Yeni is the true definition of above and beyond. I simply couldn’t have done it without her. She was extremely professional and only came to us with solutions. She was by my side through every step of my wedding day. I had a very stressful moment and she was there to reassure us that there was a back up plan. My nerves went from 100 to 0. I was at ease knowing she had everything under control.
It was a major plus that her personality is awesome! We laughed and even danced together. She made me laugh right before going down the aisle, she knew I’d ruin my make up and walk down ugly crying but Instead I had a huge smile.
Having Yeni was the best decision ever!! -

Yeni was highly recommended by the venue I booked for my wedding, Secret Gardens... and now I see why! She listened to how I envisioned my wedding and brought it to life. She was very organized, had great ideas, was patient, and always answered any and all questions that I had. She knew i wanted our wedding to run on time and on the dot, and she definitely made sure of that. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire process and especially on wedding day. Yeni even drove to my house day before our wedding to pick up items for our wedding, which helped us out tremendously. Yeni is a great wedding planner and I would highly recommend anybody to use her services! -

Best wedding planner HANDS DOWN!
Yeni is the best wedding planner anyone could ever ask for! I can’t think of absolutely anything that needed to be done differently. Just when I thought nothing could be more perfect, Yeni made sure it was MORE than perfect ! From the moment I contacted her I knew I was in the best hands. She made me feel worry free as my wedding was coming up. She treated me and my family, like family. She was always there to answer all my silly little questions and made me feel sooooo at ease on wedding day. Her words were always “don’t worry I got it” for everything I had to say or ask. The day of the wedding she came to my house to pick up everything to take to the venue, I didn’t even have to explain where I wanted to place things because she just knew….and when she gave us the first look to our reception we were in shock!! We couldn’t imagine a more beautiful event. Our wedding was beyond perfect and everything transgressed so smoothly all thanks to Yeni. We cannot a imagine doing any of it without her!! Yeni’s charisma, and fun personality won over our hearts and the hearts of all our guests. Everyone had something positive to say about her and would ask me where I had found her. So grateful to have had her there on our special day, we will certainly miss our time with her as she became a wonderful lifetime friend for us. Don’t even hesitate to book Yeni for your event, she will amaze you in ways you can’t even imagine ! -

I don’t think that only 30 characters or any other amount here could express how GRATEFUL we are to have met such an amazing human as Yeni. She told us “my goal is for you guys not to worry on your day and have fun” and she DELIVERED!
She was amazing since the first day we met her. She felt welcoming and spoke to me more as a friend than a vendor and that was greatly appreciated.

If amazing was a person her name would be YENI...!!! She made our entire wedding experience flawless from the day we hired her to our wedding day. Her knowledge, professionalism, advise, effort all came together to make everything run smoothly. When my makeup artist canceled last minute Yeni jumped right in and made me and my 5 bridesmaids flawless. Yeni is simply a jack of all trades, she was my wedding planner, my dance choreographer, my makeup artist, my wedding designer. She always had the right answers and was there when we needed her. She is just the BEST there is !! We are so so so soooooo happy that we found Yeni. When anyone of my family or friends are getting married I will surely send Yeni there way in a heartbeat. Yeni, Thank you soooo very much for everything . Our wedding was perfect, We are blessed to have found you and grateful for all you did. You are an exceptional wedding planner and we wish you the very best life has in store. Thank You so much!

Best Wedding Planner!
Yeni was AWESOME! We hired her about 6 months before the wedding. We had regular meetings with her leading up to the wedding. She had awesome suggestions and solutions to any issues we had. She made sure every little detail that we had spoken about came to life on the wedding day. The night before the wedding she came to our house and picked up EVERYTHING that needed to go to the venue, and even brought it back that night. On wedding day, she was so so so on top of absolutely everything. I felt like every time I turned around she was there! She was super attentive to the guests and made sure the wedding flowed perfectly. Not to mention she worked amazingly with photographers, DJ and caterers to make my reception everything I dreamed of and more! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!! -

