    Wonderful experience! Had my wedding on Nov. 5th and couldn't be happier with this company! They supplied EVERYTHING needed such as props, photo guest book, photo strips etc. They also sent us the online gallery so we could upload photos on social media! Photo strips printed were of amazing high quality as well. Will definitely hire again in the future!

    Price was one of the best we found and the service was excellent! All of the guest really enjoyed having this at the wedding

    They have been fast in responding back to us, and answering all our questions. I thought their price was very fair and communication has been a piece of cake as we've gone a long.

    Waste of my time

    I hired Galaxy Photo booth after having an extensive back and forth email with them about what I was wanting, my venue, and everything included. I had several other companies send me a quote and I didn’t even bother to respond to them I declined them as I was interested in Galaxy Photo. I paid a deposit and now they’re issuing refund because they state they don’t service the area of my venue. BUT THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED. Do not hire them and do not waste your time. Now I have to begin my search again and see if my previous declines can still be booked.

    I am sorry that we do not service your area. You booked us through a 3rd party and not only did your deposit get refunded within hours of your attempt to book, we also offered you a free photo booth for any party within our service area. As your party is over 6 months away, I am sure you will find a wonderful photo booth company to provide a service for you. Good luck to you.

    I'm very disappointed with this company. I was happy with the service they provided at the event. However per our contract we were supposed to receive access to an online photo gallery afterwards. I was told by the owner that he would send it to me within a week. Well five weeks and several attempts to reach them via text, email, and Facebook... I'm getting no response whatsoever. They were very prompt to return my messages prior to the event. But now that they've gotten paid, they refuse to communicate with me, thus failing to fulfill a legal contract.
