the wedding, she arrived when the venue opened and didn't leave until everything was cleaned up at midnight. She dealt with all the vendors, even having those uncomfortable conversations when something went wrong. And she smiled and had a great attitude the whole time. I recommend her highly and without reservation. She's a gem!

    Amazing planner!

    Melinda is such a kind hearted and hardworking woman. From the first day we met, she had a goal to ensure that my husband and I loved every second of our engagement and every day leading up to our Wedding Day. Melinda went out of her way on multiple occasions to have meetings with our venue, our caterers, and was there every time i was feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
    She did an incredible job planning our wedding, making our flower arrangements, bouquets, and boutineers. I am so happy we hired her. As part of our package she included her colleague DJ NYCE and let me tell you, he is hands down the best DJ! We have been married for a month, and i am still hearing from our guests how amazing our DJ was.

    There were very few things in my wedding that I felt were worth the price paid. Melinda was the single best value we had in our vendor. She coordinated and decorated our entire wedding and did an incredible job. I don’t think our wedding would have been as great without her.

    Melinda was fabulous to work with. She did all my floral centerpieces and aisle arrangements. Was able to get my flowers at a great price. Also got lots of compliments of how beautiful they looked!

    Melinda was definitely the best choice I made during the wedding planning process. I hired her as a day-of-coordinator, but she was SO much more! From nights with glasses of wine addressing envelopes, to my text messages/phone calls/emails asking things like can you have a table runner with a round table, she was with me through it all! Without having my Mom during this process, I was so concerned that it was going to be overwhelming and that I wasn't going to enjoy it, but Melinda totally changed that! She was able to help step in and alleviate the hard parts so that I could enjoy the fun parts! Two quick example of how above and beyond she goes for her brides-
    I had ordered two sheet cakes to add to our pretty cake cutting to accommodate for all of the guests. I picked them up from a store the day before our wedding so that I could keep them in the fridge at the hotel. Not once on the day of the wedding did those cakes cross my mind. But Melinda sent Seyi to the hotel in rush hour traffic to go get the cakes so that my guests would have cake! She didn't even mention it to me or let me know that anything was wrong! It dawned on me later, but superwoman had already taken care of it!
    The second was during the reception- our guest had somehow managed to go through 12 gallons of tea and lemonade during the cocktail hour. She ran down the street to a restaurant and negotiated tea and lemonade to fill our dispensers, in the rain. She is seriously amazing and if you are looking for someone to help plan, coordinate or direct any event, she should be your top pick! Also- she is an AMAZING florist! When you hire her for coordinating, go ahead and hire her for floral as well! I panicked when I realized I needed a bouquet for my bridal portraits, two days before the shoot. I went a little overboard and bought 6 different random assortments of flowers. She came to my hair/makeup appointment that day and took my hodgepodge of flowers and came back with an amazing bouquet!

    Melinda was one of our best vendor choices! We chose her weekender package, and she went above and beyond what we expected of her! I could not have planned my wedding without her constant support. I was practically on my own to plan our wedding in four months. She had connections that saved us money, and even stuck up for us when one of the vendors realized the week of the wedding that they had quoted us incorrectly (we ended up not having to pay more than planned with this vendor). She was always at my beck and call anytime I needed her, despite her already busy life. The day of the wedding I could not believe how beautiful she was able to make our venue! We decided to order the reception flowers at whole sale to save money and she agreed to put together the centerpieces in addition to all of the other setup needs. I could not believe how professionally done they looked! I was in awe by how amazing our tables were! Everything was so perfect despite the chaos that went on to get everything in order. Even one minute before I was supposed to walk down the aisle and realized I didn't have my veil, she RAN back to the bridal suite (upstairs) and all the way back just in time for me to walk down. After the beautiful reception, she stayed late and cleaned everything up in a hurry to make sure we were not charged extra for additional hours. She made sure to gather all of our personal items from the venue and dropped them off at our house two days later (this included A LOT of decorations). She really had our best interest in mind and made sure we saved money anywhere we could.
    I cannot rave enough about this amazing and affordable wedding planner! Melinda truly cares for her clients and it shows through her dedication and determination to give her brides their dream wedding despite any and all obstacles. Never once did I feel overshadowed by her work for another bride (typically I forgot she even had other brides! haha).

    Melinda & her team were absolutely amazing - they made my day more than perfect and more than I could ever imagine! Melinda was SO much help throughout the planning process and during my big day! She was always there when ever I needed her and I had a question or I was stressed! I highly recommend Melinda & her team!

    Amazing for your wedding!

    Melinda was an amazing day of coordinator. She made sure everything and everyone was in place for our big day. She was very knowledgeable on the wedding dos and donts which I really appreciated!I loved working with her and she is so sweet. I recommend her for any bride looking for a planner and coordinator.

    Mel was fantastic! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. She was helpful but not overbearing and knew all the right people to make our day the best day ever. I cannot thank her enough for all of the hard work and dedication she put into the job.