We have no words to thank Yeni enough for so much love and help received.
This experience made us realize that she loves to see her customers happy. Her enthusiasm and joy are contagious, even in moments of great stress.
We couldn't hire a single catering company that would control 100% of the services and set-up, so she solved all the loose ends: unloading of tables, chairs, furniture, tablecloths, centerpieces, food, staff, etc.
Our biggest concern was that we didn't have time to talk to the waitresses and Chef to explain what we needed. She did it without waiting for us to intervene.
Although it wasn't her responsibility, she filled every gap of personnel, logistics or decoration, because her priority was to obtain an impeccable final result.
When she noticed that we had rented different charger plates, she solved it by organizing them creatively.
None of these unexpected situations caused her to lose it.
Yeni lightened the burdens. She delivered professionalism throughout the planning process, from attending meetings with the decoration company to attending tastings, finding the most convenient prices, and selecting and transporting each flower color.
One of the things we appreciate most is that she understands how important it is for the Quinceañera's mother to make every little whim come true. Minutes before the ceremony began, she helped with decoration details that perhaps were important for the Quinceañera's mother only. Again, she prioritized keeping the magical experience from beginning to end.
To please us, she turned into a lighting technician because we wanted to turn off the lights slowly just before our princess appeared on stage. she could delegate that responsibility to another person, but she did it herself to make sure the light faded at the exact moment I wanted.
We will never forget how she carried the furniture on her shoulders to the cocktail area, when the staff ran late. She lifted things that men were supposed to do.
When she realized that we were late, she helped dressing-up our daughter. That prevented the Quinceañera from feeling anxiety.
She managed the staff to distribute the Crazy Hour items. Yeni involved my daughter's friends in the plan so they could enjoy the experience, selecting their favorite headpieces.
Finally, she also distributed the favors person by person; that made my guests feel appreciated.
We just want to emphasize that she is a professional prepared to solve crises of all kinds.
She also have the ability to be versatile and can develop projects for all budgets. We didn't have an important budget; however, she implemented our project prodigiously as if we were celebrities with an unlimited budget. She never made us feel that our project was less important than others'.
The result is that our event was an extraordinary success!! and our guests don't stop congratulating us and asking for her contact.
Thanks, Yeni, for making this one of the happiest days of our lives and for helping us feel that magical Zen vibe that all our guests are talking about. They felt as if they escaped to a magical paradise, outside this continent, far from the routine and stress. -

Yeni was absolutely amazing--the day of the wedding, she made everyone feel at ease and made sure everything was absolutely perfect! Totally embarrassing to admit but I got a little too inebriated and Yeni even helped carry me into my limo at the end of the night and made sure I had some water and soda. My mom is STILL telling me how amazing she was--if you hire Yeni, I promise you will be in the best of hands! -

Our wedding was 11/7/20. Yeni was our day of coordinator, i am grateful she became available and she was God sent. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly not looking forward to what my special was going to be.
Yeni met with me 2 days before my wedding, and put it all together. Time line, floorplan, all my vendors with direction. My favors, all the small details my family had worked for months on, it all came together perfectly. She was at my home at 8 am, picking everything up, with coffee in hand and a smile that put me at ease right away. My family, husband and I will never have enough to repay all she did for us in such a short period of time. Our wedding was breath taking, all we expected and much more. Thank you Yeni. We highly recommend your services, you took care of all of needs and worries. -

Hennessy was AMAZING!!! By far the best planner/coordinator I have ever seen in my life. She was doing EVERYTHING! I mean she was making bouquets, going out and buying flowers, touching up hair, making sure everything was staying on time, she was announcing, she was doing so much I could just keep going on and on. When you say someone goes above and beyond you have no idea what that really means until you have seen this woman in action. She truly loves what she does.. Definitely a must hire for all your event planning/coordinating needs! -

READ THIS BEFORE SHE DELETES !!If I could give her least stars I would !!What a nightmare ! Please save your time and money and DO NOT hire this person by the name Yeni Hernández, ( Gala Events Designs, O’love events ) She promised a lot and delivered nothing ! Always late to each appointment . During the walkthrough she had no idea how the flow of the place went . I could never get a hold of her ! Forced us to pay her through cash app for a discounted price, when we decided that we didn’t want her due to her lack of professionalism and experienc, she refused to issue us a full refund with no explanation. She scammed us, and refused to answer phone calls and text . We lost our money but at least we got rid of her in time . I could just imagine what a nightmare of a wedding we would’ve had ! Please do your RESEARCH on this scam artist, there are plenty of previous reviews out there of others she has scammed !! DO NOT DO IT !
