  I was invited to a wedding gallery prepared by Galeria De Novios and everything was spectacular, my friend told me about a lot of them and will definitely hire them for my wedding next year. The beautiful wedding dress, elegant decoration, delicious cake and excellent coordination.

  My wedding was on January 8 and Del Valle Bridals & Grooms Gallery took care of my dress and makeup and hair, and truly are the BEST !!!!!!!!

  Galeria de Novios, excelente empresa que me coordino mi evento BODA, me trabajaron decoracion, vestido , vestidos de damas, tuxedos, bizcocho, fotografia, y maquillaje peinado, honestamente me brindaron un servicio de GRAN ALTURA, ellos cuentan con un horario flexible en su tienda, a todas las novias sinceramente se los recomiendo.

  Recomendación:
  Se debe hacer la prueba final de las etiquetas con más tiempo. A días de la.actividad estar corriendo porque el entalle no fue el correcto es estresante. Por todo lo demás el servicio fue bueno.

  Me encantó la calidad de las etiquetas y lo hermoso que estaban esos caballeros con los entalles correctos.

  We were one of Del Valle Bridals, Galería de Novios, Cheers Productions clients. These vendors have a LOT of complaints on DACO (Puerto Rico Consumer's Affairs Office) and we are one of them. Our case number is SJ: 2601.
  The owner of the place Jose del Valle treated us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, also was very rude with my wife. He did a terrible job with our wedding centerpieces; first of all, he did not used the flowers we told him to, second, he did not do the centerpiece as we requested, third, he glued the flowers with a BIG GREEN FLORIST TAPE that looks very TACKY and ordinary and ALL the flowers were dropping from the flower arrangement to the table because of its poor quality. We told him to fix it he did not want to solve the problem and had the guts to ask for more money to resolve his mistake. He said that either we paid more money or we wait until the wedding to see the work that he can do (one have to be nuts to accept something like that). My wife and I called him tons of times to fix the problem and to have our money back and he was NOT able to resolve anything with us. He told us that he was NOT going to give our money back and invite my wife to go to DACO and place a fine. Afterwards he never answered our calls or emails and when we went to his business to talk to him, it was always closed. At the same time, he is avoiding going to DACO to confront it. Couple of months later he changed the name and “added” a new division to his business named Galería de Novios and with this name he can hide himself from the Consumer Affair Office and have cero 0 complains in the Office of Consumer Affairs of Puerto Rico .
  Brides and grooms, you can call DACO (Department of Consumer Affairs) at 787-722-7555 or go to: Centro Gubernamental Roberto Sánchez Vilella, Edificio Norte, San Juan Puerto Rico and corroborate ALL the complains Del Valle Bridals/Cheers Productions has.
  We had a nightmare trying to look for a vendor in the last minute because of the irresponsibility of Jose del Valle and as today, he had not contact us to give us our money back or has responded to the complain he has in DACO. Thank God we found a very professional and sophisticated place that did a wonderful job at our wedding, we got married at Hotel El Convento at Old San Juan, definitively, that placed need somebody with experience to decorate it. There are a LOT of fine places with exquisite tastes and responsible people in Puerto Rico, do your research well and BEWARE of these people.
