  Exceptional!!!

  I can’t say enough about this venue so far. Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. Everything is explained with deadlines to ensure that we get our homework done in a timely manner. There certainly is a ton to plan and coordinate planning a wedding!! The communication is spot on and also very helpful. Emails are answered promptly with great detail for accuracy.

  They deserve 10 stars

  I honestly cannot imagine planning a wedding without CT Wedding Group. Every person I worked with was incredibly professional and welcoming and made me feel like a friend. They were encouraging and so helpful whenever I got overwhelmed during the planning process. The phone calls and emails to help keep me on track were beyond helpful. Cate was my day-of-coordinator and she's an absolute rockstar. I couldn't believe how she kept my wedding day running perfectly smooth while also constantly checking on me and the groom to see if we needed anything. She handled every tiny mishap with a calmness that soothed this stressy bride. I was completely blown away with the creativity and attention to detail with the decor set up, it was beautiful beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you thank you thank you to this entire team! I honestly could not have done it without you.

  First of all, there are not enough words to describe and express our happiness with CT Wedding Group since the moment we walked onto Lyman Orchards for our first visit! It was the only venue we looked at, and considering that we have always loved going to Lymans , it was the perfect setting for our tented reception. Every single staff member from Michelle, to Mary Beth, Allie and everyone in between including the Steve the chef, wait staff, bartenders, were so attentive, patient, responsive and so sweet!! You all made this journey for us such a breeze and so enjoyable. Our wedding day was the most perfect day. We were blown away by how everything we envisioned of a romantic vintage chic wedding came alive, how amazing every staff member was and how much we were able to thoroughly enjoy every moment without one worry! Most importantly, all of our family and friends couldn't stop complimenting the ambience, delicious and unique food and incredible wait staff who always had a smile on their face and singing or dancing while taking care of our guests!! From kids to elderly, everyone enjoyed our wedding and called it one of the best, mostly thanks to CT Wedding Group and all of their hard work and dedication! And we can't forget the special add ons- Golfing during cocktail hour and the Blazing Donut Station were a hit!! Thank you SO much, times a million!!

  Would not recommend especially during covid

  Unfortunately we have had a bad experience while working with the CT Wedding Group specifically Pavilion on Crystal Lake. We are now on our third wedding date because of COVID and they have not worked with us at all in terms of trying to find compromises or solutions. It is impossible for me to plan a wedding without losing more money on deposits during this time. The CT Wedding Group has refused to refund us our money back which in this case is thousands of dollars. We had to move our wedding to a week date which also was not ideal. I would not recommend them especially during times of COVID with so many unknowns I have had heard of much better vendors that are willing to give deposits back and work much better with you for a compromise. We had to hire and pay a lawyer to come to any resolution with them. They were also extremely condescending and rude when communicating back and forth.
